European and American propaganda has wired your brains to believe that:

All Palestinians are "dark brown" terrorists

All Israelis are "white angel" victims

All critics of Israel, including Jews and Israelis , are anti-Semitic - so do not dare say what your conscience tells you is right. This is an absolutely abhorrent moral blackmail.

In one of their innumerable propaganda pieces (movies, books, etc.), they have exploited the story of a young girl by the name of Anne Frank [thanks to the spellchecker] who spent 2 years in an attic before being killed in a German - yes German (stop using the word "Nazi" to protect the German people; All Germans were Nazis) concentration camp: You're supposed to feel pity over Anne Frank's fate while they have become friends with the Germans, and they, every day, kill and maim young Palestinians her age, demolish their parents' homes, erase their villages from the map, expel them from their native country, deny them their own identity as the aboriginal native indigenous people of Palestine while the invading Jewish colonists steal their lands, erase their villages and wipe them off the map.

 

Israel: a British, then American, Colonial Enterprise

[Below is the English translation of Michel Collon's comments in the above video on his 2010 release of his book “Israel: Let’s Talk About It”.]

As I prepared to write the book “Israel: Let’s talk about it”, I asked two of my assistants to go in the streets of Brussels and randomly ask people what did they know about the history of Israel’s situation. The responses were catastrophic. There is in fact ignorance by the public, and I think that this ignorance is not due to chance. It’s been 60 years that the European media, that style themselves the best in the world, provide information to the public, and yet we realize that the public doesn’t know the basics. I think this is due to an Israeli operation of propaganda that is conveyed by the media and which I have condensed into what I call the ten big lies of the media that provide a justification for Israel.

The first media lie is that we are told that Israel was created as a reaction to the genocide against the Jews during the 1940-1945 timeframe. This is absolutely false. The creation of Israel was in fact a colonial enterprise that is much older and which was decided at the Basel Congress in 1897. The Jewish Nationalist Movement decided to colonize Palestine. At the time the word “colonialism” was commonly used. There was no shame in it. The Jewish Nationalist Movement called on the colonial powers of the time when it realized that [the Jews of Europe] needed protection. The Turkish Empire wasn’t interested, but the British Empire was very much interested because it wanted to implant settlers in the heart of the Arab world, midway between east and west. The British also wanted to weaken Egypt which was a power that concerned them, since they wanted to control the Suez Canal which is the route to their very profitable colonies in India. Then, the United States which was interested in the oil – it wanted to make money from oil - took over from the British. So, this colonial creation of Israel does not go back to the 1940-1945 time frame. It goes back much earlier. It’s very much a colonial project. We should remember that at the time, the European colonial powers had divvied up Africa as if it were a vulgar piece of pie. There was a conference in Berlin in 1885 with England, France, Portugal, Belgium, and Germany that divided Africa as if it were a vulgar piece of pie. Obviously, not one African was invited. This was clearly during the colonial period. It must be emphatically said: Israel is a colonial project.

The second big lie that is a justification for Israel goes like this, “Yes, but the Jews are in fact returning to the land from which they were evicted by the Roman Empire in 70 AD”. This too is a total myth. In the book, I have interviewed the historian Shlomo Sand who himself interviewed Israeli historians and archaeologists. They all say, no, there was no exodus and therefore there is no return. In a nutshell, the populations stayed where they were, they did not leave. Of course, there were invasions, migrations, mixings and so on, but overall, the populations did not move. This leads us to two comical consequences: The first is that, basically, the descendants of the Jews of the time of Jesus Christ are the Palestinians who live in Palestine today, now. The second consequence is that, if indeed, no people left Palestine, who then are these people who tell us they are returning? The fact is that they are converts, Eastern Europeans, Western Europeans, North Africans who did convert to the Jewish religion at different times for various reasons, and as Shlomo Sand says, the Jewish people simply doesn’t exist. There’s no common history, there’s no common language, there’s no common culture; there’s only a common religion. But a religion is not a people. No one talks of a Christian people, or of a Muslim people, and therefore there’s no Jewish people.

