Non-Immigrant Undeportable White US-Born Teenager Kill His Parents for Inheritance

He's no migrant. Not an immigrant. Legal or otherwise.

Curry County Jail - Darren Munoz

He must have watched too many Hollywood movies, and like an idiot he thinks that he can do in real life what they do in typical American movies: Cheap violence, wanton hatred...

Darren Munoz is a 19-year old US -born white imbecile who could be confused for an immigrant because of his name. That is one instance where an ICE-CBP intervention could have saved lives. He has
hired a friend to "Get Parents Out of the Picture" so he inherits them. He is now charged with two counts of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder and criminal solicitation in connection with the deaths of his father Oscar and stepmother Dina. The dumb American teenager thought that by killing his father Oscar - who owns a convenience store franchise -  the money would end up to him.

The "friend", another dumb American teenager, is 18-year old Julio Zamora who has also been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

On December 15, the police responded to a call about a burglary in progress at a home in Clovis and found Munoz's parents shot in their bedroom.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found the garage door open and Munoz telling them officers that “everything is fine there".

With an imagination fertilized by Hollywood and violent video games, Munoz told the officers not to check on his parents because they "slept in the nude".

The officers entered the room and found Munoz's father and stepmother shot, the affidavit states. Oscar was “still showing signs of life although he had suffered a gunshot wound to the head,” according to the affidavit. Dina was pronounced dead at the scene.

Munoz allegedly told investigators that his parents spent the weekend in San Antonio for their anniversary and he stayed home alone. According to the affidavit, he said that when his parents returned, they brought home food and he went to bed between 9 and 10 p.m. before he woke up hours later after hearing the garage door alarm.

“He would then lie to investigators about whether he called 911 or not,” the affidavit states. “However, 911 call logs would indicate Darren had called and when confronted with this information Darren admitted he did in fact call 911, reporting the [alleged] burglary.”

Of course, guns are in the picture. Darren wanted to trade an AR machinegun for a ghost glock or a pistol without a serial number." Home security footage also showed Munoz hiding a pistol in his waistband around 5 p.m. the night before the killings happened.

Zamora was later arrested leaving his home, and allegedly had a ghost gun in his possession, police said.  Both teens are being held at the Curry County Adult Detention Center. They have both pleaded not guilty.
