Another Texas Megachurch leader is metaphorically circumcised over 'moral issue'
Another leader of the Gateway Megachurch in Texas has stepped down, making him the fourth leader to lose his position in just two months.
The Dallas church asked for the resignation of Executive Pastor [What a title befitting these megachurches that are for-profit corporations, yet do not pay taxes] Kemtal Glasgow over an unspecified "moral issue" they learned about last week that "disqualifies him from serving," elder Tra Willbanks said Wednesday in a statement posted on the church's YouTube page.
What weird names these idiots have: Kemtal, Tra....; yet they don't like the name Kamala!
"We love his family, we love his wife and his kids and we want to come alongside them during this difficult time and help them find restoration and healing that they need as a family," Willbanks said. I bet you Willbanks's metaphorical anterior glans will soon roll because of more "unspecified" moral issues.
In June, Gateway Senior Pastor Robert Morris resigned after admitting to having "inappropriate sexual behavior with a young lady" 35 years ago. The "young lady" in question was 12 at the time and Morris was 21 and married. His inappropriate sexual behavior lasted 5 years.
Morris's son, James Morris, stepped down from his position in the church the next month. James Morris's wife, Bridgette, also stepped down from her role as a pastor. These churches are also family businesses, like some cattle farm, with the church leaders serving as cow herders over a large herd of human morons who give them money to supply their lavish lifestyles. Makes you wonder if Martin Luther isn't rolling in his grave; after all those are exactly the reasons he rebelled against the Catholic Church - money and sex - back in the 1500s and created the Protestant Reform movement.
Now to add to the Agatha Christie erotic fiction unfolding in the Texas boonies, the "elders" are saying that Glasgow's dismissal 'had nothing to with the departure of Robert Morris'. Oooh, the mystery. Glasgow's information is no longer visible on Gateway's website, but according to an archive biography page, he was Head of Leadership and Oversight at all of the church's campuses. If Glasgow was in cahoots with Morris, then it's a cabal. If Glasgow has nothing to do with Morris, then it's an altogether separate sexual saga unfolding, like the miracle of the multiplication of the sexual bread and fish.
"It recently came to light that Kemtal Glasgow had a moral failure so we've asked him to step down as a pastor at Gateway and devote time to his marriage and family," the megachurch said. "Although his employment is ending, we are devoted to still caring for Kemtal and his family." Now, with the experience he earned at Gateway, Glasgow can now either take on a "Black job" if he truly repentant, or if he's still hot and bothered, he can open his own Dallas massage parlor in which he'd employ a few Asian immigrants that provide "Robert-Kraft" type services.
The church continued to say that "this decision regarding Kemtal had nothing to with the departure of Robert Morris nor related to those circumstances."

Robert Morris resigned in June, four days after 54-year-old Cindy Clemishire accused him of sexually abusing her when she was 12.
Clemishire first shared her story with the Wartburg Watch, a blog about sexual abuse within the church, and said Morris began sexually abusing her on Christmas in 1982. She said the abuse continued in Oklahoma and Texas until 1987. Five years of fucking a child and Jesus didn't remind him once to keep his hands off the "young lady"? Where was Jesus during all this time? Why wasn't Jesus protecting this innocent virgin - like his own mother Mariam?
Clemishire said has been sharing her story for decades with leadership in "very large and high-profile" churches and organizations, but no one removed Morris from ministry or the pulpit. She decided to come forward publicly to encourage other possible victims of Morris' alleged actions to tell their stories, she said. Just like the Pope and his sexual terrorist cardinals and bishops, they practice the Omerta of the Mafia to protect their Church from bad reputation because the latter reduces their income. If the old ladies stop dropping their hard earned money in the basket on sunday mass... that wouldn't be good!
"I've always just trusted that God's timing would take it wherever it needed to go," she said about Morris. "Why hide?" In a statement at the time, the married Reverend Morris downplayed the allegations, saying "it was kissing and petting and not intercourse." Oh Okay! Just petting, fondling, masturbating, kissing.... no penetration.
The question once posed to comedian Jerry Seinfled: "When do you consider sex to have taken place?" to which Jerry answers, "I'd have to say when the nipple makes its appearance!" Now has anyone challenged the allegations of the young lady by asking her if her nipples made their appearance during the 5-year long "innocent" fondling and petting? That would be a very relevant question to ask to ascertain God's will in deciding Reverend Morris's guilt.
"It was wrong," he continued in the statement to local Dallas news station WFAA-TV. "This behavior happened on several occasions over the next few years ... Since that time, I have walked in purity and accountability in this area."
