Hegseth and Bradley's Second Strike: Textbook Example of War Crime

Pete Hegseth, the drunkard US Secretary of Hore, is now throwing the US military commander of the strike on the fishermen's boat, Navy Admiral Frank 'Mitch' Bradley, under the bus by saying that it was Bradley who ordered, not him, the second strike on wounded fishermen who survived the first strike.

There is absolutely no evidence that the boats off the coast of Venezuela carried drugs or drug smugglers. Even if some boats do carry drugs, they are so far away from the US mainland that they do not pose any threat to the US. There are better targets that the US could be aiming for. 

But we all know by now that Donald Dumb and his clown Secretary of Hore Pete Hegseth are not after drugs and drug traffickers, for if they were, Donald Dumb would not have pardoned the former Honduran President, Juan Orlando Hernandez, who was convicted for a major cocaine smuggling enterprise to the US (and bragging about having all the gringos powder their nose with it) and sentenced by a US court to 45 years in prison. Donald Dumb is literally setting free convicted criminal drug kingpins back in the streets, free to resume their drug smuggling operations again to the US. 

The reason for this contradiction is that Trump believes in a two-class social structure based on money and power. A drug smuggler form the lower classes is filthy and disposable and can be labeled a narco-terrorist and a criminal. But an "upper-class" wealthy criminal - like Trump himself - does not deserve to be in prison because of his wealth and social standing. That is why he moved Ghislaine Maxwell, the convicted child sex pedophile criminal, to a fancy prison where she takes art, meditation and yoga classes at substantial cost to the American taxpayer. It's really as simple as that. Trump really thinks he is an aristocrat - what with the golden toilets and extravagant ballrooms - who stands above the maddening fray of the ordinary masses. He feels the pain of his fellow wealthy criminals and lowlifes who ended up in jail for their crimes while he came out scot-free for his crimes and escaped such a sinister fate. So he has embarked on pardoning and releasing all his fellow wealthy criminals.

The version of events regarding the second strike has evolved over the past two days when Pete Hegseth was accused of War Crimes for ordering the second strike on the fishermen's boat. First, he denied. Then he admitted via the White House spokesperson. But now he is saying he did not order the second strike and was not in the operations room (in Fort Bragg, NC) when Bradley gave the order for the second strike. 

As is typical of dictatorships, the truth is irrelevant. The dictators commit the crime (like Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman and his chopping off of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi's body in the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul), but then when caught, they dump the responsibility on inferior-rank subordinates, usually from the police and armed forces. That is exactly what the Laurel and Hardy duo have cooked up last night, and are now blaming Bradley for the second strike.

 

Here is former Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall's opinion on the issue. He refutes Bradley’s contorted reasoning (as dictated to him by Trump and Hegseth) for launching a second strike on a vessel in the Caribbean as two wounded survivors clung on to the boat.

“Under normal circumstances, it’d be court-martialed. He’d be relieved of his duties, and he’d be court-martialed ... The administration makes up logic and rationale for the things it’s doing that defy all legal history and all precedent, and that’s basically what we’re seeing here.”

And Kendall is not alone: Several other former government and military leaders have also qualified the “double tap” attack a violation of the country’s law of war manual. 

“Adm. Bradley was reported to have given an excuse, if you will, for the second engagement. That doesn’t hold water. These people were wounded. They were in the water. They were not a threat to anybody. Again, that’s a textbook example of a war crime,” Kendall said Monday.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, according to The Washington Post, gave orders to “kill everybody” onboard the ship as part of the Trump administration’s crackdown on the alleged sale and transport of narcotics in the Latin American region. However, Hegseth says he did not order a second strike.

“You can‘t kill survivors who can no longer fight,” John Yoo, who served as an adviser in former President George W. Bush’s administration, said during a Monday appearance on CNN. “So, the admiral should not have obeyed the order that Secretary Hegseth gave. And even the soldiers who carried out the admiral‘s orders should not have obeyed.”

White House press secretary, "Hot-Lips" know-it-all liar Karoline Leavitt said Monday that Bradley acted “within his authority and the law.” She justified the strikes as targeting narcotrafficking groups recently named as "foreign" terrorist organizations. Trump deals harshly with "foreign" terrorists but is much more lenient with "domestic" terrorists like his mob of criminals who attacked the US Congress in January 2021 and whom he has pardoned, all 1,500 of them.

Leavitt's comments contradict the U.S.’s war manual, which states “orders to fire upon the shipwrecked would be clearly illegal.” Legal experts also confirm that the fatal attack violates peacetime laws as well as those governing armed conflict.

Hegseth (and Bradley too) currently benefits from immunity, but may be sued for war crimes as soon as he is out of office. In this, he follows the example of the other war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu who extended his genocide in Gazaas long as he could in order to escape justice for several fraud and corruption charges leveled against him. Now that he will soon be out of office, he is begging the Israeli President to pardon him.

Bar Offering Free Drinks to Customers Helping ICE Moans About Backlash

A pro-MAGA bar promising free drinks to anyone who offers information leading to the deportation of “illegal” migrants was flooded with abuse and bad reviews after the Department of Homeland Security amplified its offer.

On Saturday, the Old State Saloon in Eagle, Idaho—owned by “Heterosexual Supremacist” Mark Fitzpatrick—posted on X, “FREE BEER FOR ONE MONTH” to “anyone who helps ICE identify and ultimately deport an illegal from Idaho.”

