Donald Dumb is now TACO - Trump Always Chickens Out

I'll have that with a Dos Equis and some guacamole please.

Donald Dumb's haphazard asinine and airy-fairy policies and gyrations, which he foozles late at night as he watches Fox News while slumping his drooping belly onto his golden-laced bed, and all camouflaged under his so-called stable-genius "negotiating strategy" now has a name:

                        TACO

“TACO,” as the trade has become known among investors and traders, stands for “Trump Always Chickens Out” and capitalizes on Trump's deliberate screwing with the market with his on-again, off-again tariff policies, aiming to profit from its fluctuations.

On Thursday afternoon, the Drudge Report featured the lead headline “TACO” with a photo illustration of Trump dressed in a suit made of tacos and wearing a taco crown. Trump was asked about the trade during a press conference with reporters Wednesday and scoffed at the trend.

“I’ve never heard that. You mean because I reduced China from 145 percent that I set down to 100, and then down to another number, and I said you have to open up your whole country?” Trump responded. “And because I gave the European Union a 50 percent tariff and they called up and said, ‘Please let’s meet right now.’”

The Drudge Report has for years been a widely read aggregation site known for its tabloid headlines and oddball angles, particularly among conservatives.

Drudge has turned on Trump in recent years, however, attacking the president over his policies and some of his more controversial comments.

The White House recently launched a Drudge lookalike site, featuring a similar style of aggregation directing visitors to pro-Trump stories and articles.

FAFO stands for Fuck Around and Find Out - It describes Trump's upside down way of enacting policies. He doesn't like to think too much. He doesn't read anything because he doesn't respect other people's opinions, as his own are obviously the best there is. So like the brute acerebral idiot that he is, he just fucks around, telling himself, "let me poke the hornet's nest, and sees what happens". To put it nicely, it's an empirical, experimental way of doing things, but with a potentially disastrous consequence.

That is why I said in a previous post that Donald Dumb is learning on the job, as if the presidential responsibilities were on a level with waitressing or picking up garbage. In fact, in the US, they are: It's the only country in the world where mediocrity rises to the top - to wit, Donald Trump!

There was once (1990s) an early pioneering Trump clone in the country of Ecuador: The people called him El Loco and got rid of him very quickly. I remember him because at first I was proud that he was a descendant of Lebanese immigrants, but then he FAFOed (Fucked Around to Find Out) big time and disappointed me. His name is Abdalá Jaime Bucaram Ortiz and was the 38th president of Ecuador from 1996 until his removal from office in 1997. But in the US where the aggregated whole is the sum of millions of ignorant yet cocky, egocentric, vain, conceited, arrogant, pompous, self-centred, self-centered, self-absorbed, self-important and self-satisfied - and very often fat and obese - descendants of peasants from the boonies of Europe, it is easy to access power when idiots constitute a majority. But it is, as we are discovering, very difficult to get rid of a mediocre president when the courts (Judiciary) and Congress (Legislative) are also staffed by ignorant mediocre imbeciles.

Practice forebearance and patience. Meditate. Concentrate on your own life. Read. Learn. And most importantly DO NOT WATCH AMERICAN TELEVISION because it sucks - In a 30-minute "news" cycle, you get 5 minutes of news, 10 minutes of the TV Chain advertising for itself (what's the point? I am already watching. Are they trying to convert the believers?) followed by 15 minutes of commercials for 1- violent, gun-toting, monster-laced mass-produced Hollywood brutalizing idiocies, and 2-prescription drugs that your are supposed to harass your doctor into prescribing to you for some newly made up acronymed disease. 

In the US, the citizen is not a citizen: he/she is a patient, a consumer, a fan.... As a "patient" you must have a disease. As a fan, you must have a beloved team. And as a consumer, you must have your favorite brand of junk food. Which explains how 77 million nitwits voted for YOU-KNOW-WHO.
