In this case, it is a judge, a Justice on the Supreme Court no less, who was appointed by the Dumb-in-Chief himself. She - Amy Coney Barrett - is far, far more intelligent and smart than Donald Dumb's riffraff MAGA sewer dwellers. So just like the barbarian newly Christianized Romans of ancient Egypt who murdered (by stripping her in public and whipping her with seashell whips then dislocating her body, all in the name of Christ) Hypatia of Alexandria, the renown and celebrated female philosopher, mathematician and astronomer who refused to convert, Trump's MAGA mob is now assassinating Justice Barrett because she did her job in good conscience. If they could drag her to the National Mall, torture her and crucify her, they wouldn't hesitate.

An unprecedented virulent attack is being mounted by hard-right extremist MAGA conservatives against Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett after she voted to uphold birthright citizenship. In trying to MAKE AMERICA WHITE AGAIN, birthright citizenship is one of White Supremacist Donald Dumb's tools in his arsenal to limit immigration to the US from what he calls Shithole Countries, i.e. essentially all countries on earth except Slovenia, Norway and even Russia.
Barrett concurred with Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Brett Kavanaugh and the court's three liberal justices in striking down the executive order signed by Trump restricting birthright citizenship. Although Roberts and Kavanaugh are right-wing conservative justices, Barrett's female gender and Catholic faith has made her the object of particularly virulent attacks by Trump's mob (largely white supremacist protestant).
The imbecile from racist slavery state South Carolina, Rep. Nancy Mace, has called to "impeach rogue, activist judges," adding in an unveiled direct threat, "We're looking at you Amy Coney Barrett". Mace continued that "The 14th Amendment was written for freed slaves. Not for birth tourism. The men who wrote it knew the difference. But apparently the female justices on the Supreme Court do not".
Hypocrite sexist and racist conservatives in the US are constitutional "literalists" (textualists who argue that the constitution is a static document that should be implemented "as is" without any interpretation) when it is convenient for them, but become stalwart "living constitutionalists" when convenient as well, who assert that the document is amenable to evolve by interpretation to address modern societal values and new issues not envisioned by the Framers.
For example, MAGA conservatives argue for the literality of the constitution when it comes to the second amendment (The right to bear arms) and refuse to admit that it was written specifically by the Framers to allow the American militia to fight off the English during the Revolution, and not to allow every jackass redneck in Texas, Tennessee and other sordid backward slavery states to own an AR-15 and go around killing other Americans.
Another hillbilly polygamous Mormon moron MAGA Senator from the State of Utah, Mike Lee, mocked Barrett by saying, "If a woman gives birth at the Supreme Court, is her baby entitled to automatic status as a justice?" Hahahhaa... what a lame imbecile. Mr. Lee, if a woman gives birth in the capitol of Salt Lake City, does the baby automatically become a moron Mormon?
Extremist far-right and virulent xenophobe racist Trump ally Laura Loomer sounded an apocalyptic end-of-times warning (typical of numskull ultra-religious fundamentalist evangelicals). She said that by voting against the president's birthright citizenship executive order Barrett was "effectively sending our country to the grave." Could any criminally-minded racist idiot be any more dramatic? Yes, Loomer is an amateur when it comes to the height of American conservative barbarity.
Hard-right extremist and woman-hater conservative Matt Walsh called Barrett a "DEI hire, little better than Kentanji Jackson" who is an African American Justice on the Supreme Court. Since Barrett is white, she is a "little better" than Jackson in Walsh's KKK mind. Note that Barrett was appointed to the Supreme Court by none else that Walsh's white supremacist hero, one Donald Dumb who has led a crusade against DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion). Donald Dumb has implemented his own DEI, namely (Dumbification, Empty-headedness and Intolerance/Iniquity) policies.
Walsh is not shy about attacking ALL AMERICAN WOMEN: "The worst Supreme Court Justices of all time have all been women... That's just a fact. Republican presidents should take the hint."
And I suggest that the women of America should also take the hint and deal with it at the ballot box in November. Donald Dumb's MAGA universe hates women and wants them locked up in the kitchen, barefoot, making babies and not allowed to vote because 1- they are low-IQ (according to the Great Moron himself), and 2- to increase the demographics of inbred white-trash American imbeciles.
And adding Evangelical "divine bullshit" to the racist sexist chowder pot, an Arizona Pastor by the name of Dale Partridge and whose brain is no different from that of a Taliban Mullah or an Iranian Ayatollah (except for the name of his religion) posted one of the scintillating brilliant ideas that actually made America great, namely that "the Garden of Eden shows that women are by nature more easily deceived" and that "men are designed to rule." Problem solved, fucking God has spoken in his garbage Torah. End of discussion. "No more women judges or politicians," he solemnly concluded, showing a picture of Barrett.
What really peeves even more these Neanderthal evangelical white supremacist racists is that Barrett is the adoptive mother of two Black children from Haiti. And that is a mortal sin for the barbarian Christians of Protestant America. What is worse than being Black, Barrett's children are from Haiti, the country whose immigrants "eat cats and dogs" according to the criminal felon and idiot Donald Dumb.
Barrett's Catholic faith does not help her either. Catholics are "papists" and the latest row between Donald Dumb and Pope Leo has cast Barrett as an accomplice of the Pope against the US Great Moron.
What is uncannily disturbing is that two other white male justices, Roberts and Kavanaugh, wrote the ruling, but you wouldn't hear a slight condemnation of them by the MAGA herd of buffaloes. They are MALES and they are WHITE. That is as close to the racist sexist barbarian Evangelical God as anyone can be, and therefore they are left alone.