Around four hours later, DHS reposted the offer to its 2.5 million followers, helping the post—which at the time of publication had been viewed 5.7 million times—go viral.

This led the publicity stunt to backfire, as the bar began receiving hundreds of negative—alongside some positive—online reviews, emails, and calls from angry opponents whom the bar’s social media account branded the “loser LEFT.”

The bar also complained that Instagram and Facebook had removed the posts, along with other unrelated posts.

Despite Fitzpatrick declaring that he supports free speech, the Old State Saloon‘s social media account revealed Sunday night that Google “has erased hundreds of reviews...both good and bad,” adding: “We appreciate all the great reviews, fellow patriots!”

At the time of publication, the Old State Saloon had a 4.5* Google Review rating. It is not known whether the bar filed a complaint with Google.

At least one Old State Saloon customer has already taken the bar up on its offer. Ryan Spoon, vice chair of the Ada County Republican Central Committee in Idaho, was granted free beer from any of its 20 taps after he submitted proof that he’d assisted ICE in making an arrest.

On social media, the Old State Saloon leans into its culture-war branding, boasting in its bio that “liberals around the world hate us” and dubbing itself the “Birthplace of Heterosexual Awesomeness Month.”

Fitzpatrick launched that “Heterosexual Awesomeness Month” promotion—which was criticised in the media—in June 2024 as a response to Pride Month, advertising discounts and complimentary drinks for straight men, women, and couples.

Staff—who are, the bar boasts on its Instagram account, all armed for customer “safety”—also serve MAGA-themed cocktails, including the Maga Rita, Trump’s Survival Shot, and Biden’s Last Fall Mudslide.

The Old State Saloon also sells a range of merchandise through its online store, including T-shirts emblazoned with the phrase “Make America Straight Again.”

Fitzpatrick told the Daily Beast: “At Old State Saloon, we will never stop speaking out until every last illegal alien is deported and Idaho is great again.”

Son of 'El Chapo' confesses to drug trafficking and kidnapping in federal court

Dramatic moments unfolded in a Chicago federal courtroom after a major plea deal with a notorious drug kingpin of the Sinaloa cartel was announced. One of the sons of "El Chapo," Joaquin Guzman Lopez, pleaded guilty to two of the major charges against him.

Guzman Lopez admitted to drug trafficking conspiracy and engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise, namely running the notorious and ruthless Sinaloa cartel. During the hearing he also admitted to an extraordinary kidnapping plot and promised to cooperate with the government for a lighter sentence.

Shackled at the ankles and surrounded by federal marshals, Guzman Lopez, admitted to masterminding the importation and distributions of massive amounts of illegal drugs, and operating the Sinaloa cartel along with his brother and others.

When asked by the judge what his job was for the past five years, he replied "drug trafficker" to chuckles from the courtroom and the judge herself, seemingly surprised at his candor.

The sentencing guidelines for the crimes advise life in prison, but with Guzman's guilty plea and cooperation, his attorney Jeffrey Lichtman said, "My expectation is the government will make a motion for reduction of sentencing guidelines."

Lichtman said he believes the sentence will be lower than life. In court, the government agreed and said Guzman Lopez could spend as little as 10 years in federal prison. Ultimately, sentencing is up to the judge.

"She takes all the recommendations, she listens, and she makes up her own decision because that's why she's the judge and why none of us are the judge because she's not partisan," said Lichtman.

"I think we've got to send a bigger message, and I would hope we'd be able to do that," said Jack Riley, retired head of the Chicago DEA.

Riley told the I-Team a possible 10 years in prison for Guzman Lopez isn't enough.

"In any criminal organization that's operating in foreign countries, communication is crucial. How do they communicate with their surrogates in Chicago and around the U.S.? And the minute that he was arrested, those systems went dark and were regenerated with information that we don't know about," said Riley. "I'm not saying he's not going to give us something. If he fully cooperates, but it's going to be historical."

Also detailed in the plea agreement, the audacious kidnapping of Individual A, reportedly Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada. In the plea agreement, it was stipulated that Guzman Lopez lured him to a meeting, removing a floor to ceiling window before armed men working for Guzman Lopez entered through the window and abducted the man, placing handcuffs on him and a bag over his head, before driving him to an air strip to a small plane.

The government went on the record to say that abduction was not at their request and Guzman Lopez agreed he would get no credit for cooperation for it.

When Guzman Lopez was questioned by the judge, he said he is taking medication for a thyroid issue, high blood pressure, and anxiety. His next status hearing is in June.

In a late-night Truth Social diatribe on Thursday, Nov. 27, Donald sarcastically criticized “citizens” and “patriots” who he claims have been “just plain STUPID” when it comes to immigration.

He took specific aim at the Somali community in Minnesota and the state's governor, former Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz, in his Thanksgiving night post.

“The seriously retarded Governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz, does nothing, either through fear, incompetence, or both,” the president wrote.

Days later, he doubled down on the comment while speaking to reporters on Air Force One. When one journalist pointed out that "many Americans do find ['retarded' to be] an offensive word," Donald, 79, nodded.

“Yeah, I think there’s something wrong with him, absolutely, sure,” he responded. “I think there’s something wrong with him."

On Sunday, Nov. 20, Fred wrote on X, "As the parent of a young adult with severe disabilities, the use of the 'R' word is never acceptable and is very hurtful. Where has this country gone that we even have to discuss this?"