The third big lie is the idea that, OK, it doesn’t matter if they settled there in Palestine to colonize it. They tell us it was a desert, a land without people, and so it was empty. This too is a huge lie. The reality is that the witnesses of the time, in the early 19th century, tell us that Palestine is an ocean of wheat. There was farming and exports, in particular to France, [olive] oil, soap, the famous Jaffa oranges. And in fact, when British settlers, then Jewish settlers, decided to settle in Palestine beginning in 1920, the Palestinian villagers refused to give up their lands, and mounted revolts, general strikes, held demonstrations with many deaths, and formed a guerilla movement in Palestine. In other words, Palestine was everything except a desert. And all of this [thriving Palestine] was crushed by an extremely violent repression, first by the British occupier, then later on by the Zionists.

Then we are told, yes it’s true, there were Palestinians, but they left [their country] by themselves. This too is false. I myself believed this for a long time, and everyone believed it too. It became Israel’s great official version of the facts until those who became known as the “New Israeli Historians” like Benny Morris who is interviewed in the book, [Ilan] Pappé and others who say, no, the Palestinians were evicted by violence, by terror, by a systematic campaign of terror in order to expel them from the country, to empty the land of its indigenous inhabitants. To say that the Palestinians left by themselves remains a total lie.

Let’s say that the preceding lies make up the 'historic' narrative of the creation of Israel, it's everything that is kept from us, which is very very important to understand. But then there is everything we are told about the 'present' period, namely that Israel is anyway the only democracy in the Middle East, and that we therefore must defend it, that it is a state grounded in the “rule of law”.

To begin with, it is not a state grounded in the rule of law. It’s the only country in the world where the constitution does not set boundaries to the territory. In all countries of the world, there is a constitution that says that the territory begins here and ends there, and that is our country. In Israel this is not the case, because it is precisely an expansionist project that has no boundaries, and moreover, its constitution is absolutely racist because it says that Israel is a state for the Jews, which means that everyone else becomes an underclass of citizens, sub humans. This constitution is the negation of democracy. Israel is by no means a democracy, to which I’d like to add that Israel is colonialism itself, the theft of land, the ethnic cleansing, cannot be considered a democracy.

Naturally, we’re told that there is a parliament, the media, university professors who criticize, etc. It’s true, but since it is a state founded on land theft, it is a democracy shared by the thieves whose objective is to find out how they can continue stealing land. That is never a democracy. It’s colonialism. It’s always a dictatorship.

One Example of Israel's Racist Dehumanization of Palestinians

If you are a Palestinian man who is in prison for fighting to liberate your country from the European Jewish invaders, here is one of the many racist policies you and your family are confronted with at the hands of the Jewish Colony of Israel. By the way, when you attach a religion to the name of your country, it ceases to be a democracy- just like the Islamic Republic of Iran - it becomes a theocracy.

Your wife gives birth after your arrest and detention. But Israel refuses to let you see your child (and its siblings who were born prior to your detention). The argument of the Jewish Israeli Nazis is that your wife cannot prove that the child is actually yours. Which means that the Jewish Nazis cast a doubt on your wife's sexual loyalty to you, which is a source of shame to your wife and your children. 

Moreover, the actual objective of this policy is that Israel refuses to give the children a national identity (no ID, no passport...), adding to the millions of refugees and stateless Palestinians, consistent with Israel's colonialist programs of de-arabization of Palestine and its judaification. The European Jews  want to take all of Palestine but without the indigenous native Palestinians. Clearly an ethnic cleansing campaign that follows the invasion of Palestine in the 1930s, the erasing of 600 Palestinian towns and villages from the map, and the eviction of millions of Palestinians into refugee camps, to be replaced by German, French, Polish etc... Jews. Isn't that what Putin is doing to Ukraine? Or what Hitler did to those same Jews who have turned from victims into executioners?

The wives of the imprisoned men have requested that DNA genetic testing be applied to the children and their fathers, but guess what? Israel refuses because it knows these prisoners are the fathers of the stateless children.

Is there any conscience left in the West against these barbaric actions?

Just a reminder that the Jewish people, led by the terrorist Joshua, annihilated the original inhabitants of Palestine (when it was called Canaan) under orders from God back some 3,000 years ago. And now they are doing it again, for the same barbaric religious arguments. I wouldn't be surprised if, in the near future, the barbarians in Netanyahu's government proceed to evict the Palestinians from the West Bank. Of course, they'll pretext some war or some "threat" in order to justify such an action.

