... Probably because he made a private phone call to the two conservative Justices (Roberts and Barrett) to buy them, threaten them, or otherwise twist their arms to vote favorably this second time around.
That is how Mafiosos like him handle "business". Behind the scenes, with threats of consequences to those involved.
He did it with the coward Infantino of FIFA who obliged and reversed a red card penalty to a US football player.
He did it with Walmart that obliged and artificially lowered its grocery prices to help Trump's chances in the midterms.

And now he is asking the Supreme Court to rehear a case challenging his executive order curtailing birthright citizenship, after the Court rejected it with two conservative justices - Roberts and Barrett - voting with Democrats against Trump. The Court said that his order violated the U.S. Constitution's 14th Amendment that automatically confers citizenship to those born on United States soil.
The U.S. Supreme Court rarely grants requests to rehear cases and has not done so after issuing a ruling in an argued case in decades.
The dumb jackass "president" called the decision a "miscarriage of justice" and launched one of his bad-English rants on social media. "AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP IS NOT FOR SALE! In fact, that is a crime, and therefore, the Supreme Court's ruling is wrong," Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social. "I will be asking for a Rehearing by the United States Supreme Court, IMMEDIATELY."
But Trump has himself been selling the American citizenship to wealthy individuals:
The Trump Gold Card is a U.S. immigration program launched in September 2025 that grants wealthy foreign nationals permanent residency and a pathway to citizenship in exchange for a $1 million donation to the federal government. Introduced by President Donald Trump via executive order, the initiative replaces the previous EB-5 investor visa requirements, removing the mandate to create specific jobs in favor of a direct financial contribution.
Gold Card ($1 million): Provides immediate lawful permanent resident status (green card) and a route to citizenship after standard vetting.Corporate Gold Card ($2 million): Allows companies to sponsor an employee for residency, with the ability to transfer the sponsorship to another worker later.
Platinum Card ($5 million): A proposed tier offering residency for up to 270 days per year without triggering U.S. taxes on non-U.S. income, pending congressional approval.
Applicants must first pay a nonrefundable $15,000 processing fee to the Department of Homeland Security for security vetting before the main contribution is due. While the administration argues the funds will help reduce the national debt and attract "productive" talent, legal experts note that selling visas directly may face challenges regarding existing U.S. immigration laws which typically require congressional action for such categories.