Fred's 26-year-old son, William, was born with a KCNQ2 mutation, "a genetic misfire that the doctors called a potassium channel deletion." He is nonverbal and uses a wheelchair.

Fred, 63, who is the son of Donald's late older brother, Fred Trump Jr., released a memoir last year in which he accused his uncle of using racist language — including use of the n-word — in conversation with family members, and also telling Fred that his disabled son would be better off dead.

In the book, All in the Family: The Trumps and How We Got This Way, Fred detailed a May 2020 meeting with his uncle, who was then in his first term as president of the United States. What he thought would be "a quick handshake hello" evolved into "a 45-minute discussion in the Oval Office" with disability advocates and the then-Secretary of Health and Human Services, Alex Azar.

"I thought [Donald] had been touched by what the doctor and advocates in the meeting had just shared about their journey with their patients and their own family members. But I was wrong," Fred wrote.

He alleged that his uncle told him, "Those people... The shape they’re in, all the expenses, maybe those kinds of people should just die."

In another anecdote, Fred recounted visiting his uncle at Briarcliff Manor, home of the Trump National Golf Club in Westchester, N.Y., later that year. He brought up his son's medical fund — to which Donald had contributed in the past — telling the president that they "may need some help" financially.

According to Fred, Donald brushed him off again, saying, “I don’t know. He doesn’t recognize you. Maybe you should just let him die and move down to Florida.”

At the time of the book's release, Donald's spokesperson Steven Cheung called the allegations false, claiming without evidence that all such reports have been "debunked."

"This is completely fabricated and total fake news of the highest order," Cheung said in a statement to PEOPLE. "It is appalling a lie so blatantly disgusting can be printed in media. Anyone who knows President Trump knows he would never use such language, and false stories like this have been thoroughly debunked."

Trump's Tariffs Fall Short of Goals: Tariffs are a Big Tax Increase

The tariffs are raising $100 billion less than Trump expected. Pantheon Macro sees 3 reasons why, starting with China

The tariffs are delivering far less revenue than Donald Trump anticipated.

Tariff revenues are dramatically falling short of initial White House expectations, generating roughly $100 billion less than projected, according to a recent analysis from Pantheon Macroeconomics. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent predicted in August that tariffs would raise “well over half a trillion, maybe toward a trillion-dollar number,” but data compiled through Nov. 25 implies that customs and excise taxes annualize to only $400 billion.

This shortfall stems from an average effective tariff rate (AETR) that is far lower than anticipated. The AETR is currently estimated at just 12%, falling significantly short of the nearly 20% widely expected earlier this spring. Even the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) was surprised, reducing its estimate of the pre-substitution tariff rate to 16.5% from 20.5% last month. Pantheon Macro chief U.S. economist Samuel Tombs and senior U.S. economist Oliver Allen identified three primary factors driving the lower-than-expected AETR, starting with the U.S.’s relationship with China. In short, the plunge in trading activity with China isn’t being made up for with fresh tariff revenue.

1. China imports plunge and rerouting

The first major factor is the sharp decline in imports from China, which have plunged by 30%. China’s share of total U.S. imports has dropped to just 9%, down from 13% in 2024. Companies are quite clearly rerouting trade through Vietnam, Pantheon found. Imports from Vietnam have surged to account for 6% of all imports, up from 4% last year, driven by “huge increases in imports of game consoles, TVs, and clothes.” All of these bear a 20% tariff, below the nearly 50% rate applied to Chinese imports.

2. USMCA compliance exceeds expectations

Second is the result of a Trump policy from his first term in office: the long-heralded renegotiation of NAFTA known as the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). It turns out the proportion of goods entering the U.S. tariff-free from Canada and Mexico under USMCA is much higher than initial estimates suggested.

The White House estimated in March that 38% of Canadian imports and 50% of Mexican imports were covered by the USMCA. After Trump’s surprise tariff hikes on each country this year, subject to negotiation downward, goods not compliant with USMCA rules are currently tariffed at 35% from Canada and 25% from Mexico, with the exception of a 10% tariff on energy resources from Canada.

This suggests the realized AETRs for those countries should have been approximately 18% and 13%, respectively. However, the data shows realized AETRs in August were just 5% in both Canada and Mexico. This implies a substantial increase in the share of imports entering under the USMCA deal.

Pantheon Macro says businesses in Canada and Mexico have likely become far more rigorous in providing information to U.S. customs to prove the origin of components in their products, a practice they had little incentive to follow under the previous tariff structure. In other words, Canada and Mexico are making sure they get the USMCA tariff exemption, and it’s throwing off the White House calculations, which were based off previous, less compliant cross-border trade.

3. Surge in tariff-exempt AI equipment

The third factor diluting the overall AETR is a surge in imports of goods exempt from tariffs this year. Specifically, imports of “automatic data processing machines”—which largely include personal computers and advanced chips used for artificial intelligence—have soared. These imports now account for 9% of all total imports, a significant increase from 4% in 2024. This surge in high-tech imports actually disguised a 10% year-over-year fall in imports of other products in August.

This appears to be a one-off, or one-year kind of exception. “We think U.S. firms are depleting inventory of imported goods for now,” Pantheon wrote, adding the likelihood of the Supreme Court striking down roughly 60% of the current tariff regime under the IEEPA law “is temporarily incentivizing businesses to postpone placing new orders for imports.”

