Trump's GOP-MAGA Genuinely Believe their Supporters are Dumb

The dummy Ronald Reagan was married to the idiot Nancy who, even as a Christian imbecile, regularly consulted a charlatan diviner and astrologer, but kept it secret for fear of alienating the dumbass Republican base who have all found Jesus.

If you don't know you're dumb as a cow, all you have to do is become a MAGA moron.

Trump has said it many times, including the recent "I can say whatever the hell I want and you'll clap". Which is why they go around lying and making up stuff and "alternative facts" that the dumb morons
behind them will swallow lock, stock, and barrel because they are largely ignorant illiterate peasants from the boonies.

Scarborough Eviscerates GOP’s ‘Closing Argument’ 11 Days Ahead of the Midterms: ‘Americans Aren’t as Stupid as You Think They Are’

Joe Scarborough framed President Donald Trump's praise of a controversial political ad as a "closing argument" for Republicans 11 days ahead of the midterms — and warned, "voters are watching."

The Morning Joe host eviscerated Trump Friday for his insistent praise of the attack ad in the Ohio governor's race between Republican Vivek Ramaswamy and Democrat Amy Acton.

The Ramaswamy campaign ad features' Acton's estranged mother, Donna Arthur, who lambasts her daughter in the clip as a "liar" and urges people not to vote for her. The family's stunning backstory — including Acton's decades-old allegation that her stepfather raped her for years from when she was age 9 to 12 and that her mom sided with the perpetrator — has turned the ad into a lightning rod for the GOP.

Trump has now repeatedly praised the ad and turned his criticism on the press for covering the intense criticism of the spot.

Scarborough said the president is now "bringing the entire Republican party down just 11 days ahead of the midterms" and later added, "now they're all associated with one of the lowest political ads in political history."

He played several clips of Trump lauding the ad.

"Is that Orwellian, Donald? Is that good is bad and bad is good, Donald, is that what you're doing?" Scarborough raged.

"Who wouldn't use such an ad? Well, you say you would. It's called hitting pay dirt. No, it's called getting in the dirt. Getting in the mud," he added.

"You know, Donald, Americans aren't as stupid as you think they are," the host said. "And you certainly know that if your father had been accused of raping you and your sister and you had to be taken out of the home when you were 11 years, 12 years old, and your mother had fled the state with the rapist, with a child rapist. Yeah, the press would all be criticizing that ad. You know that this isn't about the press.

"I mean, it's so stupid. I can't, I cannot believe how stupid this is. What you're doing in the final stages of this campaign to hurt Republicans. I really can't," he said.

"But this isn't about the press," he said. "This is again, about the sitting Ohio governor saying this is a sleazy ad. Take it down. The sitting Ohio secretary of state, Republican also saying it's a sleazy ad. Take it down. The sitting Republican senator – who again, whose body and whose backside you've been lusting after and praising for the past week –says, take it down."

"I don't know if you think that you're talking to three-year-olds and they don't understand, but Americans understand. They understand. And for Republicans, this is horrible news.

"You start the week defending, getting in bed with Vladimir Putin, doing everything you can to destroy freedom fighters in Ukraine, doing everything you can to undermine western democracy, to undermine western civilization. And then you follow with this?" he asked.

"Listen, man, it's 11 days. In 11 days, Americans vote. And you're talking about this at a time when people can't afford their lives," he said.

"Whether it's their grocery bills that are higher than ever, whether it's health care that's been made higher than ever by your bill that gave tax cuts to billionaires and multinational corporations, or when they tried to put gas in their car to get to work, or when they tried to put diesel in their trucks," Scarborough pointed out.

Scarborough went on to include the Jeffrey Epstein controversy — and the GOP's broken promise to release the files if elected to power, tying it to Trump's praise of the Ramaswamy attack ad.

"Republicans are putting quite a closing argument forward. Now we're used to seeing distractions in the final days before an election, but becoming the party of pedophile protectors? I mean, there's a theme. There's a thread running through here."

He then recounted the disturbing details of the criminal accusations at the center of Acton's story:

Not only are the top Republicans smearing a woman who is a child rape victim, and Donald Trump called it pay dirt, the president saying the rapist's wife, who fled with the rapist and lived with the rapist until the rapist died and hasn't see her daughter since the state took her away from the mother and the rapist.

Donald Trump calls that woman a mother who showed, quote, a lot of courage. Courage. Courage. Courage for a woman who left the state with a man charged with raping her 12 year old daughter.

"…And that Republicans is your leader," he added. "That is the person who represents you. That is the person voters are going to be passing judgment on when they vote for you. And he calls siding with a child rapist courage."
