Nowadays, Gebran Bassil, a.k.a. Zebran Basij, goes around in public like he's never done anything wrong. Now that he sees the full picture of where Hezbollah is leading Lebanon, Bassil doesn't mince his words in attacking Hezbollah and saying that he is against the Iranian party and the war in which it has plunged Lebanon.

Hello? Has everyone forgotten the past 20 years? Anyone out there reminding the Dear Leader's dwarf son-in-law with the annoying voice (like scratching chalk on a blackboard) that he engineered the surge of Hezbollah from an underground terrorist organization into a "respectable" political party hiding its obscenity under Bassil's Christian fig leaf? Wasn't he the one who convinced the old man Aoun to completely turn his patriotic career onto its head by signing the infamous Memorandum of Understanding with feu Nasrallah and becoming a traitor Maréchal Petain of Lebanon, just to sit in that miserable chair in Baabda? Wasn't it Bassil who, twice - in 2014, then again in 2022 - backed Hezbollah's obstruction of Parliament to prevent a democratic election of a president?

Why aren't the leaders of the other Christian parties not publicly shaming this imbecile for his sudden turnabout from a traitor to a patriot? Many of Aoun's men had ditched the treason camp long ago, including yours truly, but many remained on board to become pathetic MPs and ministers and betray the foundational principles of Aoun's movement. Included among the stink-on-a-monkey prefidious opportunists are the FPM cesspool's long-time residents like Alain Aoun, Simon Abi-Ramia and Ibrahim Kanaan. These charlatans jumped off the FPM ship of treason at the very last minute to save their hides and political careers, oblivious to the fact that they had licked Bassil's shoes and ass for two decades without any shame, as they sensed the end of Hezbollah is near and unable to convince the dwarf to be more of a man and less of a wannabe president at all cost.

One day, if there is any justice in this tormented land, Bassil should be judged and thrown out by the Christian electorate, along with the lackey and butler Gaby Issa who was declaring not long ago that Hezbollah should multiply its rocket and missile arsenal a hundred, a thousand fold...
