Donald Hump likes his DOJ weaponizing corruption to be handled by blonde bimbos. After all federal prosecutors refused to take on the made-up case against former FBI Director James Comey, only one inexperienced and highly incompetent former Miss Colorado blonde bimbo was essentially pressured into taking the case.
The Comey case had already been investigated years ago and a grand jury rejected any indictment for lack of sufficient evidence. So Donald Hump, as his dementia increasingly shuts down parts of his brain and makes him more angry and bitter, resorted to pressuring a rookie attorney, known for her Epsteinophile looks more than for her competence as a prosecutor into accepting the job. I wonder if Trump had to resort to grabbing her by the you-know-what to sway her into accepting this case whose outcome will certainly ruin her career as an attorney. Her inexperience makes her a superb "village idiot" in the Trump universe on whom to pile falsehoods and corrupt practices that will come back to haunt her when the farce of the Trump term ends.
Hence, Trump's way of governing could be summarized as "Corrupt Incompetence". The only thing that has so far allowed him to save face are the equally corrupt and partisan Supreme Court judges who have been violating the constitution just to please the Dick-Traitor in the White House.
It is the dignity and experience of James Comey who refused to swear loyalty to the MAGA Mafia Boss Trump that are irking the demented senile idiot in the White House. Rage and venom can be seen spewing from his oral orifice when he talks about Comey.
Where have you gone Joe DiMaggio? Leaving us all alone facing the beast!
HAlligan submitted two, not one, versions of the indictment that differ from one another, and the judge overseeing the grand jury was baffled by the amateurish fumbling of Halligan.

Judge who reviewed Comey indictment confused by prosecutor's handling of case
U.S. Magistrate Judge Lindsey Vaala expressed confusion and surprise at some points during the seven-minute court session when a federal grand jury impaneled in Alexandria, Virginia, returned the indictment of former FBI Director James Comey Thursday night.
According to a transcript of the proceedings obtained by CBS News, Judge Vaala asked the newly named interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan — a former Trump personal lawyer — why there were two versions of the indictment.
A majority of the grand jury that reviewed the Comey matter voted not to charge him with one of the three counts presented by prosecutors, according to a form that was signed by the grand jury's foreperson and filed in court. He was indicted on two other counts — making false statements to Congress and obstructing a congressional proceeding — after 14 of 23 jurors voted in favor of them, the foreperson told the judge.
But two versions of the indictment were published on the case docket: one with the dropped third count, and one without. The transcript reveals why this occurred.
"So this has never happened before. I've been handed two documents that are in the Mr. Comey case that are inconsistent with one another," Vaala said to Halligan. "There seems to be a discrepancy. They're both signed by the (grand jury) foreperson."
And she noted that one document did not clearly indicate what the grand jury had decided.
"The one that says it's a failure to concur in an indictment, it doesn't say with respect to one count," Vaala said. "It looks like they failed to concur across all three counts, so I'm a little confused as to why I was handed two things with the same case number that are inconsistent."
Halligan initially responded that she hadn't seen that version of the indictment.
"So I only reviewed the one with the two counts that our office redrafted when we found out about the two — two counts that were true billed, and I signed that one. I did not see the other one. I don't know where that came from," Halligan told the judge.
Vaala responded, "You didn't see it?" And Halligan again told her, "I did not see that one."
Vaala seemed surprised: "So your office didn't prepare the indictment that they —"
Halligan then replied, "No, no, no — I — no, I prepared three counts. I only signed the one — the two-count (indictment). I don't know which one with three counts you have in your hands."
"Okay. It has your signature on it," Vaala told Halligan, who responded, "Okay. Well."
Vaala also noted that the court session began unusually late, at 6:47 p.m. Thursday evening, telling the grand jurors "I don't think we've ever met this late" as she thanked them for their service.
The charges against Comey — which accuse him of lying in testimony he gave to the Senate in 2020 — mark an unprecedented step for the Justice Department, after President Trump publicly urged prosecutors to look into the ex-FBI leader that he fired in 2017 and sparred with for years.
In an unusual move, Comey's indictment was personally signed by Halligan, not a rank-and-file federal prosecutor. Halligan was sworn in on Monday, after days of upheaval in the U.S. attorney's office in Alexandria.
The former head of the office, Erik Siebert, announced his resignation on Friday following worries among his staff that he could be fired for failing to criminally charge another Trump adversary, New York Attorney General Letitia James. A day later, Mr. Trump announced Siebert had been fired, and posted a message suggesting Attorney General Pam Bondi should look into Comey, James and a third longtime Trump foil, Democratic Sen. Adam Schiff of California.
Before Comey was indicted, staff at the U.S. attorney's office circulated a memo that argued charges should not be brought against the former FBI director, a Justice Department source familiar with the matter told CBS News.
Attorney General Pam Bondi praised Halligan in a post on X Friday, writing that she "did an outstanding job."

