The Israeli Zionist Enemy Blame Game Behind ALL Lebanon's Ills

  • On Sunday, seven people were injured when a bomb exploded in the Nocean restaurant in Tyre. The restaurant is known for its dance parties in the Shiite Hezbollah-infested city. Tyre is one of the few towns in Muslim-dominated south Lebanon where alcohol is served in restaurants, which brings in tourists including members of the UN force in Lebanon (UNIFIL). But recent blasts have caused several restaurants to ban alcohol.
_____ Lebanese political and religious leaders, including Maronite PatriArse Bitchara Teraani Tizi, condemned the incident and blamed Israel as the instigator of the blast which aims at undermining the unity and tolerance of the Muslims of the Lebanese south, both fundamentalist pro-Iranian Shiites, and fundamentalist pro-Saudi Sunnis, who had earlier reached an agreement to deliberately violate Islamic Sharia and make a few bucks selling alcohol to stupid European tourists who find the whole atmosphere rife with exciting danger.

  • Three dolphins were found beached near the Lebanese coastal town of Enfe, midway between Beirut and Tripoli. The Military Intelligence Services and Internal Security Forces of the Lebanese Army immediately cordoned off the area and investigated the dead animals. There is mounting fear that the Zionist enemy is dispatching spying devices aboard sea animals in order to gather information on the situation along the Syrian-Lebanese border, with the purpose of undermining the brotherly relations between the valiant Syrian nation battling terrorist gangs, and its younger and immature brother Lebanon which does not know what to do with itself when its big sister Syria is fighting the Israeli- and Western-backed terrorist gangs.
_____ Naturally, there was widespread condemnation by Lebanon's political leaders against the Zionist enemy's attempts at sowing discord and spying against the united Syrian-Lebanese front. The Frozen Pathological Movement (FPM) leader, the demented General Michel Hemorrhoid Aoun, issued a statement in which he said: "Didn't I tell you 15 years ago, when I was in exile in Paris, that it is all the fault of the Israeli-American conspiracy against the only two democracies in the Middle East, Lebanon and Syria?".

  • On Sunday, the National News Agency reported that armed individuals opened fire on an anti-Syrian regime protest in Tripoli, injuring three people.
______ There was widespread condemnation among Lebanon's tribal and sectarian parties, religions, cults, movements, including both domestic and foreign (Palestinian, Syria, Iranian, etc.) organizations, with a consensus that the Israeli enemy (who else?) was behind the incident. The news of Israeli responsibility calmed everyone down and peace and stability returned to the city.

Lebanese Druze and Sunnis Will Not Massacre Each Other thanks to Israel

Some of the best stupid Lebanese political folklore was on display today Saturday.

Two towns, one Druze, one Sunni Muslim, were on the verge of massacring one another - like Lebanese often do, using their stupid religions and sects and denominations as the basic pretext. Luckily, they were prescribed an anti-religious fanaticism pill called "Israel-is-the-only-enemy" by their politicians.

Once every asshole and jackass among the barbaric Druze and fundamentalist Sunnis swallowed the "Israel-is-the-only-enemy" pills, which were distributed in abundance at a reconciliation gathering, every one of the brutes, primitives, neanderthals and cro-magnons of the Lebanese highlands who was attending the gathering, suddenly had feelings of religious tolerance and mutual love to their neighbors. And the massacre was averted.

I want to thank Israel for serving to bring the Lebanese together. If Israel was not always there, as the eternal, absolute, theoretical and practical, permanent enemy of the Lebanese, then Lebanon would cease to exist as we know it. Thanks to Israel as the enemy, Lebanon can thrive as a model of religious coexistence and tolerance, and without Israel the Lebanese would have no enemy to bring them together, and they would massacre one another until the last man, like they did in fact back in the 1970s and 1980s.
_________________________________________________

The news behind the above commentary:

A reconciliation meeting took place on Saturday between residents of the two Lebanese towns of Ain Arab (Sunni Muslim) and Al-Mari (Druze Something) following an individual dispute which almost turned into wholesale massacre.