Impeaching judges, sterilizing foreign visitors, dissolving the union – some prominent conservatives suggested extreme measures could be called for in the wake of a Supreme Court decision upholding birthright citizenship.
The court found that Trump's executive order last year targeting birthright citizenship is illegal under the 14th Amendment of the Constitution, which states "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States."
The ruling sparked widespread outrage on the right, which has rallied around President Donald Trump's push to restrict the constitutional provision granting automatic citizenship to anyone born in the country.

Sean Davis, the CEO and co-founder of The Federalist online magazine, wrote in a social media post that there are "several ways forward" after the ruling. Among them: Adding more justices to the Supreme Court and mandating "sterilization of all foreign visitors prior to entry."
Davis also mentioned dissolving the union, writing "A nation which can't even restrict who gets to be a citizen isn't a nation."
Jack Posobiec, another conservative media figure, said in a social media post that "The court never said we can't mandate spot pregnancy tests for foreigners."
Many on the right lashed out at conservative justices who joined the majority decision.

"Impeach rogue, activist judges," Rep. Nancy Mace, R-South Carolina, wrote on social media. "We're looking at you Amy Coney Barrett."
Conservative [moronic dumb blonde] podcaster Megyn Kelly also slammed Barrett. "I'm sick of Barrett. I'm sick of this bull***t by Barrett, I gotta be honest," Kelly said on her show.The outpouring of anger on the right prompted pushback from some conservatives. "The right-wing meltdown over the citizenship case is shockingly dishonest," wrote Gregg Nunziata, an aide for Secretary of State Marco Rubio when he was in the Senate and now the executive director of the Society for the Rule of Law, a group founded by conservative legal figures from previous Republican administrations.
"The ruling preserves the status quo," added Nunziata. "The majority landed where most conservative scholarship has been."
Trump has pushed a hardline immigration agenda centered around mass deportations, but targeting birthright citizenship may have been his most aggressive move. It clashed with how the Constitution has long been understood and sought to dramatically redefine who gets to be a citizen. Trump was deeply invested in the case, attending Supreme Court arguments, a first for a sitting president.

The president described birthright citizenship as an "anchor" wrapped around the country's neck, but Chief Justice John Roberts, writing for the majority, said, "Citizenship, then and now, was the right to have rights − to freely participate in our political community."
"The Framers of the Fourteenth Amendment extended that promise to 'every free-born person in this land.' We keep that promise today," Roberts added.
The loss had some conservatives lamenting about the path forward. Vice President JD Vance, appearing on Fox News, said the ruling was "disappointing" and a "major, major mistake" but said it had a "silver lining."
It showed there is significant support among the justices for ending birthright citizenship, which Vance said is "hanging by a thread." Four of the justices said Trump's executive order didn't violate the 14th Amendment, although one said it violated a 1952 immigration law.
"We have to keep fighting because we actually have an opportunity to reverse this decision, just as we've reversed so many bad decisions throughout the generations," Vance said.
Steve Bannon, a prominent MAGA media figure, opened his podcast on June 30 by declaring it was a "day that will live in infamy" but said the fight wasn't over.
"You know what we're going to do? We're going to get up and dust ourselves off and we're going to go to war," Bannon said.