If the current tariffs remain in place, the one-year nature of this inventory depletion means tariff-applicable imports should recover next year, with Pantheon calculating them at $36 billion per month, with the AETR ticking up to 13%. “Even so, tariff revenues still would be much lower than the White House envisaged when it announced the rates.”

That said, the $400 billion annualized number is even larger than some other previous calculations that were deemed “very significant” by Torsten Sløk, chief economist of Apollo Global Management. A respected voice on Wall Street, Sløk wrote in September that even a $350 billion revenue figure from tariffs represented a significant item in the U.S. budget. But each reduction in tariffs is wiping out more and more deficit reduction, with the CBO slashing its estimates recently to reveal something around $1 trillion in savings that have evaporated amid Trump reducing his levies on other countries’ goods.

In the meantime, the tariffs that remain are functioning more and more like a tax, since other countries and international companies don’t pay for them—U.S. companies and consumers do. LendingTree calculated tariffs will cost American shoppers some $29 billion this holiday season, while investment bank UBS states it plainly: “The tariffs are a big tax increase.” The most immediate impact of the trade regime is felt in rising prices, which are “keeping things elevated.” Estimating a weighted-average tariff rate of 13.6%, UBS calculated that tariffs will add 0.8 percentage points to core PCE inflation in 2026, erasing roughly a year’s worth of disinflation progress.

Trump commutes 7-year prison sentence of former private equity CEO David Gentile days after his sentence began

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump has commuted the seven-year sentence of former private equity CEO David Gentile days after he reported to prison, a White House official confirmed.

Gentile was sentenced in May to seven years in prison on wire and security fraud charges. He began his sentence on Nov. 14 and was released on Nov. 26, Bureau of Prisons spokesman Donald Murphy said. The White House pardon czar, Alice Marie Johnson, also confirmed Gentile's release in a post on X.


Gentile was the CEO and co-founder of GPB Capital Holdings and was convicted by a federal jury in August 2024 of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, securities fraud and two counts of wire fraud.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, which brought the indictment during the Biden administration, said at the time that the "charges related to a years-long scheme to defraud more than 10,000 investors by misrepresenting the source of funds used to make monthly distribution payments and the amount of revenue generated by three of GPB’s investment funds."

Gentile was charged and convicted alongside Jeffry Schneider, the owner of a marketing firm, who prosecutors said marketed GPB funds to investors.

The White House official disputed the charges brought by the Biden DOJ. The official said GPB paid regular annualized distributions to its investors and in 2015, the company "disclosed to investors the possibility of using investor capital to pay some of these distributions rather than funding them from current operations."

"Even though this was disclosed to investors the Biden Department of Justice claimed this was a Ponzi scheme," the official said. "This claim was profoundly undercut by the fact that GPB had explicitly told investors what would happen. At trial, the government was unable to tie any supposedly fraudulent representations to Mr. Gentile. Mr. Gentile also raised serious concerns that the government had elicited false testimony and failed to correct such testimony."

Gentile's attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment about his release. 

New York Attorney General Letitia James had also sued Gentile and other co-defendants in 2021 over the scheme. The lawsuit is still pending. A source familiar with James' case told NBC News that the attorney general’s office is aware of Trump’s commutation, and the source said it doesn’t change the merits of the civil case against Gentile.

Trump has granted pardons and other acts of clemency to hundreds of people since taking office in January, beginning with around 1,500 Jan. 6 defendants and including many people convicted of fraud since then

In April, Trump pardoned Paul Walczak, who was convicted on tax charges. Walczak's mother contributed millions of dollars to Trump’s presidential campaign.

In May, Trump pardoned and commuted the sentences of former reality TV stars Todd and Julie Chrisley, who were convicted of fraud, tax evasion and conspiracy to defraud the United States. Also in May, he pardoned former GOP Rep. Michael Grimm of New York, who was sentenced in 2015 to eight months on a tax fraud charge.

In October, Trump released former GOP Rep. George Santos of New York from prison. Santos was serving a sentence of over seven years on wire fraud and identity theft charges.

Later in October, Trump pardoned billionaire crypto executive Changpeng Zhao, who founded the Binance crypto exchange. Zhao was sentenced to four months in prison after pleading guilty in a deal with the Justice Department to enabling money laundering at Binance.

Trump Wants to Eliminate Dual Citizenships for Americans

The xenophobia of the Donald Dumb administration is reaching new heights.

As he still tries to eliminate birthright citizenship in contravention of the US Constitution, Donald Dumb wants now to force Americans to give up any other citizenship they may hold alongside their US citizenship.

Children born of parents with different citizenships often keep by birthright the two citizenships of their parents. But Donald Dumb and his MAGA minions want to eliminate this. Those children born to one American parent and one foreign parent will have to choose and give up one of the two nationalities. If they choose the US citizenship, they will no longer have citizenship rights of their other parent's country, something immigrants generally prefer to avoid.

An American who marries someone from another country will be required to either give up his/her US citizenship and acquire that of their spouse, or keep his/her US citizenship while his/her spouse will be forces to give up theirs.

If adopted, the damage done to the US economy is huge. Dual citizens enjoy facilitations for undertaking business between their two countries of citizenship. If adopted, this measure will cause the US to lose millions of US citizens (which in all likelihood will be immigrants married to US citizens) who may decide to keep their original citizenship and give up on their American one. The social and economic disruptions this measure will cause to - by definition - a country of immigration are immesurable.