The meeting was attended by pro-Syrian Druze Minister of Social Affairs Wael Abu Faour, representing the Druze Progressive Socialist Party (PSP) leader MP Walid Jumblatt, and pro-Syrian Sunni Future bloc MP Bahia Hariri.

Pro-Syrian Druze Socialist Faour voiced hope that Lebanese politicians “would learn lessons from the incident regarding forgiveness.” He added: “There is one enemy and that is Israel.

In turn, Sunni Muslim Bahia Hariri, who wears the veil of the Sunni Salafis fundamentalists, said that the meeting “shows that the incident that took place between the two towns will not be repeated since the enemy is one and it is Israel.

In the grand tradition of Lebanese political farms, Bahia Hariri is former Premier Rafik Hariri's sister who, like his son Saad, inherited his political power upon his death. Rafik Hariri was once a pro-Syrian Sunni Muslim politician who was killed by the pro-Syrian terrorist organization Hezbollah in 2005 in a massive car bombing in Beirut.

Similarly, Druze Socialist leader Walid Jumblatt's father, Kamal Jumblatt, was also assassinated by the Syrians in 1977.

Yet, even though Syria is behind the killings of the two leaders of both sides, the religious tolerance pill is based on Israel being the enemy, not Syria. Even though Israel never assassinated any Lebanese leader, while Syria carried out hundreds of political assassinations in Lebanon, like the French ambassador to Beirut, Louis Delamare, US ambassador to Beirut Francis Meloy, President-elect Bashir Gemayel in 1982, Kamal Jumblatt in 1977,  President-elect Rene Mouawwad in 1989, and many many others, including a rash of bombings and close-range shootings in the mid 2000s that killed upward of 17 politicians and journalists

It may be difficult for normal people to understand the logic of the abnormal Lebanese, but that is the basic reason why Lebanon has been in religious wars for 40 years. We kill each other, the Syrians kill us by the hundreds of thousands, yet we somehow are convinced the Israel is the enemy and Syria is a sister!

LOBBYING FOR WAR: LEBANON'S SHIITES DOING IRAN'S DIRTY WORK

Lebanon’s Shiite terrorist organization, Hezbollah, which now runs the government of Maronite Catholic President Michel Suleiman and Sunni Muslim Najib Miqati, as well as the Syro-Iranian mercenary organization, the Amal Party of Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, both operating as the Islamic Fuckocracy of Iran's proxy militias in this country, on Monday called for the government to consider “investment in Lebanon’s oil resources a national priority.”

That may seem on the surface a wise and forward-looking appeal, but just listen carefully to the language:

Any attack on this right would  imply an attack on national sovereignty… [And in this case], Lebanese have the right to defend [their country’s] sovereignty and maritime borders with all available means, [including] resistance,” Amal and Hezbollah said in a statement issued following a joint meeting in South Lebanon.

Such a statement needs interpretation for those uninitiated in the back-stabbing, treasonous, mercenary politics of Lebanon where every political farm operates on behalf of an outside country, and never on behalf of the supreme interests of Lebanon itself and the Lebanese people.

1- By linking offshore oil drilling to national sovereignty gives you a first clue as to where these traitors want to take this issue. After their failure at using, first the liberation of Israeli-occupied south Lebanon, second the liberation of fucking Palestine and Jerusalem, and third the liberation of the Shebaa Farms from what is actually a Syrian occupation and not an Israeli one, these traitors want now to create a problem with Israel where there is none.