There is no two ways about it: If the European colonialist Jews want all of Palestine without the Palestinians, and if they want Israel to be exclusively for Jews, they're gonna have to do major changes in the demographics and the political geography of historic Palestine. 

The question is: How long can the Israelis claim Israel as a purely Jewish country when the Palestinian population of the West Bank and Gaza has exceeded the population of European Jewish invaders. The Israelis know it. They call it the "Demographic time bomb". 

I wish them all the luck with more self-inflicted tragedies that have punctuated their troubled history since time immemorial.

Boss-Based Political Parties Die Off with the Boss

When Lebanon's former president Michel Aoun passes away - he's 88 years old - his "party" (Free Patriotic Movement) will surely die with him. This is what happens to institutions founded on the aura of the boss. The path of history is littered with the cadavers of political parties that were once founded around the person of the "Boss": Hitler (Germany's National Socialism or NAZI party), Mussolini (Italy's National Fascist Party), Peron (Argentina's Justicialist Party), De Gaulle (France's Gaullist Party), etc.

Here in the Near East, most parties are created around the person of a boss. Two interesting examples go to prove my argument:

- The Baath Party: Founded by Michel Aflaq, but not around his person. The Baath Party managed to seize power in Syria and Iraq, but its Arabist ideology stayed away from creating a cult around Michel Aflaq himself. This is perhaps due to the fact that Aflaq was a Christian, which is a handicap in Muslim countries. The Baath Party remains in power in Syria, while Iraq was "de-Baathified" after the US invasion of Iraq.

- The SSNP (Syrian Socialist Nationalist Party): Founded by Anton Saadeh AND around the person of Anton Saadeh. He's a leader for life, even after his death. The cult of the person of Saadeh is central to the ideology, since (as I have described before in: https://lebanoniznogood.blogspot.com/2022/06/dying-nazis-of-near-east.html) Saadeh essentially cloned Hitler's Nazi Party in creating his own. Saadeh too was a Christian, which explains why his party never took a foothold in Muslim Syria and Iraq, but managed to survive in semi-Christian Lebanon). Still, because the party is built around the myth of the "Great Leader" Anton Saadeh, it is nowadays fading away from Lebanese political consciousness: In last May's elections, it lost the only seat it had managed to keep for a number of years. 

The Free Patriotic Movement (FPM) of Michel Aoun (a Christian Maronite) was created on the heels of Aoun's "rebellion" in the late 1980s against the concerted efforts of the international community to force Lebanon's Christians to the political backstage and bring Lebanon's Sunni Muslims to the fore, in a supreme act of blackmailed submission of the international community to Arab (Saudi, Emirati, Qatari, Kuwaiti, etc.) oil and will. After 15 years in exile, Aoun returned to Lebanon after the assassination of the Sunni Muslim Prime Minister Rafik Hariri who had become Lebanon's top man. 

Aoun proceeded to create his FPM Party and insert it in the absurd political theater of Lebanon. No one can deny that the FPM was created around the aura of Aoun, the rebel General who fought the Syrian occupation, his own Christian allies (Lebanese Forces) and the entire international community before being forcibly dislodged from the presidential palace where he had bunkered himself in 1988-1990. In this posture, he managed to attract a Lebanese population of diverse sectarian persuasions, exhausted by 15 years of wars and foreign occupations. For many Lebanese, Aoun became the legendary David fighting off the giant Goliath, except that David lost this battle. His return to Lebanon in 2005 offered him a chance to redress the vicissitudes of his history. But others got in the way.

Sadly for him, Boss Aoun did not have any sons - he had three very capable daughters - which is a terrible handicap in primitive third-worldly patriarchal Lebanon. But he had three sons-in-law. One of them by the name of Gebran Bassil (a.k.a. Zebran Basij) leveraged his sleeping with the Boss's daughter to catapult himself onto the political stage and slowly attempt to take over the dynasty as it were. In a Rasputinian way, Basij made deals with Aoun's erstwhile enemies (Shiite Muslim Hezbollah) and became a kingmaker who brought Aoun to the presidency. But like all Faustian deals, it all ended tragically: Two-faced, turncoat Aoun lost most of his Christian base and, under his presidency, Lebanon collapsed in virtually every way you can imagine. Under Aoun, Lebanon became a failed state that is likely to disappear as we know it.