The objective is, again and again, to fight immigrants, isolate immigrants already here and make their lives as miserable as possible, prevent cross-cultural marriages, and ultimately concentrate power in the hands of the white supremacist nativist xeonophobes of Trump's MAGA. Out of their inborn ignorance and a feeling of inferiority vis-a-vis other cultures, these backward Americans fear foreigners because they are "different". They immediately and automatically suspect something sinister in any foreign invidual.

And the worst aspect of his is that it is an immigrant Republican - an enslaved Uncle Tom from Colombia - who is pushing for this measure. This is what happens when immigrants, who are made to feel inferior or inadequate and less "American" by their white masters. The immigrant republican senator from Ohio, Bernie Moreno, plans to introduce legislation on Monday that would require any U.S. citizen who has foreign citizenship to choose between the two countries. It would also require that if a U.S. citizen seeks a foreign citizenship in the future, that person would effectively give up their U.S. citizenship.

Moreno was born in Colombia as Bernardo. He grew up in the US after his parents moved from Colombia to the US (illegally?) and was harassed and discriminated again because of his name, looks and foreign accent by his schoolmates and his white "friends". So to make the harassment and discrimination end, he renounced his Colombian citizenship just to prove that he is more American and so hoped to be less discriminated and changed his name to Bernie.

His language is a kiss-ass of gigantic proportions typical of an Uncle Tom immigrant trying to prove he's more American than white Americans: "It was an honor to pledge an Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America and only to the United States of America. Being an American citizen is an honor and a privilege".


Sen. Bernardo "Bernie" Moreno from Colombia wants to end dual citizenship in the U.S. in a bid to require "exclusive allegiance" from citizens.

Moreno’s bill fits into the broader fabric of the Trump administration’s crackdown on immigration in the U.S., and it isn’t the first time that a lawmaker has sought to undo dual-citizenship laws in the country.

Current law allows for Americans to hold citizenship both at home and abroad and does not require that a person choose one allegiance over the other. Moreno’s legislation, dubbed the Exclusive Citizenship Act of 2025, is billed as a measure that would bolster the interests of the U.S. out of concern that holding dual citizenship creates "conflicts of interest and divided loyalties." This bill fails to see the enormous damage to the economy and culture of the US by cutting off ties between the US and countries around the world.

It would give Americans with dual citizenship one year after its enactment to either write to the secretary of state for a renunciation of their foreign citizenship or notify DHS of their intent to renounce their U.S. citizenship.

If a person does not comply with the change within the year, they will automatically be considered to have relinquished their U.S. citizenship.

And for those who do give up their U.S. citizenship, voluntarily or involuntarily, the DHS and attorney general will be required to ensure that those people are "appropriately recorded in Federal systems and treated as an alien for purposes of the immigration laws," according to the bill text.

There have been previous attempts to dismantle the country’s dual-citizenship law, most recently in the House, where Republican lawmakers have moved to ensure that their colleagues either disclose any foreign citizenship on their statement of candidacy or completely prevent anyone with a dual citizenship from serving in Congress.

Moreno’s push may also face issues in court. The Supreme Court weighed in on the question of dual citizenship in the 1950s and has upheld the ruling ever since. But Donald Dumb's Supreme Court is a bunch of Trump lackeys and servants who may break with previous laws and precedents and grant Moreno his wish.

A US-Born white Kentucky couple - Shawn Durbin, 39, and Nancy Ann Durbin, 36, the finest of inbred Applachians threw 62-year-old Bobby Penningto off a second-story balcony and killed him. 

Officers responded to an apartment complex on East Memorial Drive in Elizabethtown on Nov. 13 on a report of an adult male in cardiac arrest. “While our officers were responding, they were updated that the individual in question had been thrown from a second-story balcony,” Elizabethtown Police Public Information Officer Chris Denham said.

Pennington was transported to Baptist Health and later transported to a university hospital, where he died four days later on Nov. 17. Pennington and the couple were residents of the apartment complex where the incident occurred. According to Denham, there was a “dispute” before Pennington was tossed off the communal balcony.

Witnesses say they saw the two fine white Christian Kentuckians - who are neither migrants nor immigrants - “physically drag the victim from in front of [an apartment] which belonged to the Durbins, and then throw him over the second-story balcony handrail ... The fall was approximately 11’6” on a concrete pad below,” per the citation.

Shawn Durbin resisted arrest, attempted to kick out a patrol car window, spat on police officers and engaged in a physical fight with them. He and his beloved Nancy are being tested for abuse of illicit drugs that are smuggled into the US by a coalition of US gun manufacturing cartels with Mexican drug cartels, in exchange for guns that are smuggled into Mexico to assist the drug cartels in their violence and criminality.

The lovely couple is currently being held at the Hardin County Detention Center. They hope that Donald Dumb will at some point pardon them because they are white Christians.

A 115-page report by the National Alliance of Retired and Active-Duty FBI Special Agents and Analysts say that Patel is an “insecure” individual, lacking “self-confidence”, and is unfit for the job. For his part, is described as a “clown.”

1. Patel “refused” to leave a plane until an agent found him a medium size FBI jacket belonging to a female agent

Director Patel  “refused” to leave a plane that had landed in Utahvuntil someone gave him a 'medium' size FBI jacket. On his insistence, agents scrambled to find him one. Eventually a female FBI Special Agent gave him a jacket that fit his requirements. But then Patel then refused to leave the plane again, after noticing the jacket was missing a few Velcro patches. Patel finally left the plane after an FBI Swat team found the patches he wanted and ran them over to the airport.