2- The use of a possible disagreement over maritime boundaries between Lebanon and Israel, and hence a dispute over oil rights between them, can be solved by negotiations. UN and international community advice to the Lebanese has been to negotiate the puny maritime dispute and come to terms with delineating the maritime border, but the Lebanese, prodded by Hezbollah and Amal, refuse to engage in civilized negotiations on the pretext that Lebanon does not recognize Israel, even as Lebanon and Israel remain bound by numerous treaties, the least of which is the 1949 armistice agreement. But Iran is the problem: It continues to prop Israel as the ultimate enemy, and Iran's Lebanese dogs of Hezbollah and Amal oblige (and they are paid in the hundreds of millions to do so) by rejecting any negotiations with Israel. Instead, they constantly lobby for war, belligerence, and sordid impasses, and ultimately keep on pushing for yet another war from which Lebanon will surely suffer devastating consequences and spend decades begging the West and the wealthy Arabs for handouts to rebuild. The fact is that every other Arab country has in one form or another negotiated some understanding with Israel: Egypt, Jordan, and the Palestinians have peace treaties; various North African countries (Mauritania, Morocco...) and Gulf States (Qatar, Abu Dhabi...) have opened either embassies or trade offices with Israel. Syria, one of the supposedly most hostile countries to Israel, has had an unblemished ceasefire with Israel since 1974, even as Israel has occupied AND annexed the Golan Heights from Syria, so much so that many believe that the Assad regime has in fact protected Israel's back for all those decades by never firing any "resistance" bullet across the Golan. Yet, of all Arab countries, the smallest and weakest of Arab countries, Lebanon, is the only one that has been shoved into conflict with Israel for close to 4 decades, when all the other coward Arabs and Muslim fuckers merely clap from behind.

3- Consider the disproportionality of the oil problem relative to the benefits Lebanon stands to gain from oil drilling: What Lebanon may gain - assuming it catches up with its neighbors, Israelis, Cypriots and Turks, all of whom are far ahead in their drilling and exploration - is much much greater than the potential loss of some oil from the area under the made-up dispute between Lebanon and Israel. The Law of the Sea stipulates that countries need not encroach by setting up drilling platforms in each other's maritime territory, but the Law is clear that it is unable to adjudicate with reason on whatever is beneath the ocean floor because of the depth and undefinable nature of these oil and gas fields.

4- Even if Lebanon somehow manages to catch up with its neighbors, the fact is that time is not on Lebanon's side. For one, Lebanon - busy as it has been for decades fighting the Israelis on behalf of all the numskull Arabs - is technologically backward, unequipped, wrecked by corruption and sectarian division, and has a national debt that surpasses its ability to even pay the interest on its debt. Moreover, the world is fast beginning a transition away from combustible energy sources to renewable energy sources, such that this whole push by Hezbollah and Amal is environmentally and economically unwise. By the time any oil revenues are actually made by the Lebanese, the whole world would have moved to cleaner resources. Lebanon is blessed by mountains, water, sunshine and wind: water dams, solar power and wind power can make miracles for this tiny country. It does not take much to feed the energy needs of 3.5 million people. I am terrified as the thought of the endemic corruption and technological incompetence of the Lebanese managing oil and gas drilling offshore in the Mediterranean: It would be an environmental disaster in the making, especially if Hezbollah's terrorist and militaristic reach is implicated. All the Mediterranean countries should be wary of this push by Iran's mercenaries in Lebanon. Lest they forget, corrupt Lebanese officials were bribed in the 1990s into accepting shipments of highly radioactive waste which were buried in the highlands of the country, contaminating rivers and streams...

The bottom line is that Hezbollah and Amal are not interested in offshore drilling for economic or environmental or energy-independence reasons. They are interested ONLY in creating a new casus belli  with Israel upon which they have thrived for more than three decades, bringing endless devastation and ruin to their own Shiite community and to the Lebanese population at large.

The timing of this appeal by Iran's agents in Lebanon is also telling: Since 2006 when UN Resolution 1701 ended the devastating war between Hezbollah and Israel, Hezbollah's "resistance" argument has faded away. Hezbollah is hemmed in the south by Lebanese army troops, UNIFIL contingents, and a hostile Lebanese population not at all in the mood for another round of liberation and resistance bullshit. With the Syrian regime on the verge of collapse, Hezbollah and Amal stand to lose the Syrian bridge between them and Iran that has sustained them for decades, and they are desperate to create new facts on the ground: The "sovereign oil rights" pretext is a new one they can exploit.

