Why? Because she's like most white trash Americans, racist Islamophobes to the bone hounded into deep fear and brainwashed by the Zionist and Ku Klux Klan cattle prods and incapable of upholding the strength of their convictions.
On one hand, they are Democrats who want to live up to their principles. On the other hand, they are terrorized by their own white supremacist watermark that runs deep into their veins and their DNA and against their principles. As they try to manage this conflict, they fumble, sit on the fence, waver, and appear weak.

Haley Stevens Asked If She Wants Abdul El-Sayed To Win: 'I Don't Know Why You'd Ask Me That'

Michigan Rep. Haley Stevens (D) gave a lukewarm answer in a New York Times interview when asked if she wants Abdul El-Sayed, the Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate, to win Tuesday's election.
"I think he's going to win," Stevens first said.
When pressed on her answer, Stevens then replied: "I don't know why you'd ask me that."
In recent days, Stevens has obsessively called out El-Sayed for perceived slights, including a demand that he condemn an ad that he and his campaign had nothing to do with.
She also demanded that El-Sayed take down his own ad featuring Republican talking heads — including Tucker Carlson— denouncing Republican Mike Rogers. Stevens, who is white, said El-Sayed should take down the video "out of the same respect for Michigan's Black community."
El-Sayed, for his part, seems to be done with taking Stevens' complaints seriously.
Asked a third time if she thinks El-Sayed will win, Stevens said she wants a Democrat to win.
"I ran for a Democratic nomination, intent in understanding that I wanted a Democrat to win," she told the publication. "We sat down for a long period of time, Abdul and I did, in the first quarter of '25, before we both decided to run, making that commitment to each other, so of course."