But now, with Aoun's failure in his rebellion and then again during his term as president, and nearing his natural demise, the FPM has lost its (mostly Christian) base, and indeed lost many seats in last May's legislative elections. It managed to hold on to some seats only because it fielded candidates on Hezbollah's and Amal's lists; in other words, these Christian-rights defenders were elected by Shiite, not Christian, voters. Watching the demise of his father-in-law and his legacy as well, Zebran Basij knows that he's got to do something to keep the FPM alive. As with most political parties in Lebanon, the differences between parties are not ideological. They are sectarian, tribal and regional. For example, you have at least five Maronite parties - Marada (Frangiyeh clan), FPM (Aoun clan), Lebanese Forces (Geagea clan), Kataeb (Gemayel clan), the National Liberals (Chamoun clan), and others. They are all based on the sectarian-regional criterion of being Maronites, but are otherwise ideologically identical. Nothing separates them ideologically, as in Socialist, Liberal, Democrat, Christian-Democrat, Green, Center, Left, Communist, etc..  In Chamoun's case, "liberal" is a mistranslation from Arabic "free" and should not be equated with the "liberal" parties of the west. There is nothing "liberal" in the Chamoun clan party. Some of these parties survive, as ineffectual as they are, because their modern leaders are the sons or cousins or other relatives of the original founder, and bear his name. In Lebanon, it's all in the gonads.

Unfortunately for Zebran Basij, he is not a "Aoun" and is not genetically linked to Michel Aoun, and so he knows that his father-in-law's party (now his own) stands to vanish when Michel Aoun dies, just as other parties have vanished when their "dear leaders" passed away. Since he himself has no aura to leverage, you'll see him nowadays flailing about, cussing friend and foe, gradually sinking in the political moving sands, struggling to remain afloat. The FPM was founded around the idea of the rebel, though tragic, hero Michel Aoun. Basij is tragic, but he's no hero, and is not a "Aoun". Most of the cadres of the FPM were brought on board thanks to the persona of Michel Aoun, and many of them have a profound distaste for Basij: They all won elections and became party cadres on that basis, but Basij kept failing to win elections, yet Aoun kept propping him up by giving him ministerial portfolios and later imposing him as party chief. 

Between the resentment inside the party and Basij's abysmal performance, the FPM's fate will likely match that of all these other "dear-leader-based" or "boss-based" parties: If not death and oblivion, then ghosts.

Jesus: Jews are Masters of Phoenician-Lebanese Dogs

CAN THE CHURCH EXPLAIN THE FOLLOWING?

Since I was brainwashed from birth into the Christian bullshit, there is a particularly revealing story in the Christian Gospels that was the straw that broke the camel's back. It essentially confirms that Jesus was a rabid Jewish supremacist who declared, in his own words, that Jews are the masters, and the gentiles, in this case the Phoenician Lebanese, are their dogs. 

We are told in Mark and Matthew's gospels that the Jewish rabbi Yesou3 (renamed by the west as 'Jesus', the 3 replacing the Arabic letter ع or Hebrew ʿayin ע) referred to my ancestors of the Phoenician Lebanese cities of Sidon and Tyre as mere "dogs" to their "masters" the Israelites. 

The story (Mark 7:24-30, and Matthew 15:21-24) says that a Phoenician woman approached Yesou3 as he was visiting Sidon and Tyre and asked him to cast away demons from her daughter, to which he reacted angrily and asked his bodyguards-disciples to send her off and leave him alone, which is not a nice thing to do when you're a celebrity pretending to be the son of God. But the woman persisted, so he told her, "It is not right to take the children's [the Israelites] bread and cast it to the dogs [the Lebanese]", adding, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel." 

Apparently therefore, Yesou3 was a supremacist racist Jewish rabbi with suicidal and megalomaniacal tendencies who excluded all non-Jewish humans (99.9999% of humanity) from his so-called mission of saving them from a sin his own father, the supreme alpha male zombie in the sky, inflicted on them at birth without their knowledge or approval. Doesn't the Talmud utter such copiously hateful comments as well?