Let us hope that the Lebanese are wiser to the tricks of Iran's mercenaries, and more concerned for their safety and Lebanon's environment, than to allow the war-mongerers of Hezbollah and Amal to take them down a new adventure from which they may never recover this time.

The Hypocrisy of the pro-Syrian Lebanese Puppet Regime

Al-Jadeed television channel cameraman Ali Shaaban was shot and killed by Syrian army soldiers as he crossed from Syria into Lebanese territory near the Lebanese town of Wadi Khaled.

Now, the Lebanese puppet regime of Michel Suleiman and Najib Miqati and the Iranian traitor corrupt speaker of the so-called Lebanese parliament, Nabih Berri, continues to play the pro-Syrian ostrich. As the bloodbath continues across the border, as human rights are violated in untold numbers, as people are killed, maimed, arrested, tortured, shot a point blank, and Syrian towns, villages and cities are savagely shelled by the Syrian army - EXACTLY LIKE THE COWARDLY SYRIAN ARMY DID IN LEBANON FOR 35 YEARS - the Lebanese puppet regime claims to "not want to interfere" in the affairs of its neighbor Syria.

While on the surface, this may seem a wise stance - as if not wanting to take sides between a rebellious people seeking its freedom from 42 years of torment by the only other remaining Stalinist regime on earth (the other being North Korea), the policy of the Lebanese government is essentially that of cowards who are waiting to see where the endgame is before taking sides. For now, the Lebanese puppet president Michel Khara Sleiman, the puppet prime Minister Najib Boksh Tizi Miqati, and the Iranian stooge speaker of parliament Nabih Ras Ayri Berri, continue to believe that Bashar Assad will come out safe from the uprising against him.

So do Terrorist-in-Chief Hassan Tabbouz Nasrallah and Michel Kalb Aoun, Syria's top poodles in Lebanon.

So does the Fornicator-in-chief of the Maronite Moronic Church, PatriArse Bechara 3am Ter3ané Tizi, who declared a few weeks ago that Syria is a democracy and the Bashar Assad is the GREAT PROTECTOR OF CHRISTIANS IN THE MIDDLE EAST, notwithstanding the fact that the Assad regime has killed upwards of 100,000 Christians in Lebanon, maimed another 200,000, and sent half a million of the PatriArse's own flock into exile forever....

And so all the Lebanese lackeys and poodles of Syria wait. Forget principles, forget values. Wait for where the sword is going to fall before you take a position. If the PatriArse says that JESUS has RISEN (المسيح قام) on this damned Easter, I tell him that MY DICK too has RISEN (أيري قام) in anger at the merchant church that the Maronite fucking Church has become.

Once in a while, they get a convulsive seizure and try to make a forgone conclusion (obviously in their own favor) as to the outcome of the Syrian uprising, thinking that they know enough, but then they fall flat on their stupid faces. Perfect fence-sitting, while they are also shitting in their pants or robes, depending. For example, Aoun, in his ever self-exalted grandiose bullshit, declared last June 2011 that the Syrian uprising was basically a concluded and done with matter, and that a mere couple of weeks and no one will ever hear about it again. Of course, for the demented former criminal of war that Aoun is, events have proven him wrong.

All these "figures"  refuse to help refugees. They refuse to condemn the outrage in Syria.

Meanwhile, they get themselves busy HELPING BASHAR ASSAD continue his murder of his own people. For example, the CORRUPT HIGHLY POLITICIZED Lebanese judiciary, instead of filing complaints against the Syrian regime for killing Lebanese citizens inside Lebanon's borders, it is setting up kangaroo courts to prosecute so-called smugglers of weapons from Lebanon into Syria, when the traffic of weapons has for 40 years been in the opposite direction: If Hezbollah has 50,000 missiles in south Lebanon, it is because they were all smuggled from Syria into Lebanon. If the Palestinian terrorist organizations running shop inside the Palestinian camps of Lebanon have mountains of weapons with which they have been terrorising the Lebanese population since the late 1960s, it is because they are all supported, financed, armed by the Syrian regime which smuggles them weapons without any hindrance by the Lebanese puppet regime.

