According to AI, in 2025, the United States saw significant volumes of reported child sexual abuse cases across different tracking systems: Federal sources report 66,662 total reported cases in fiscal year 2025. Children’s Advocacy Centers investigated 224,520 cases involving sexual abuse allegations, which represented 51% of all abuse cases handled by these centers. The combined total: Across the network, these centers served 365,140 children experiencing allegations of abuse in total. Organizations note that the actual scope of the problem may be larger than federal statistics indicate.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation cases showed a 30% rise in 2025 compared to 2024 and a 44% growth in FBI child exploitation cases between fiscal year 2022 and 2025.
In Alabama, Prescott House reported that cases in 2025 were approximately 30% higher than in 2024, with counselors on pace to match this record volume in 2026.
Online Exploitation: Reports of sadistic online exploitation handled by the NCMEC surged by 125% in 2025 compared to the previous year.
Historical Context: The most recent multi-year trends through 2025 demonstrate a sharp upward trajectory in case volumes.
Hence, the suspected pedophile friend Donald Trump has not done anything to stem the creeping rise in child exploitation in the US. In fact, these cases have risen significantly during his term. Most criminal cases seem to cluster around US-born (neither migrant nor immigrant) white trash Americans committing the bulk of these crimes. In Germany, Deutsche Presse-Agentur (dpa) reports over 17,000 cases of child sex abuse in 2025. The number of registered cases of child sexual abuse in Germany has risen significantly over the past five years, with police recording 17,126 instances in 2025, authorities said on Tuesday. These are cases that have been reported and registered, the total number being potentially much higher since many go undiscovered and/or unreported.
A report by the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) said the figure was around 1,600 more than in 2021, and represented a rise of 772 cases compared to 2024. In more than half of all cases, suspects had a prior relationship with the survivors, with girls making up 74% of victims.
Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt, and Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) chief Holger Münch and the government's commissioner for child sexual abuse, Kerstin Claus, presented the figures in Berlin. The national situation report is based on data from police crime statistics and focuses in particular on the areas of sexual abuse, abuse imagery (child pornography) and the sexual exploitation of minors.
A total of 18,736 victims were registered in connection with the sexual abuse of children, an increase of 3.6%. The number of suspects also rose again, from 12,368 to 12,823. These were mainly male suspects acting alone, the report said.
The statistics reflect only crimes that were reported to authorities and processed by police, with the authors warning that a significant hidden figure of unreported cases must be assumed.
Using the 365,140 total number for the US and the 18,870 total number for Germany, one can get an insight into the relative prevalence of child sex abuse cases in these two countries.
In the US, 365,140 cases over a total population of 343,603,404 gives a ratio of 0.106%.
In Germany, 18,870 cases over a total population of 83,467,117 gives a ratio of 0.022%.
Which means that child sex abuse in the US is five times (or 400%) more frequent than in Germany on a per-capita basis.
