The fornicating Televangelist Jimmy Swaggart who was caught with his pants down many times is now in hospital in critical condition. Not soon enough. He is 90 and just suffered a well-deserved but belated heart attack.
The American televangelists' non-profit empires are actually business dynasties in which the "Call of the Lord" is a gene running deep in the genome of these miscreants who build fortunes by bilking credulous faithful Americans out of their money. Jimmy has a son, Donnie.... How can anynone resist Jesus's Saving Grace with names like Jimmy and Donnie? So cute.
The Cworn Prince and heir to the Swaggart throne, Pastor Donnie Swaggart said during a service on June 15 that his father was found at his home around 8 a.m. and was revived before being taken to a local hospital, saying that only a “miracle” could extend his father’s life. But I seriously doubt that God would indulge Jimmy with a miracle, and that for many reasons. One, these nusmkulls are protestants (of the very bad kind) who long ago rejected the Catholic propensity for supersititions and so-called miracles. Two, Jimmy had been in bed with many prostitutes, and he was caught. I don't think God likes this kind of hypocrite - typical southerner Evangelical Trump-adoring criminals - false prophets.
Donnie went on to say that his father, luckily for the rest of us, “...never regained consciousness.... so many people arrive[d] at one time and were able to get a heartbeat back" in the 90-year old religious fornicator. Donnie cried and wiped tears, "Right now, he is in the ICU, and without a miracle, his time will be short. But we believe God − we’re not giving up.” But didn't protestants reject the Catholic Papist supersitition of miracles?
Jimmy Swaggart, a prominent evangelist for decades, is a native of Ferriday, Louisiana, and serves as the pastor of the Family Worship Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
During the peak of his exposure in the 1980s, Swaggart became involved in various prostitution scandals that peaked in 1988 when he delivered his infamous "I have sinned" speech on live television.
"Reverend" Jimmy Swaggart tearfully asked for God's forgiveness, as he resigned from his "ministry" business on February 21, 1988, due to exposed sexual misconduct.
Many other televangelists ploughed the same trade of lies, bigotry, money-pilfering and enrichment, sex scandals galore... while preaching virtue and family values. Jim Bakker, who cohosted with his wife Tammy Faye Bakker the television talk show The PTL Club (also called The Jim and Tammy Show), too was caught with his pants down in a motel with a prostitute, prompting him and his supporting, though cuckolded, wife Tammy to appear on TV seeking forgiveness and more money to rebuild their reputation and their declining empire. They needed more money to repair an air-conditioned kennel for their dogs. Tammy Faye's image as she cried on TV while her mascara was running down her cheeks is fondly remembered.