So we learn that the fucking "Military Investigative Judge" Fadi Sawan, like all his predecessors during and after the Syrian occupation, on Tuesday issued arrest warrants against three detainees accused of involvement in arms dealing and weapons smuggling to Syria. Can you believe this crap? The detainees were identified as Lebanese nationals Ahmad Mohammad M., Hassan Kameel A. and Palestinian national Zaynab Safi Gh.

The army’s intelligence service arrested the suspects at Kameel’s residence in Mount Lebanon’s Aley after authorities seized an amount of weapons in the detainees’ car. The report added that the confiscated arms were worth $7,200 and included light weapons, missiles and ammunition, and that Safi and Mohammad are accused of smuggled weapons to Syria via Wadi Khaled’s border crossing in North Lebanon.

After the Syrian regime ruined Lebanon and tormented its people for 40 years under occupation, there are still people in Lebanon who, because they derive all their power from being traitors and collaborators and mercenaries to Syria, will do everything they can to help the Syrian regime remain in power for another 50 years. SHAME ON THE HYPOCRITE LEBANESE PUPPET REGIME.

WATER-RICH LEBANON RENTS POWER-GENERATING SHIPS: HOW PATHETIC

Lebanon's mountains have steep torrents running down its slopes. Average rainfall in Lebanon is 1 meter (40 inches) annually. For a tiny country of 4,000 square miles (10,000 Square Kilometers), this amount of water and the high altitudes should be a recipe for two environmentally-friendly economic benefits:

- Lebanon could be selling water to its neighbors.
- Lebanon could be a major generator of clean electric power, sufficient for its own consumption and even to sell to others.

But Lebanon is still a primitive backwards 19th century country when it comes to many things, one of them being electric power. It still rations it to 8 hours a day, with the consequent politically-connected mafia of diesel generators selling electricity in the neighborhoods and villages an towns across the country. Every Lebanese - except the terrorist organization Hezbollah of course which doesn't pay any of its bills - pays two electric bills: One to the State, and one to the local Mafioso. Same thing with water, phone, Internet etc.... The entire infrastructure of the country is a two-tiered system: An incompetent decrepit corrupt one owned by the State, and an incompetent decrepit corrupt one owned by the political Mafia. Together, they barely are able to serve the country's pathetically small population of 3.5 million users.

So now, instead of investing into a couple of well-placed dams along the steep slopes of the mountains, electricity is generated by an archaic generator along the Mediterranean coast - which spews highly polluting fumes and smog into the air over Beirut, and pollutes the Mediterranean with dangerous chemicals. In addition, there are literally millions of small diesel-powered generators around every corner of this dysfunctional country. Then, the Lebanese suddenly discovered - only after Israel and Cyprus made significant strides in drilling for oil on their continental shelves - that they too can drill for oil, just to spite their "enemy" Israel. The Lebanese love these shady deals of contracting foreign companies because the politicians can siphon off kickback money into their own pockets. Fortunately for the environment, the Lebanese government is light years away from exploiting oil off the Lebanese coast because of corruption, bureaucracy and highly perfected incompetence.

But, now, the Lebanese government and its Minister of Electricity, one Gebran Bassil who became Minister - not because of any expertise or merit he has, but only because his father in law Michel Aoun wanted him to be a Minister - has a new idea. (Politics in Lebanon is a family business and political parties are really like farms where politicians are bred and raised like pigs and cows, then are released into the political arena when they become of legal age.)