2. FBI agents “laughed at” Patel for ordering the removal of pronouns and messages from email signatures — even though his email signature contained his own message

Another unnamed agent said several agents “laughed at what was perceived as hypocrisy” from Patel, after he emailed agents in August, telling them to remove all pronouns and special messages from their email signatures. The agents mocked him, because Patel did not follow his own orders — his email signature included “#9,” which FBI personnel interpreted as Patel pointing out he was the bureau’s 9th director.

3. Patel’s FBI is infected by a “culture of mistrust and uncertainty” 

The bureau is “paralyzed” by a lack of confidence in leadership and a general feeling of “mistrust and uncertainty”, which has been exacerbated by Patel’s criticism of the FBI before he took over. Agents are “afraid of losing their jobs and are making operational decisions based on that fear,” one agent said. Another unnamed agent said “everyone… is on ‘pins and needles’ about what they are required to do next, who will get fired, and who will get re-assigned for non-specific reasons”. Not surprising, since thisvis how his boss Trump runs the country.

4. Feds are tired of Patel and Bongino’s “obsession” with social media

Agents report “frequent use of social media” by both Patel and Bongino and they often find out about FBI news first on social media. As a harbinger of the fast decline of the Trump administration, agents say that Patel and Bongion are more worried about their future than about doing their job, as they are “too often concerned with building [their own] personal resumes”.

5. Patel ordered agents to take a polygraph test after they discussed whether he should be issued an FBI firearm

Patel was “upset” after learning that a few dozen FBI agents discussed his request to be issued an FBI firearm. Those agents had mixed opinions on the matter — some agreed he should have one, others did not, and still others were “indifferent”. After the discussion was “leaked” to him, Patel "punished" those agents  by forcing them to “submit to polygraph examinations to determine their involvement in the discussion”. 

6. Bongino disgusted agents when he declared “The truth is for chumps” 

Several FBI agents were “shocked” when Bongino told personnel at a western FBI office that “The truth is for chumps.” It is unclear what the context was for the statement, but one agent was “offended” and “appalled” by the comment, while several others said they were stunned by it.

Dan Bongino was caught off guard by the release of an email showing he’s aware that the Trump administration’ is heavily redacting the Jeffrey Epstein files, most likely to hide the names of Trump allies, friends and other republicans who may have partaken in Epstein's "wonderful secrets".

The former podcaster Bongino had regularly demanded the government’s full and unredacted release of the totality of the Epstein files. Pressed by trump, Bongino has since changed his tune, without explanation.

Internal FBI emails published by Bloomberg last week showed that Bongino had been forwarded an email on March 18—the day after he joined the bureau—related to “guidance” on the types of redactions to apply to the Epstein files. Upon questioning him about the redactions, Bongino says the email was really just not that big of a deal, even though Bloomberg’s FOIA Files raises questions about Bongino’s role in the “Special Redaction Project”.

After promising to release ALL the Justice Department’s Epstein files during his campaign, Trump put Attorney General Pam Bondi in charge of the matter after his return to the White House. In February, Bondi, 60, further stoked anticipation of major revelations to come by telling supporters Epstein’s “client list” was sitting on her desk.

According to Bloomberg, FBI Director Kash Patel then ordered roughly 1,000 agents to the bureau’s Central Records Complex in Winchester, Virginia, for crash redaction training on what was dubbed the “Epstein Transparency Project” or “Special Redaction Project.”

Patel and Bongino have been peddling the argument that the redaction process - which many are convinced is intended to shield Trump and his pedophile allies - is for the protection of Epstein's victims and involved sorting through voluminous amounts of downloaded child sexual abuse material. 

Suddenly on July 7, Bondi made a 180 degree turn on the "client list sitting on her desk" to finding “no incriminating client list". That same day, the Department of Justice and the FBI announced that no further files from the Epstein investigation would be released, a move that shocked even Trump’s own supporters.

Despite initial resistance, Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act on Nov. 19, compelling the DOJ to release the records within 30 days while allowing redactions to protect ongoing probes and victims. A Manhattan judge has since pushed the DOJ to clarify exactly what it will unseal.

Trump claims he is fighting the Mexican drug cartels smuggling drugs into the US by blowing up innocent fishermen in the Caribbean Sea. He says he wants to protect the "infantilized" American people from drugs, as if Americans (who are the largest consumers of illicit drugs around the world) have no responsibility is using illicit drugs.

What the coward doesn't (dare) tell the American people is that he supervises or ignores the smuggling of illegal guns by his MAGA supporters of the American gun cartels into Mexico. With at least 378 mass shootings in the U.S. so far this year, Mexico too is a victim of American violence because the U.S. is a known supplier of illegal guns trafficked abroad. The US is the major source of illegal gun smuggling and trafficking into Central and South America, and is largely responsible for the skyrocketing gun violence and homicide rates. According to data from Mexico’s Security Ministry, 70 percent of guns circulating in Mexico were transported illegally from the U.S.

American gun shops supplied by American gun manufacturers are by far the largest source of illegal guns trafficked across the U.S.-Mexico border. come from. The US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is paying lip service to this scourge while endorsing Trump's anti-drug smuggling fake pretexts in the US administration's warmongering in Latin America. Absent any effort by the Trump administration, the government of Mexico has sued eight U.S. gun manufacturers, including Smith and Wesson, for enabling gun trafficking south of the border. But Trump's own Supreme Court lackeys dismissed the lawsuit for the sole purpose of protecting the US gun manufacturing industry. 