Should the extremist supremacist Yesou3-Jesus return to Earth, as his modern-day neanderthal followers claim he will, he might as well join the extremist terrorist right-wing Israeli government of Benyamin Netanyahu and kill - in his renowned sacred rage - Palestinians and Lebanese people at will, steal their lands, demolish their homes, evict them from their villages and cities, and apply to them all the other "civilizing" methods used by the Jewish European colonists to bring modernity and civilization to the barbarian Arabs. After all, non-Jews are like dogs for Yesou3 and his ilk, so killing them is very kosher (no pun intended).

What is truly stunning in this story is the blackmail set by Jesus to the Canaanite-Phoenician-Greek woman: If you accept that you are only dogs to your masters the Israelite-Jews, then I, Jesus, will heal your daughter. This is at the core of the Christian religion: It is not a break with the past as it should be with the arrival of Messiah-Jesus, but a continuation of the megalomanical self-declared supremacy of the Jews. Indeed, the Church's decision to append the Torah to the Gospels and call them New and Old testaments is no secret: The Christian religion is a Jewish conspiracy to tame the gentiles and turn them into submissive nations. While Judaism calls for an eye-for-an-eye vengeful posture towards one's enemies, Christians are told to turn the other cheek, forgive, love their enemies etc. Which means that in establishing a Jewish sect called Christianity for everyone else, those Jewish rebels (the disciples and their followers) against the Roman Empire tamed and domesticated the rest of the world into adopting a posture of non-violence and submission, which in turn makes life easier for the Jews.

EU: Offer Asylum to More Millions of Syrians

In the aftermath of the earthquake that hit Syria and Turkey, the situation is so desperate for the Syrian people - a decade of war, displacement, the brutality of all the protagonists including Daesh and the Assad regime, and now the earthquake - that many have been made refugees several times, fleeing from one disaster to another both inside and outside their country. The earthquake will cause a new massive wave of Syrian and Turkish refugees toward Europe and the West, and the EU should prepare itself to welcome them. If this instability continues in the Near East, Europe stands to be torn by internal conflict with strong religious components, by demographic and social changes the likes of which it has never experienced, not even during the two great wars of the 20th century. Just look at what Lebanese Muslims have done to Lebanon's once exemplary power-sharing system with the Christians: Step by step, generation after generation, the Muslims have methodically reneged on every agreement reached after each crisis that they - the Muslims-  themselves fomented to begin with. In their evolution, Muslims and Islam have yet to come to terms with actually sharing power with non-Muslims. Today, they are essentially where Europe was in the 16th century: Centrality of religion to everything political and social. In fact, of all historic grudges between nations and religions across history, only one remains alive and well after 1300 years: The enmity between Shiite Islam and Sunni Islam.

Yet, the dereliction and cowardice of the international community is behind this state of affairs. For more than 50 years, the free world tolerated and even collaborated with the murderous regime of the Assad family as it tormented and bullied its own people, as well as its small neighbor Lebanon which it occupied and brutalized for decades.

For years, and while Syria was kidnapping, murdering, arbitrarily detaining, bombing, shelling, invading and torturing anyone who dared say no, the West continued to give the Assads the respectability they never deserved. Every year under the regime of Hafez Assad the father, then Bashar Assad the son, the US Secretary of State and sometimes the US president himself would meet with Assad in Damascus or in Geneva, shake hands, and come to what amounted to criminal agreements with the dictator over issues like the Syrian occupation of Lebanon, the flow of terrorists and weapons from Syria to Iraq, the dismal human rights situation in Syria, the backing of the Iranian terrorist militia of Hezbollah which imported the explosive ammonium nitrate to Beirut on behalf of Assad and caused the Beirut Harbor explosion, etc...

And the only thing the West did was to impose sanctions that never stopped the Assads but annihilated the ability of the Lebanese and Syrian peoples to stand up to the brutal dictatorship. In fact, the West kept referring to Assad in positive terms, like "cunning", "keeps his word", "smart", etc.

Why this collusion between the West and Assad?

Because Assad, despite all the harm he did to the peace process, never ever fought Israel after 1973 when US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger sealed an agreement with the Assads: Do what you want to your people and to Lebanon, but do not fight Israel. And in effect, Assad "kept his word" by destroying Lebanon and crushing the Palestinian resistance movements, and never ever fired a single bullet across the Golan Heights which Israel occupied and annexed. Even today, when Israeli jets fly over Syria and bomb Iranian-Hezbollah targets, the Syrian regime doesn't fight back, doesn't complain, and life goes on. Meanwhile, the Syrian regime has for decades backed several Palestinian and Iranian militias in Lebanon - but never in Syria - supposedly to liberate territories occupied by Israel. The choreography of Syrian-Israeli-Western deceit could not have been staged better than that.