His idea is to rent ships from foreign companies that generate electricity. This is a golden opportunity to siphon off kickbacks and make money for himself (See below how he denied an American company from bidding on the deal because Mr. Bassil hates the US and was instructed by his Hezbollah bosses not to make any deal with US companies). And to top off the deal, Prime Minister Miqati - who is a Sunni Muslim billionaire and owns all his businesses in the US - is satisfied with the ship-renting deal. I think the Americans should punish him by harassing his businesses in the US. In fact, Miqati is a Syrian regime stooge and he should be subjected to the same sanctions now imposed on the murderers of the Syrian Baath regime.

Welcome to Lebanon, the land of incompetence, corruption and bureaucracy. Welcome to Lebanon, one of the environmentally-unfriendly countries on earth, where you have a much better chance of getting killed by a bomb, a car accident (they drive like hysterical lunatics in Lebanon) or cancer (from pollution) than being struck by lightning.

Prime Minister Najib Mikati said in remarks published on Friday that he was “relieved” by the outcome of the bidding process conducted by the ministerial committee assigned to study the offers of companies to provide power-generating ships.
Mikati also told Al-Liwaa newspaper that the committee carried out transparent tenders with the companies “which led to the reduction of the price.”
He also said that if everything went as planned, “the first ship would arrive the end of July or the beginning of August.”
In March, the cabinet agreed to rent power-generating ships for a period of two years renewable up to one year.
___________
Energy Minister Gebran Bassil denied US company Weller Machinery’s statement that its bid to provide-power generating ships was ruled out before it could present its final offer.

“The ministerial committee studying the power-generating ship tenders asked the company more than once for their [final] bid and there was no response, especially after we insisted that they reduce the price,” Bassil told Al-Jumhuriya newspaper in comments published Friday. He also said that company tried to “stall” and avoided giving a final and definite price.

The company’s director general had told the daily that “the meeting with the committee lasted for only half an hour before Mikati asked us to reconsider the offer… but after three hours of waiting, the company’s delegation was surprised that the committee finished its work and left the Grand Serail without informing it of [the result] or even apologize.”

The company also considered the tenders to be a “pre-planned deal” and the discussions to be “mere camouflage,” adding that its offer was very “tempting.”

[If I have to believe one of the two sides, I'd believe the Americans, not Bassil. Ask any Lebanese, and they will agree with you. Never believe the politicians in Lebanon, they are all murderous thieves.]

Maids in Saudi Arabia vs. Maids in Lebanon

In Lebanon, we don't put them on death row, but we still abuse, beat, kidnap, sexually assault, rape, treat like bonded slaves, withhold their passports, have them sit in the back of cars, not allow them to eat with us at our dinner tables, work them 7 days/24 hours a day, pay them pathetic salaries, and sometimes we push them off balconies to certain death, etc...

We, in Lebanon, are obviously more civilized than the brutes of the Gulf States and Saudi Arabia.

Twenty-five Indonesian maids are on death row in Saudi Arabia.

"Six housemaids are on death row in Riyadh province alone, whereas about 19 female workers have been handed death sentences in the Western region," it quoted the Indonesian embassy's spokesperson, Hendrar Pramutyo, as saying.

"We have asked permission from the host government to allow our presidential task force delegation to visit Saudi jails" where a total of 1,700 Indonesians are serving prison terms, an Indonesian official said.

Indonesian anger over the treatment of its manual laborers in the oil-rich Gulf monarchy has grown since last year, after a spate of cases of abuse and killings. Last June, Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono denounced the beheading in Saudi Arabia of an Indonesian maid and accused Riyadh of breaking the "norms and manners" of international relations.

Ruyati binti Sapubi, 54, was beheaded on June 18, 2011, after she was convicted of killing her Saudi employer, prompting Indonesia to recall its ambassador in Saudi Arabia for "consultations." Indonesia also announced a moratorium on sending migrant workers to Saudi Arabia, where hundreds of thousands of Indonesians toil as maids and laborers.

Days later, the kingdom announced that it would stop granting work permits to domestic workers from Indonesia and the Philippines, after hiring conditions were imposed by those two countries.