Mexico accuses US gun manufacturers of organizing a criminal gun trafficking pipeline by supplying obvious gun traffickers who in turn arm drug cartels south of the border, and that those guns enable widespread violence, drug trafficking and crime.

The complaint Mexico filed showed the world how the gun industry is an integral part of the drug and gun violence problem, and says that 250,000 to 500,000 guns are illegally trafficked from the United States into Mexico each year.

Mexico then filed a second suit against five gun dealers in Arizona who allegedly contribute to the crime gun pipeline. This lawsuit was not stopped by the Supreme Court’s ruling; it is ongoing and is now in discovery. 

The UN High Commission on Human Rights published a report in 2023 addressing for the first time the gun industry’s role in fueling gun violence and the drug trafficking cancer. Mexico has requested an advisory opinion from the Inter-American Court of Human Rights on issues of gun industry accountability, which is imminent.

Until then, the moron madmen Trump and Hegseth continue to murder more fishermen on the open seas because they are "dark-skinned" subhumans. Sen. Mark Kelly Says Trump’s Response To National Guard Shooting Shows ‘They Don't Want Brown People Coming’

Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) weighed in on President Donald Trump escalating his immigration crackdown following the shooting of two National Guard members in Washington, D.C., in an ambush attack tied to an Afghan national.

Appearing Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” host Kristen Welker questioned what Kelly’s thoughts were on Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem defending Trump’s decision to “permanently pause migration from all third-world countries.” 

“Well, let me start by saying what happened to the two guardsmen, Andrew Wolfe, Sarah Beckstrom, horrific,” the Arizona senator said of the victims. “And it shouldn’t happen. And I’m praying for him and for her family. It was a horrible, horrible thing.” 

Beckstrom died on Thursday, and Wolfe is in critical condition.

Trump’s decision came after the shooting on Wednesday, just blocks away from the White House. After the suspect detained in the shooting was identified as a 29-year-old Afghan national, who had moved to the U.S. to serve in a special CIA-backed Afghan Army unit, the Trump administration said it was halting all asylum decisions.

The Afghan national, Rahmanullah Lakanwal, faces charges of assault with intent to kill while armed and possession of a firearm during a crime of violence. 

U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro said last week the charges could be enhanced later, saying, “We are praying that they survive and that the highest charge will not have to be murder in the first degree. But make no mistake, if they do not, that will certainly be the charge.”

Noting that “there needs to be an investigation and accountability,” Kelly declared the Trump administration is sending a “message that they don’t want brown people coming to the United States” with its move to suspend immigration from developing nations to the U.S.

Calling the Trump administration’s actions “disturbing,” Kelly told Welker that America “has always welcomed individuals that are struggling, that are fleeing famine and violence.”

He added, “And it would be a fundamental change to the fabric of our nation to change that.”

Sen. Mark Kelly and President Trump are currently embroiled in a separate beef after Kelly, along with five other Democratic lawmakers, released a video telling troops they have the right to refuse illegal orders. In a Truth Social post on Thanksgiving, Trump announced he was taking his aggressive immigration policy up a notch after National Guard member Beckstrom died due to the shooting.

“I will permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries to allow the U.S. system to fully recover,” the commander-in-chief wrote in the Nov. 27 post.

Trump also took aim at former President Joe Biden for all of his “illegal admissions” during his predecessor’s presidency, vowing to “terminate all of the millions” of them.

In a separate interview Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Noem told Welker that the administration believes that Lakanwal, who came to the U.S. in 2021 during the Biden administration, was “radicalized since he’s been here in this country.” Lakanwal was granted asylum during the Trump administration.

“We do believe it was through connections in his home community and state, and we’re going to continue to talk to those who interacted with him,” Noem added.

The GOP secretary also took aim at Biden when questioned about the vetting process to approve his asylum claim during the Trump administration, arguing that “vetting is happening when they come into the country, and that was completely abandoned under Joe Biden’s administration.”

He also is slated to eventually pardon the child sex criminal Ghislaine Maxwell, the pedophile associate and dear friend of Trump, Jeffery Epstein.

The world is obviously watching Trump's freak show in the White Outhouse. While in the past, Americans could tell their friends and associates around the world that they abide by the rule of law and that the other countries should use the US as an example of upright governance, this has become impossible. People who aspired to imitate American democracy no longer speak up because American democracy has been raped by the primate gorilla Trump. Instead of aspiring to be like the US, foreign interlocutors now mock the US and those who try to defend democracy. 

For example, South Korea’s president will pardon jailed former justice minister Cho Kuk this week, cutting short his two-year sentence for falsifying academic records to help his children enter prestigious schools.

Internationally-wanted fugitive and War Criminal Benjamin Netanyahu, leader of the Jewish colony in Palestine, is also wanted by his own country for several corruption cases. He used his own genocidal war against the defenseless Palestinians his army occupies to postpone and delay his own trials for corruption. But the leash has become very short and his imminent sentencing has pushed him to use Trump as an example: If Trump can pardon notorious criminal, why can't I be pardoned?

