Pinocchio JD Dunce: Easy Lies for MAGA Morons to Believe

JD "Dunce Around the Truth" deliberately lies to stir up xenophobia and hatred of foreigners in his MAGA base of ignorant morons. Now he, like Charlie Kirk, may be civilized and loves foreigners and doesn't mind them. But how can they rile up Donald "Cankles" Lump's base of MAGA morons without exploiting their stupid peasant conservative ideas about foreigners? So he lies to them with made-up facts that fit in their tiny tiny but hateful skulls.

JD "Dunce Around the Truth" claims that Democrats want to fund healthcare for "illegal aliens" and "People who can't speak English". For a Yale graduate this is such a mediocre and pedestrian way to score political points. Problem is that it works for his ignorant base of MAGA morons. He knows they are racists and stupid: So whatever he says to them that tickles their racist xenophobic bone, they'll believe him because they alien to education, comprehension, knowledge and understanding, and even if they themselves speak English like my ass.

Populism is exactly that. It is not the substance of the message that matters: It's the distortion of the facts and their replacement with "fake facts". That is how the television channel known as "FAKES NEWS" has been making a living, and that is also how Charlie Kirk became successful among the herd of MAGA morons.

MSNBC Cuts Off JD Vance Amid Claims Dems Want to Fund Healthcare for People ‘Who Can’t Even Speak English’

MSNBC anchor Chris Jansing cut off Vice President JD Vance while he made remarks on the government shutdown during Wednesday’s White House press briefing. Jansing cut into Vance’s remarks to offer a quick fact check, noting what he just said was “not true.”

“If you look at the legislative text that they gave us, they tried to turn on two separate provisions that would give health care benefits to illegal aliens,” Vance said during the briefing, repeating President Donald Trump’s claim that Democrats want to fund healthcare for illegal immigrants. Vance added:

Number one, if you’re an American citizen, you’ve been to a hospital in the last few years, you probably noticed that wait times are especially large, and very often somebody who’s there in the emergency room waiting is an illegal alien—very often a person who can’t even speak English. 

[Iznogood: How does someone in a waiting room know that the fellow a few chairs down is an illegal alien? You see, for ignorant stupid people, "race" is easy: you judge based on superficial features. But can you see "illegal" on a person? Can you see "alien" on a person? The only way you can imagine seeing an illegal alien is if you've been brainwashed to believe that anyone that doesn't look like you or speak like you is such an illegal alien, which is pure unadulterated racism and xenophobia, both of which have been debunked by both science (as stupid and ignorant) and by religion (sinful and ungodly). One of the rare occasions where science and religion agree.]

Why do those people get health care benefits at hospitals paid for by American citizens? The answer is a decision made by the Biden administration that the Trump administration, working with congressional Republicans, undid. We turned off that money spigot to health care funding for illegal aliens. The Democrats in their legislative text want to turn it back on. That’s one thing. The second thing, Matt, is we all know that there are various ways in which the Biden administration waved away illegal immigration status.

They gave parolees; they gave asylum claims to people who weren’t really claiming asylum. And when they waved the magic wand of amnesty, giving millions of people legal status even though they were in the country illegally, they also gave those people access to health care benefits. So what the Democrats are engaging in is—

“So that is not true. So let me tell you several points that are true,” Jansing said, adding:

The Democratic proposed continuing resolution does not provide free health care to undocumented immigrants, nor are Democrats advocating for that. But even beyond that, undocumented immigrants cannot buy health care plans on the ACA exchange.

Therefore, they cannot benefit from the subsidies that the Democrats are talking about. In addition to that, they cannot enroll in Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP, the Children’s Health Insurance Program. It is important to note providing free health care to undocumented immigrants is against federal law. For the most part, undocumented immigrants are barred from using federally funded health care programs. Those are the facts. Let’s go back to the Vice President.