Rights groups say millions of mostly Asian domestic workers are regularly exposed to physical and financial abuse in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states because of poor or non-existent labor laws

Adam and Eve were Lebanese! Here is why:

This just in:

Recent archeological work has concluded that Adam and Eve were in fact Lebanese.

They had no jobs, no water, no electricity, and no government; They disobeyed God and fornicated behind each other's back with every devil they found. They also loved one particular tree.
And yet they were absolutely certain they lived in Heaven!

SPY FOR ISRAEL RELEASED IN LEBANON. WHY? HE IS A POODLE OF MICHEL AOUN, HEZBOLLAH's ALLY

Perfect example of the corrupt and politicized Lebanese judiciary.

While hundreds of Lebanese have been sentenced to death, some executed, others languish in jail, and yet thousands living as refugees in Israel... all because the terrorist organization of Hezbollah runs the banana Islamic republic of Lebanon and has accused them of "spying" or "collaborating" with Israel....  We now have the best example of kangaroo justice in Lebanon.

Fayez Karam is a former army officer (which is a big deal in Lebanon because the military are up to their eyeballs in politics in the "democracy" of Lebanon... in fact the current Syrian-puppet President of Lebanon Michel Suleiman is a former army general)... so he gets "special" service by the Lebanese justice system.

Even better, he is a poodle of the other former army General Michel Aoun who, after fighting the Syrian occupation and Hezbollah from exile for 15 years, returned to Lebanon to change his course and become an ardent supporter of Syria's Bashar Assad and of Hezbollah. He now runs a political party called the Free (sure!) Patriotic (of course) Movement which is the terrorist Hezbollah's prime ally in the Lebanese government. So Michel Aoun pulled some string with the Hezbollah regime in Lebanon and got his poodle Fayez Karam - convicted of spying for Israel, which normally deserves the death penalty - out of jail.

This is LEBANESE CORRUPTION and WASTA at its best. While hundreds of thousands of ordinary Lebanese have been dying for 40 years because of Hezbollah's argument of fighting the "Zionist" enemy, here is Hezbollah and its ally Michel Aoun letting a convicted Israeli spy out of jail because of his political connections.

SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on the Lebanese judiciary.
SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ion Michel Aoun under whose command thousands were killed fighting for the causes he is now betraying.
SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on the Lebanese followers of Michel Aoun who claims to want to "reform" the Lebanese political system, when all he has done since his return is to join that system and become one of it. He has created a political farm, not a party, in which he doles out power to his nephews and sons-in-law, and in the case of Fayez Karam, Michel Aoun appears to be able to dole out the very corrupt justice system he claims to fight.

BEIRUT: A former Lebanese Army officer and politician whose party is allied with Hezbollah and who was convicted of passing information to Israel said after his release from prison Tuesday that his detention was political.

Immediately after his release around 1:15 p.m., Karam headed to Rabieh to meet Michel Aoun.
Karam's lawyer, Rashad Salameh, said the retired brigadier general was released after having completed his two-year prison term.

In September, Karam, 62, was found guilty of contacting Israeli intelligence and providing them with information on Hezbollah and its ally the FPM, of which the retired brigadier general is a member. The verdict did not find Karam guilty of spying for Israel.

Karam’s release drew swift reaction from the Future Movement. “Will the fighter, Brig. Gen. Fayez Karam, celebrate the liberation of south Lebanon on May 25, 2012?” asked Ahmad Hariri, Future Movement’s secretary general.
“Fayez Karam should become minister of labor and collaboration,” Hariri mocked on his twitter account.
Karam was the first political figure to be detained in Lebanon as part of a wide-ranging investigation launched in 2009 into Israeli spy networks.

He had headed the Lebanese Army's anti-terrorism and counter-espionage unit during the 1980s and was close to Free Patriotic Movement leader Michel Aoun, who was army commander toward the end of the 1975-1990 Civil War.

