Prediction: Donald Dumb Will Soon Pardon George Floyd's Killer Derek Chauvin

It's only a hunch based on precedent. Chauvin is white. Floyd is black. Chauvin is a cop (ICE-like). Floyd is his victim (because he was walking while brown). Chauvin is a convicted criminal, so is Donald Dumb. The Moron-in-Chief will score big with MAGA voters for pardoning a white criminal police jerk.

Now the murderer is seeking a new trial, in the hope of attracting the attention of the tanned Orangutan in the White Outhouse with a ballroom. His reasons are the kind of fake arguments that Donald Dumb makes up to break the laws: flawed medical testimony, misrepresented police training, and faulty jury instructions. Technicalities that should not blind anyone to the fact that Chauvin placed his knee of Floyd's neck, suffocating him for 9 long minutes while Floyd kept telling him "I cannot breathe". Until Floyd ceased to breathe.

Chauvin was convicted of second-degree murder in the killing of George Floyd, has filed an appeal requesting a new trial. He claims his conviction should be vacated, saying flawed medical testimony, misrepresented police training and faulty jury instructions warrant a new trial or evidentiary hearing.

In his filing, Chauvin says he retained physicians who will testify that the physicians who testified at his trial used methodology that "is not generally accepted in the scientific community."

Chauvin is also disputing testimony from three Minneapolis police supervisors, who swore the tactic of placing a knee on a suspect’s neck as a restraint was inconsistent with city police policy.

The filing states that 34 current and former Minneapolis police officers have made sworn statements saying the knee tactic was part of their training and consistent with the department’s policy.

Floyd, 46, died in May 2020 after Chauvin pinned him to the ground with a knee on his neck as Floyd repeatedly said he could not breathe.

Chauvin has previously appealed in 2023 but the appeal was denied. If this second appeal is denied, Chauvin might have to appeal for a Donald Dumb pardon.
