Instead of fighting, and making campaign marketing headlines about, ALL CRIMES, the vast proportion of which is committed by the white trash of America in their own backyards and communities, these racist xenophobes focus instead on the puny number of crimes committed by migrants because that is the only selling item that Trump can offer Americans on the eve of the midterms. Why does this sell? Because white trash America hates anyone who doesn't look like them.
To these hatemongers, white trash crimes are not crimes: They are domestic disputes, they are random crimes committed by non-criminals who just happen to misuse the Second Amendment, they are non-deliberate killings and rapes committed by mentally sick white people, they are hunting accidents, crimes by drug addicts, etc.... Although these crimes are behind the nearly 50,000 Americans who are killed every year by gun-toting white inbred imbeciles, Trump and his MAGA haters ignore them.
But crimes committed by migrants and immigrants are reaaal crimes, these MAGA haters tell us, targeting God-loving but bigoted Americans.
While Trump kills fishermen in the Atlantic and the Pacific coasts of Latin America under the pretext of fighting drug trafficking, he never goes after the millions of white trash Americans who use these drugs and who create the demand for drugs. These white trash Americans are the high-end financiers of Wall Street. They are the elite white criminal politicians of Washington DC. They are the upper class criminals of Hollywood.
Migrants and immigrants in Trump's America are the equivalent of the Jewish community in Nazi Germany: An easy scapegoat and target that is unable to defend itself against the hatemongers and the racists of this country who are rooted in the colonial, slavery past of the European white settlers of the continent who are essentially playing the role of the German Nazis.
Moreover, the drug trade from the south to the north of the continent is also matched by the gun trade in the opposite direction: Gun-making companies in the US smuggle guns to the drug cartels in the south. Which explains why the cartels are so powerful. Which also portends to the failure of the current Latin American dictators and Trump-asskissers in their so-called war on drugs: The US gun manufacturers will not let them win that war. They will foment civil strife and unrest across Latin American to keep their gun-making and gun-selling business flourishing. That is in fact what the US dies with the entire world: It has to always have enemies in order to sell weapons in order for the dollar to retain value. Peace is the enemy of the dollar system worldwide.
But unfortunately, Americans by and large are credulous morons who are made to think that believing Trump's lies and being swayed by the hatemongering against migrants and immigrants is an act of patriotism.

Facing an impending disaster in the midterm US elections, the MAGA-GOP syndicated of hate is focusing on its core topics of crime and immigration -- and a key part of its messaging is exploiting the pain of the so-called "Angel Families." These are relatives of people killed allegedly by illegal or undocumented migrants, and Donald Trump's neanderthal conservative party hopes to blackmail voters into voting for his gang of thieves in exchange for his illusory fake protection by ICE-GESTAPO against those evil human animals known as immigrants and migrants.
What those racist Fascists do not tell the American people is that their own white trash inbred idiots commit by far more crimes on a per-capita basis than all migrants and immigrants alike.
Elizabeth Carter lost her son and daughter-in-law in a road crash a year ago in Oregon. The driver charged with homicide, Rajinder Kumar, is an undocumented Indian immigrant who obtained a truck driver's license in California.
Kumar crossed the Mexico-US border illegally in 2022 and was detained. He was released in California pending a hearing, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
After the crash, a fundraising drive allowed him to post bail and be released pending trial, infuriating the Carter family.
"We're rolling the dice with our children," Carter declared at a House of Representatives hearing.
Using their congressional majority, Republicans have held five legislative hearings to give a voice to Angel Families, an initiative that began taking shape in Texas in 2009.
In another case, Sheridan Gorman was 18 this March when she went for a nighttime walk with friends along Lake Michigan near Chicago.
An undocumented Venezuelan immigrant, Jose Medina, is accused of shooting her in the back as she ran from him.
Gorman died, and her mother Jessica's harrowing testimony two months ago reverberated inside and outside Congress.
"The fact that American safety is a partisan issue blows my mind. It should be everyone's issue," the mother told AFP at a Justice Department event honoring Angel Families. [But what she fails to say is that American safety can be much much improved by outlawing rampant gun ownership and the culture of entrenched violence across all American life. The sliver of puny violence that may be committed here and there by migrants and immigrants is insignificant in comparison to violence meted by white trash morons against other white trash morons]

The Gorman family and relatives of hundreds of other victims have decided to campaign to change sanctuary state laws.
Oregon, like California, is a sanctuary state, meaning its laws limit cooperation with ICE on handing over undocumented immigrants or information about them.
Kumar was eventually detained by ICE and is awaiting deportation, a Department of Homeland Security spokesperson told AFP, but Elizabeth Carter wants him to face justice first.
"My hope is that Mr. Kumar gets a fair trial," she told AFP. "Billy and Jenny, my son and daughter-in-law, deserve their day in court."
Carter said she had never thought of illegal immigration as a problem for herself or her family.
"I was blissfully ignorant. I raised my children to care about their community, to volunteer," she said.
"I was incredibly unaware that allowing them in the country means that sometimes they're doing jobs they're not qualified for, don't have the proper training for, and that puts American lives at risk."
The immigration debate has grown increasingly bitter in the United States, with ICE accusing states of failing to hand over undocumented immigrants released from jail.
ICE raids across the country have also led to deaths, and the hearings in Congress have been tense, particularly when relatives on either side of the immigration drama take part.
Some Democratic lawmakers consider the five hearings on sanctuary states that often feature Angel Families to be excessive. They believe ICE is out of control.
"When we raise legitimate concerns about the thuggish way that the Trump administration is approaching immigration enforcement, Republicans try to blame everything on sanctuary jurisdictions," Democrat Pramila Jayapal said during a September hearing.
Democrats "are not worried about the citizens of the United States who are being killed. They are producing their phony records and biased records, blaming ICE, blaming Trump. It's unbelievable," Anatoly Varfolomeev, another father who has testified, told AFP.
His 19-year-old daughter Anya died in a 2021 road accident. The driver charged in the case was in the country illegally and was drunk at the time of the crash.
The driver had previously been convicted of other crimes in the US in 2014. He was deported twice but managed to return.