Aoun, who declared a “war of liberation” against the Syrian army in Lebanon in 1989, entered into a controversial alliance with Hezbollah in 2006, a year after his return to Lebanon from exile in France.
More than 100 people have been arrested on suspicion of spying for Israel since April 2009, including members of the Lebanese Army and the Internal Security Forces as well as telecom employees.

SYRIAN REBELS: STOP BEGGING THE WEST FOR HELP. LIBERATE YOUR MUSLIM FUNDAMENTALIST SELVES ON YOUR OWN

The Syrian rebels are a mix of normal secular people and a horde of Muslim Sunni fundamentalists. The latter ones are more likely to be supporters of Al-Qaeda and to have clapped and chanted when September 11 happened in the US. These are not your run of the mill reasonable people, and that is why you hear them chanting "Allahu Akbar" at every fucking second of their lives.

The Mulsim Sunni fundamentalists who are fighting the savage Assad regime are NO BETTER than the Assad regime. If they reach power, they will turn Syria into a Muslim Gulag similar to Afghanistan under the Taliban or to Iran under the Iranian Mullahs.

You could argue that this is their business. But the problem - the hypocrisy of these radical muslim fundamentalists (Mulsim Brotherhood and other fuckers like them) - is that they are the first ones all over the world, beginning with Usama Bin Laden and Ayatollah Khara Khamenei and all the rest of them, to complain about Western interference, colonialism, desecration of fucking Muslim sites, the killing of innocent Muslims, etc...They are the first ones to want to topple all "atheist" secular western regimes and replace them with the utopian piece of shit of Sharia Law. They are the first ones who DEMAND the rights of Muslims in the West (like building a fucking mosque in every corner of Europe), but they are the first ones to DENY any non-Muslim ANY RIGHTS in ANY FUCKING ARAB-MUSLIM COUNTRY. Saudi Arabia two weeks ago deported Christians who were praying in the privacy of their homes. How is that fair?

So, I tell the Syrian rebels that THEY HAVE TO LIBERATE THEMSELVES and stop begging the West for help.

I also tell Hilary Clinton and all the so-called "Friends of Syria" not to arm these Muslim radicals to help them topple Assad. This would be a repeat of arming the Taliban in the 1980s in Afghanistan in order to kick the butt of the Russians, only to end up decades later with the Taliban hosting Al-Qaeda and sending death squads all over the West.

Do not arm the Syrian rebels. let them fend on their own, or at the very least, let other fucking Sunni Muslims help them. The best policy is not to interfere in Syria. Let the Scum fight the Scum. The Syrian rebels in their vast majority will be no better than the very regime they want to replace.

A leading rebel on Monday blamed the global community for failing to protect the Syrian people, saying it was ignoring the regime's "massacres" by refusing to arm the insurgents.
"The international community, by delaying to put pressure on the regime and preventing the arming of the rebels, assumes full responsibility for the massacres," said Colonel Kassem Saadeddine, spokesperson for the rebels.
Contacted via Skype, he said that Sunday's "Friends of Syria" conference held in Istanbul "did nothing to protect the defenceless population and arm the Free Syrian Army."
"If the international community wanted to, it would have done so in the first month" of the revolt against President Bashar al-Assad's regime, he added.
Saadeddine, however, welcomed the international community's recognition of the opposition Syrian National Council as a legitimate representative of the Syrian people.
He said "the regime would collapse immediately" if the UN Security Council approves the arming of the rebels, and establishes no-fly and buffer zones in Syrian cities to prevent regime troops from entering.
Western and Arab nations participating in the "Friends of Syria" meeting in Istanbul called Sunday for Assad to be given a deadline to meet the terms of international peacebroker Kofi Annan's peace plan.
The Istanbul conference also urged the United Nations to act to stop the violence, but steered clear of backing opposition appeals for arms to fight the regime clampdown.
"We advise Mr. Annan to take every effort because the regime understands only the language of force," Saadeddine said.
"If Annan's plan is not implemented immediately, it will give the regime another excuse to continue killing," said the colonel, who speaks on behalf of the FSA command inside Syria.