So, on Sunday he asked the Jewish colony's president to grant him a pardon from corruption charges with a long history of war between Netanyahu and the Jewish colony's legal system. Netanyahu says  that a pardon for his crimes "would help unify the country at a time of momentous change in the region". Definitely from Trump's textbooks on crimes and pardons. Netanyahu has been charged with fraud, breach of trust and accepting bribes in three separate cases accusing him of exchanging favors with wealthy political supporters. Netanyahu uses Trumpian language to defend himself: He says the cases against him are a "witch hunt" and a "hoax" orchestrated by the media, police and judiciary. As would be expected of one criminal coming to the rescue of another criminal, Donald Trump urged Israel to pardon Netanyahu and sent a letter to President Isaac Herzog calling the corruption case “political, unjustified prosecution.”

Trump's Pretext of Fighting Crime is a Dud: Crime is Rising Across the US...

...despite the military occupation by Republicans of major cities with a Democrat majority. Mass shootings don't show any signs of abating -  380 mass shootings in the US so far this year in schools, shopping centers, bars and office buildings - and Trump refuses to put any restraints on the growing epidemic of gun ownership. He even encourages it by inciting his own white supremacist base to "fight" his made-up windmills (immigrants in particular) after his base of morons has been brainwashed and enabled by the National Rifle Association, a cover for Trump's racist white supremacist neo-Nazi groups. 

The deployed National Guard members say they are bored and have nothing to do, other than walk around, pick up trash, and help the elderly cross the street. "Pointless" was the word used by the assassinated Guardswoman Sarah Beckstrom to describe how she soends her day on the streets of DC. The majority of crimes that are being committed across the US are from the  pro-Trump US-born white trash communities, but Trump refuses to address this problem, while focused on targeting immigrant communities because he is a died-in-the-wool white racist xenophobe.

The only violence that is spreading like a cancer is the random provocations by Trump's ICE-Gestapo and the freewheeling US CBP of dark-skinned US citizens going about their business. The objective is to pick up a foreign accent, which has become like the Star of David that Nazis used to identify European Jews. Anyone with dark skin, or with an accent, or with "looks" suggestive of the Middle East or Latin America or Asia.... is subjected to harassment and provocation for no reason until they do or say something that is then used against them.

Despite all of this useless demonstration of incompetent force (as always with US military deployments - heavy on bravado and machismo and technical wizardry, but light on meaningful achievements), mass shootings continue and crime is rampant across both Republican and Democrat majority cities. Trump's failure at ensuring safety even in his own backyard in DC is driving him crazier and angrier to take more drastic measures just to stay afloat in his fast dwindling ratings in the polls. He has lost the bulk of independents and some of his own "base" of MAGA morons are beginning to tire of his inanities, his incompetence and self-serving policies.

A child’s birthday party — a usually joyous event —turned into the site of a mass shooting Saturday night that left three children and one other person dead and 11 wounded, with the suspected shooter still on the run.

The tragedy in Stockton, California, adds to a growing list of American communities whose everyday spaces – schools, shopping centers, bars and office buildings – have experienced gun violence.

Children and adults were among those shot, according to Heather Brent, a spokesperson for the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office. Officials did not immediately release the conditions of those taken to area hospitals.

“Early indications suggest this may have been a targeted incident,” Brent said at a news conference. “This is a very active and ongoing investigation, and information remains limited,” she said.

Those killed were ages 8, 9, 14 and 21, Brent said Sunday. Authorities have not released the names of the victims.

Sheriff Patrick Withrow made a plea to the community Sunday to continue providing information to his office about the shooting, no matter how small it may be.

“I am confident in our team and with the work that we have done so far that we will find these animals that did this and bring them justice, but we still need the public’s help.” Withrow said.

The shooting occurred just before 6 p.m. in the northern part of the city, according to the sheriff’s office. The banquet hall, which shares a parking lot with several businesses, including a Dairy Queen, was hosting a family celebration that investigators were told was a birthday party for a young child with 100 to 150 people in attendance, Brent said. Stockton is about 40 miles south of Sacramento.

The suspected shooter fled and remains at large, Brent said. Officials are urging the public for help with information as detectives work to determine a possible motive. “Investigators are exploring all possibilities,” Brent said.

“We’re confident that this was not a random act,” Withrow said Sunday. “We’re not gonna say whether it’s gang related or not, until we have all the facts in front of us.”

Withrow said he drove more than eight hours and, had to, “put down my grandbabies to come hunt down these animals who took somebody else’s babies away from them.”

“My heart goes out to the families of those killed, the injured, and the survivors,” said former Rep. Gabby Giffords, herself a survivor of gun violence and founder of the gun violence prevention organization GIFFORDS.

“While we await for more information on the shooting, what is painfully obvious is that we need our federal leaders to act to stop gun violence.”

There have been at least 380 mass shootings in the US so far this year – defined as when at least four people are shot, not including the shooter – according to the Gun Violence Archive.

In January, a shooting at Martin’s Super Market in Elkhart, Indiana, left two people dead and two police officers injured. In August, a man walked into the lobby of a Park Avenue skyscraper in New York City, killed a police officer, then opened fire on other innocent strangers. The next month in Colorado, a shooting at Evergreen High School left two students critically wounded after a fellow student allegedly opened fire during their third week of classes.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has been briefed on the shooting, according to his office.

“Our hearts break for their families and the entire Stockton community,” Newsom said in a post on X Sunday.

Stockton Mayor Christina Fugazi said in a statement that the governor has “offered the full support of the state of California” to assist the community.

“Tonight our city is facing a heartbreaking and painful situation,” Fugazi wrote. “Please keep the victims, their loved ones, and our first responders in your prayers.”
