They know they will have to answer to justice in a post-Trump time in America. So they hide their faces like the coward terrorists of Islamic fundamentalism.
They wear masks because they are afraid of being known as the official terrorists of the Trump administration.
It is so easy and cowardly to terrorize innocent unarmed civilians with fully-armed, fully protected, fully masked thugs.
But justice always prevails in the end.
