When Drunkard Racist Womanizer "Investigates" Outstanding Astronaut Captain Senator

Donald Trump's puppet, the drunkard womanizer Pete Hegseth (Secretary of the - Hahahahaaaa - "Department of War"), who backed convicted criminal felon and womanizing adulterer Donald Trump's sedition and attempted coup against the United States constitution, wants now to investigate one of America's most outstanding senator and war and space hero, Mark Kelly.

This is how Trump is destroying America and everything it stands for. We are now living in a decrepit and immoral dictatorship.

Fascists like Hegseth and Trump believe that their Free Speech insults and threats to other Americans should be protected (an idea embodied by Saint Charlie Kirk), but that the Free Speech of people who disagree with Fascism, the American dumb version of it, is an act of treason against the Supreme Moron, the Big Brother.

Some are qualifying the - Hahahahaaaaa - "Secretary of War" Hegseth as a CLOWN and a SCUMBAG, while his boss, Donald Hump, is a coward Vietnam Draft Dodger - he had bone spurs in his cankles - who thinks that people who serve and die in the US armed forces are "SUCKERS" and "LOSERS". Thanks to his father's connections and money, Donald Dumb was smarter than all these riffraff garbage Americans who gave their lives for their country.

Mark Kelly Fires Back After Hegseth Launches Investigation Into Him: ‘I’ve Given Too Much to This Country to Be Silenced by Bullies’

Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) fired back at the Trump administration and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth on Monday after the Pentagon announced it would be launching an investigation into whether Kelly, a retired Navy captain, is guilty of misconduct after he appeared in a video urging members of the military and intelligence community not to follow “illegal orders.”

In a statement issued on Monday morning, the Department of Defense said that it had ” received serious allegations of misconduct against Captain Mark Kelly, USN (Ret.). In accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 688, and other applicable regulations, a thorough review of these allegations has been initiated to determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures. This matter will be handled in compliance with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality. Further official comments will be limited, to preserve the integrity of the proceedings.”

It continued:

The Department of War reminds all individuals that military retirees remain subject to the UCMJ for applicable offenses, and federal laws such as 18 U.S.C. § 2387 prohibit actions intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces. Any violations will be addressed through appropriate legal channels.

All servicemembers are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders and that orders are presumed to be lawful. A servicemember’s personal philosophy does not justify or excuse the disobedience of an otherwise lawful order.

In a statement of his own, Hegseth submitted that:

The video made by the “Seditious Six” was despicable, reckless, and false. Encouraging our warriors to ignore the orders of their Commanders undermines every aspect of “good order and discipline.” Their foolish screed sows doubt and confusion — which only puts our warriors in danger.

Five of the six individuals in that video do not fall under @DeptofWar jurisdiction (one is CIA and four are former military but not “retired”, so they are no longer subject to UCMJ). However, Mark Kelly (retired Navy Commander) is still subject to UCMJ—and he knows that.

As was announced, the Department is reviewing his statements and actions, which were addressed directly to all troops while explicitly using his rank and service affiliation—lending the appearance of authority to his words. Kelly’s conduct brings discredit upon the armed forces and will be addressed appropriately.

The investigation’s launch comes after President Donald Trump expressed his outrage over the video, which he argued was “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!”

Kelly responded to the development on X, where he wrote, “When I was 22 years old, I commissioned as an Ensign in the United States Navy and swore an oath to the Constitution. I upheld that oath through flight school, multiple deployments on the USS Midway, 39 combat missions in Operation Desert Storm, test pilot school, four space shuttle flights at NASA, and every day since I retired – which I did after my wife Gabby was shot in the head while serving her constituents.”

“In combat, I had a missile blow up next to my jet and flew through anti-aircraft fire to drop bombs on enemy targets. At NASA, I launched on a rocket, commanded the space shuttle, and was part of the recovery mission that brought home the bodies of my astronaut classmates who died on Columbia. I did all of this in service to this country that I love and has given me so much,” he continued. “Secretary Hegseth’s tweet is the first I heard of this. I also saw the President’s posts saying I should be arrested, hanged, and put to death. If this is meant to intimidate me and other members of Congress from doing our jobs and holding this administration accountable, it won’t work. I’ve given too much to this country to be silenced by bullies who care more about their own power than protecting the Constitution.”

Critics of President Donald Trump are slamming the Pentagon for announcing an investigation into Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) over a video posted on social media.

