Here is one of those disgruntled purveyors of hatred - who didn't even bother to change the spelling of his last name so it sounds more American - whose own father probably illegally entered the US by sneaking across the northern border and is now subject to deportation, protesting against ICE's cruelty.
That has become a trademark of MAGA hatemongers: As long as warmongering, failed policies, xenophobia, racism and hatred do not affect them personally, they're all for it. But as soon as it is their own family or their pocketbook, they rise up and take offense. Hypocrites. Egocentric jerks.
Because of English-American racism, hundreds of thousands of French Canadians who immigrated, often illegally by walking across the border, to the US to work in the textile mills of New England, or to flee the massive deportation of French Canadians by the English colonial crooks to Louisiana (where their "Acadian" nomer was distorted into "Cajun"), had to change their names and hide their identity in order to assimilate in the so-called melting pot. LeBlanc became White. Roy became King. Etc.
The imbecile Mainer below, Monsieur LePage, who insisted on maintaining his French last name intact - LePage - with an uppercase P smack in the middle - as evidence of his refusal to fully integrate into the English-American enemy, and who has been vehement in his hatred of immigrants, now complaining because the French Canadian father-in-law of his son entered the US and ILLEGALLY stayed, and is now being deported by LePage's own ICE-GESTAPO.
I relish these stories where the rabid racist finds him/herself the object of racism, or where the sanctimonious Evangelical or Catholic "reverend" is caught with his pants down with children or wives of other people.

After egging Trump on more hatred to immigrants and urging him to speed up his massive deportation campaign of hard-working, tax-paying immigrants, the moron from Maine wants an exception for his son's father-in-law who is being deported back to Canada.
"My son's wife's dad is here legally," LePage claimed in a news conference, which may or may not be true. But regardless of the facts, LePage admits that Trump is deporting his relative "because he came from a country that's not the liking to certain people in Washington", who we understand is his own racist white supremacist boss, one Donald Dumb.
LePage - not to be pronounced as American English "LePAYGE, but as French LePAAAGe - used to be a governor of Maine. Now he wants to become a member of Congress. He has been a stalwart MAGA sycophant of the Asshole-in-Chief. He claims that his son's father-in-law has a valid work permit without specifying that a work permit is temporary and cannot be used to immigrate to the U.S.
