Nazis emphasized uniformity and a clean shaven Aryan look for their military. Pete Hegseth seems to have read the Nazi Book of Rules the night before his strutting freak show in front of the country's generals. "Male standard" , "unbearded", "fitness", "anti-fat"... were hallmarks of the National Socialist League of the Reich for Physical Exercise (German: Nationalsozialistischer Reichsbund für Leibesübungen, abbreviated NSRL). Those were the ideals of Friedrich Ludwig Jahn, the "Father of physical exercises", who connected the steeling of the male body to demonstrate Aryan physical superiority and a healthy spirit for a strong Warrior Germany.
[Shouldn't he lose that beard?]
German Nazi women too had to meet standards, exclusively focused on their propensity to make Aryan babies in the program known as Lebensborn (Literally "Fount of Life") whose stated goal was to increase the number of children born who met the Nazi standards of "racially pure" and "healthy" Aryans, based on Nazi eugenics (also called "racial hygiene" by some eugenicists). In fact, Nazis recruited Aryan-looking young women to accept to fornicate with selected Nazi officers, give birth and surrender their babies to the Party which placed them in equally highly selected Aryan households to be raised as Nazis.
I
can smell the stench of the failed Nazi enterprise in Hegseth's ideals
for the US military. I can also see Hegseth's own MAGA program for US
white women: To forgo jobs and careers, to stay at home making babies
and serving their male "head of the household", though he, the fit male
husband, may be a drunkard fornicator like Hegseth himself who keeps
repeating that he has been forgiven by "His Savior Jesus" (We'll see how
long that lasts!)
I imagine Hegseth at night dreaming of watching the US military parade in high boots and goose step saluting Big Brother Daddy Donald Cankles Lump!
But the US military are much smarter than Hegseth gives them credit for. They never applauded the burlesque shows of either Hegseth or Trump. Their stony silence spoke a lot more than the drivel on stage.
Poor
Donald Lump. Hitler was 43 when he ascended to power. Lump is 79. He
doesn't have the time or the energy or the mind to continue wreaking
havoc with American democracy, and if his minions think they can replace
him.... Good luck.

Why Trump was ‘likely rattled’ during rare speech, according to retired military general
Rachel Cohen
Wed, October 1, 2025
Retired
Gen. Mark Hertling ripped President Donald Trump’s speech to hundreds
of senior military leaders — before revealing what he believed shocked
the president in real time.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth
summoned top military officials to an in-person meeting in Quantico,
Virginia, on Tuesday, in which he issued a series of directives that
included requiring all combat troops to meet the “highest male standard”
for physical fitness. Trump, who spoke after Hegseth, proposed using
U.S. cities as training grounds for the armed forces and said that the
military may need to fight what he described as the “invasion from
within.”
During an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” early
Wednesday, Hertling called Trump’s speech “meandering” with “all sorts
of issues,” before noting that the president “thrives” on applause and
cheering from a crowd. More than 800 military brass largely sat quietly
during both addresses.
“When he didn’t get that, and instead got
quiet professionalism from the soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines in
the audience, that likely rattled him from the very beginning,” Hertling
said.
“And that silence wasn’t disrespect — it was restraint and discipline and adherence to the oath of office," he continued.
Hertling
went on to say that the rare meeting serves as a “collective reminder”
of the military’s culture, which he said transcends politics.
“It was on full display, and it was interesting to watch from both sides of the audience,” he said.
When asked by anchor Willie Geist about Trump’s pledge of “domestic policing,” Hertling said any move is considered “illegal.”
“It
violates our oath of office to defend the Constitution, which says the
military is not to be used specifically — that was put in the
Constitution — against securing American streets, other than when there
is an insurrection within the republic."
“The indications are
people are asking us to prepare to do that, so that means there’s
measures afoot to try and make that happen," he added.
In his
speech, Trump also discussed his desire to receive the Nobel Peace
Prize, tariffs and the recently unveiled peace plan for the Israel-Hamas
conflict. He also announced that his administration is committed to
spending over $1 trillion on the U.S. military in 2026.
Hegseth, meanwhile, touched on new grooming and physical appearance standards.
“If
the secretary of war could do regular, hard [physical training], so
could every member of our joint force. Frankly it’s tiring to look out
at combat formations, or really any formation, and see fat troops,”
Hegseth said.
Hegseth emphasized that he doesn’t want his son to
serve alongside military members who are “out of shape,” as well as next
to women who “can’t meet the same combat arms physical standards as
men.”

Trump and Hegseth want the US military to practice war first on Americans before facing the enemy in the field. That is so nice. Only patriotic Americans would accept to serve as target pigeons for their brave army.

Retired general: Trump sounded ‘incoherent, exhausted’ in Quantico remarks
Retired Gen. Barry McCaffrey on Wednesday described President Trump’s Quantico, Va., remarks to top generals as less than admirable.
“I’ve been doing this a long time. That presentation at Quantico from the president and secretary of Defense was one of the most bizarre, unsettling events I’ve ever encountered,” McCaffrey said during an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”
“The president sounded incoherent, exhausted, rabidly partisan, at times stupid, meandering, couldn’t hold a thought together,” he added.
During his remarks on Tuesday, the president announced plans to use “dangerous” cities as “training grounds” for military efforts, alleging the United States was undergoing a “war from within.”
“We’re under invasion from within. No different than a foreign enemy but more difficult in many ways because they don’t wear uniforms,” Trump told service members, according to The Associated Press.
He and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth both told the crowd they’d push to end “woke” policies and end the era of political correctness for the military.
Hegseth told the crowd, “The era of politically correct, overly sensitive don’t-hurt-anyone’s-feelings leadership ends right now at every level,” the AP reported. Trump then echoed similar rhetoric, saying the purpose of the American military “is not to protect anyone’s feelings.”
“It’s to protect our republic,” Trump said. ″We will not be politically correct when it comes to defending American freedom.”
“Even more troubling was Mr. Hegseth’s ultimatum to America’s senior officers: conform to his political worldview or step aside,” Sen. Jack Reed (Democrat, R.I.) said in a Tuesday statement. “That demand is profoundly dangerous. It signals that partisan loyalty matters more than capability, judgment, or service to the Constitution, undermining the principle of a professional, nonpartisan military.
“His words were divisive and corrosive to the force itself. America’s military strength depends on men and women of every race, gender, and creed. By dismissing and marginalizing servicemembers who do not fit his narrow vision, Hegseth insulted those who serve honorably and eroded the cohesion that makes our military strong,” he added.