Further, it seems that Donald Hump's mouth, which looks like one of those open sewer pipes, and which is constantly gushing a verbal diarrhea of vulgarities, may in fact help James Comey trash the made-up fake indictment against him.Donald Trump’s Mouth May Bring A Quick End To Charges Against Comey

WASHINGTON – If former FBI Director James Comey wins a quick dismissal of the charges against him, it may be thanks to something apparently beyond President Donald Trump’s control: his own mouth.
“He’s a dirty cop. He’s always been a dirty cop,” Trump told reporters Friday morning as he left the White House to go watch a golf tournament in Long Island. “Everybody knew it.”
Those remarks came soon after he posted comments on his social media site disparaging Comey and gloating about the federal false statement and obstruction of justice charges against him that he himself had publicly insisted upon.
“No one from the White House should be saying anything about Comey or the indictment,” said Ty Cobb, a lawyer in the White House Counsel’s office during Trump’s first term and once a federal prosecutor. “But there are no guardrails there in this administration, no adults.”
Prosecutors, who represent the state, are supposed to refrain from commenting publicly about criminal cases and present their accusations and evidence in court. In this case, Trump’s numerous previous attacks on Comey, his many campaign vows to seek retribution against those who investigated or prosecuted him and his social media post demanding that Attorney General Pam Bondi charge Comey and others already laid the foundation that Comey was charged only because of pressure from Trump.
His statements after the indictment was announced Thursday evening only cement that impression, Cobb and other former prosecutors said, and could serve as the basis for a successful request to dismiss the case as “vindictive” prosecution.

Glenn Kirschner, who worked 24 years as a federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C., said motions for selective and vindictive prosecutions are usually difficult to win because it is normally difficult or impossible to produce evidence. That will not be the case for Comey, he said.
“Here, Donald Trump has been on the warpath, wanting his enemies prosecuted, evidence be damned,” Kirschner said, adding that unlike in previous administrations where there was a separation between the White House and the attorney general, that no longer exists under Trump.
“Let’s face it, he is the lead prosecutor in every case, given that he has wrestled prosecutorial discretion away from the Department of Justice,” Kirschner said.
Also in Comey’s favor are the circumstances leading to Thursday’s indictment. Trump forced out the interim U.S. attorney for the district, Erik Siebert, after he reportedly declined to take the Comey case to a grand jury. Trump replaced him with a supporter, Lindsey Halligan, who has never been confirmed by the U.S. Senate, which may have run afoul of federal appointment rules and could invalidate the indictment, Kirschner said.
In January, Trump made Siebert the interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia office. When the 120-day limit expired, Siebert was appointed by the federal judges in that district to remain in the position until the Senate could confirm him for the job permanently. Instead, Trump fired him and replaced him with Halligan, a former insurance lawyer with no criminal law experience. It is unclear, though, whether the law allows for a second, 120-day interim U.S. attorney.
“She literally might not have the right to set foot in that grand jury room,” Kirschner said.
Whether Comey will ask the trial judge to dismiss the case for either of those reasons remains to be seen. In a video statement posted Thursday evening, Comey said he was not afraid of Trump or the charges against him. “I’m innocent. So let’s have a trial and keep the faith,” he said.
Like many dumb uneducated Americans who graduate effortlessly from their medicore high schools, Halligan can't spell. Despite being an attorney, the dumb blonde feature dominates in her.
Lindsey Halligan, the former beauty queen who has been the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia since Monday, issued a statement on Thursday to announce Comey’s indictment.
The quote attributed to Halligan, who has no previous prosecutorial experience, contains a spelling error. It's a spelling problem many many Americans can't resolve, namely between "principle" and "principal". Just as they chronically mispell "its" and "it's", and many others. This shows a lack of understanding of language, their own English language, and explains why Americans who can't even use their own language have a hard time learning other languages, unlike many people around the world who easily use at least two or three languages.
“The balance of power is a bedrock principal of our democracy,” it reads, rather than “principle.”
I am reminded of a Trump post in which he used "unpresidented" instead of "unprecedented". Language deficiencies indicate deeper problems with cognition and communication abilities. A cognitive-linguistic impairment can often result from a right brain malfunction. This does not directly affect the language area of the brain, but can affect attention, memory, problem solving and interpretive language, which in turn affect communicative abilities.
While the two words have the same pronunciation, “principal” can have multiple meanings as an adjective or a noun. As an adjective, it can mean “the most important,” according to Merriam-Webster. As a noun, it can refer to a person of importance in an organization. A “principle,” however, is a truth or a rule about what is right and how to behave. The error was spotted by CBS.
Perhpas Halligan should have stayed in the dumb blonde line of careers, including her Miss Colorado title, instead of trying to play attorney.
Trump appointed Halligan on Truth Social, calling her “tough smart and loyal.” “She is extremely intelligent, fearless and has the strength and determination to be absolutely OUTSTANDING in this new and very important role.” When you're an ignorant ass- - - - , you'll see 'outstanding' in anything slightly less mediocre than you.
Halligan previously worked in insurance law until 2022, when she was recruited to join Trump’s personal legal team.