Kelly, a retired Navy captain, was one of six Democratic lawmakers who posted a video last week to remind members of the military and intelligence community that they do not need to obey illegal orders. Trump lashed out at those Democrats at the time, calling for their arrests and labeling them as “traitors.”

Now, the Pentagon announced it would be launching a “thorough review” of Kelly’s conduct. According to the statement released by the Department of Defense, officials have received "serious allegations of misconduct" against Kelly.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said in a statement on Monday that the video was “despicable, reckless, and false.” He said that of the six lawmakers, only Kelly is subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

“As was announced, the Department is reviewing his statements and actions, which were addressed directly to all troops while explicitly using his rank and service affiliation—lending the appearance of authority to his words. Kelly’s conduct brings discredit upon the armed forces and will be addressed appropriately," Hegseth wrote.

Kelly responded to Hegseth’s statement by describing his military service to the U.S.

“Secretary Hegseth’s tweet is the first I heard of this. I also saw the President’s posts saying I should be arrested, hanged, and put to death. If this is meant to intimidate me and other members of Congress from doing our jobs and holding this administration accountable, it won’t work. I’ve given too much to this country to be silenced by bullies who care more about their own power than protecting the Constitution,” he said on X.

A number of Trump critics bashed Hegseth and the Trump administration over the investigation into Kelly.

MeidasTouch editor-in-chief Ron Filipkowski torched Hegseth in a post on X.

“Such a small, petty, insecure loser. The Trump admin didn’t trust this drunken fool anywhere near the Ukraine negotiations so they sent the Sec of the Army instead. So this clown needs to play more stupid games,” he said.

Former Rep. Joe Walsh, who recently joined the Democratic Party, also responded to Hegseth’s statement on X.

“All military personnel have a duty to not obey unlawful orders. That’s all the “Patriotic Six” said. Like everything else you do, this is just performative bullshit for your base. You’re an unserious mouthpiece for an utterly unfit Commander In Chief," Walsh wrote.

Reason reporter Billy Binion wrote: “All of the people who said they cared about lawfare 5 seconds ago should be up in arms over this. Mark Kelly has a First Amendment right to express his opinion. This administration truly detest freedom of speech.”

One user wrote: “Imagine a known scumbag like Pete Hegseth trying to investigate an American hero like Mark Kelly.”

Former U.S. Rep. Conor Lamb posted: “This is how they treat a retired officer and Senator who spoke up. Imagine how impossible it is for junior officers to question anything that’s happening.”

A number of critics predicted that the investigation will backfire on the Trump administration.

“This won’t end how you think it will,” former U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger wrote on X.

The Lincoln Project’s Rick Wilson said: “This is going to blow back on you so badly.”

Former U.S. Rep. Justin Amash posted: “The chances of a successful prosecution here are zero point zero percent. Everything with this administration is performative nonsense to cater to an ever-shrinking base. We don’t live in North Korea. Anyone here can freely state that service members must refuse unlawful orders.”

Other pundits suggested that the investigation will only strengthen Kelly’s reelection campaign or a possible run for the White House.

“AZ Sen. Kelly’s seat isn’t up until 2028, but Trump’s vengeful threat here will strengthen Kelly as a potential Dem presidential candidate. Plus, Kelly’s distinguished military record stands in stark contrast to Trump’s draft evasion during Vietnam,” Larry Sabato, director of University of Virginia’s Center for Politics, wrote on X.

“Setting aside for a second the lunacy and authoritarianism surrounding the Trump/Hegseth threat to court martial Mark Kelly, it is also politically moronic. No military court or jury would uphold this, and you only do Kelly a tremendous favor by making him more popular than ever,” Filipkowski wrote in a separate post.

In the video posted last Tuesday, Kelly was one of six Democratic lawmakers who have served in the military or intelligence community to speak “directly to members of the military.” The other lawmakers are Sen. Elissa Slotkin and Reps. Jason Crow, Chris Deluzio, Maggie Goodlander and Chrissy Houlahan, who are seen as possible future aspirants for higher office and elevated their political profiles with the video’s wide exposure.

Kelly, who was a fighter pilot before becoming an astronaut and then retiring at the rank of captain, told troops that “you can refuse illegal orders,” while other lawmakers in the video said they needed troops to “stand up for our laws ... our Constitution.”