All Arab dictators (Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Yemen....) have been deposed except Assad. The mystery of the durability of the Assad regime can only be explained by its collusion with the West and Israel for the sole purpose of protecting the equally criminal and brutal Israeli regime while it slowly and methodically, with horrendous human rights practices, nibbled at the prospect of one day establishing a free Palestinian state.

The earthquake might have finally altered this 50-year-long lie. Europe, and by extension the West, has put up with millions of Syrian refugees pouring into Europe under the Assad regime's systematic destruction of every city and village in Syria. Yet, not one bomb, bullet, or assault ever targeted the head of the snake: Assad himself. The US brags every day about tracking and drone-killing leaders of Al-Qaida, ISIS/Daesh, Taliban and all kinds of militants. Is it really that difficult to blow up Assad himself and rid the region of the only apparently remaining obstacle to peace? 

It is not that difficult. Without Russia's duplicitous support, the Assad regime is a pathetic military weakling that could be easily brought down. So what gives? The ultimate objective of Western policy in the Near East: Protect Israel's brutal colonial rape of Palestine at any cost, at the cost of millions killed, millions of refugees, at the cost of the destruction of Lebanon and Syria, the cost of a now defunct peace process.... All of it so that the Apartheid European colonial enterprise called Israel continues to snuff out any aspiration of a free independent Palestine, any aspiration for the Palestinian refugees to one day return to their historic Palestine, any aspiration for the Syrian refugees to one day return to Syria, and for the region to finally find peace. All of the horrors of the past century - so the West thinks - can be solved by propping up the artificial European colony known as the Jewish Republic of Israel against any semblance of justice and decency. Bottom line: Europe and the West don't want "their" Jews to return to Europe, and are willing to take in tens of millions of Muslims instead. Under this lens, one can understand the "urgency" of denuclearizing Iran: It constitutes a threat to Israel.

The West does not want peace. Peace means having to make compromises the West cannot possibly make. And so the train wreck continues. 

Without true justice, there will never be peace.

Apartheid Israel's State-Terrorism Against Native Palestinians

As great a crime as the Holocaust was against the Jewish people at the hands of Germany, the creation of the State of Israel over the ashes of historic Palestine was a far greater crime of the 20th century.

At the same time that the Germans where persecuting the Jewish people of Europe in the 1930s, those same Jewish Europeans who were fleeing the Germans began persecuting the indigenous Palestinians. Is it surprising that those who were victimized and abused by the Germans turn around and victimize and abuse the Palestinians?

How can anyone with a conscience accept that the victims of the Holocaust of the Jews of Europe somehow be morally licensed to ethnically cleanse, murder, displace, dehumanize the Palestinian people and steal their villages and lands and ancestral millennial homes? 

How can anyone deny that the sophisticated and wealthy European Jews of the 1920s and 1930s exploited a poor unsophisticated rural Palestinian population, embezzled them out of their lands, massacred the inhabitants of 600 villages that were either razed to the ground or replaced by new Jewish colonies, terrorized the rest to flee their villages and live in refugee camps outside of their native land, and formed terrorist organizations like Lehi, Haganah, Stern etc. which mounted a terror campaign against the British mandatory authority and assassinated UN envoys (Count Bernadotte). That is how Israelis built their "country": by terror and genocide.

The Holocaust was perpetrated by the German people (and other European collaborators), not by the Palestinian people. But right now another Holocaust is being slowly perpetrated by colonialist ultra-religious terrorist Jews against the native indigenous people of Palestine. To add insult to injury, the Germans and the Israelis (the majority of whom were themselves German refugees) have reconciled and are best friends today, but still with the Israelis inflicting on the Germans a massive guilt syndrome that makes the Germans unable to openly criticize what the Israelis are doing to the native Palestinians.

And Joe Biden, this dumb-ugly American, says he is a Zionist because he has to lick the boots of his American Jewish voters. Americans talk big on human rights, but in the case of Palestine they have no problem with the double-standard. Why? Because their balls are tightly squeezed by their own citizens who hold dual US-Israeli citizenship.
