The Lebanese War from 1968 through 2012.. and still ongoing... was all engineered by Syria. First, the Syrian Baath Nazi Party - and I mean NAZI because the party's ideology is National Socialism, which was abbreviated by Hitler's Germany to NaZi - imported Yasser Arafat's Palestine Liberation Khara Organization from Damascus, then from Amman after King Hussein crushed it in 1970, to Beirut.
Then the Syrians created about a dozen other Palestinian terror organizations, not to help with the supposed liberation of fucking Palestine, but only to undermine Arafat and keep the Palestinians divided and dependent on Syria. These other organizations had names such as: Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, the Yarmouk Brigades, the Saika, the Assifa, the Palestine Liberation Army, George Habash's General Command splinter from the PFLP, etc.
Then the Syrians exploited the stupid Shiites of the Lebanese south who were getting beaten up by the Israelis when the latter retaliated to the Palestinians firing of rockets across the Lebanese border. They created Amal (today led by the imbecile billionaire Nabih Berri who was a used card dealer in Detroit, Michigan, but then was lured back to Lebanon by the Syrians to undermine the religious Iranian asshole Moussa Al-Sadr who was also trying to undermine the Lebanese State after arriving from Iran and settling in Lebanon. Good thing that Qaddafi killed him. Other Shiite shithead organizations that Syria created were: The Movement of the Oppressed of the Earth, Fityan Ali (Ali's Boys) who used to kidnap any non-Muslim (foreigners, Christians, westerners etc) near Sabra-Shatila (I know that because I myself almost got kidnapped by them in 1975. The car behind me unfortunately did not make it. Its driver, fellow AUB student Pierre Zarqa was found mutilated and dead the next day.) These organizations were responsible for the kidnapping of the foreign hostages in the Lebanon of the 1980s. The fact that whenever the Republican jackass US presidents Reagan and H.W. Bush made a deal with Iran (the Iran-Contra affair), a hostage would be released by his Shiite terrorist kidnappers in Beirut, but would be paraded in Damascus under the portraits of the Assad monster who took the credit for the liberation (even though he ordered the kidnapping in the first place).
Then the Syrians created the Sunni militias as well. The Mourabitoun, who said they were Nasserists, followers of the dictator of Egypt at the time Gamal Abdel Nasser, but who in reality worked for the Assad regime. The Mourabitoun were complete idiots, because they did none of the fighting. Instead they relied on their Palestinian Sunni terrorists to undermine the Lebanese State and attack the Lebanese army. In fact, all the Sunnis at the time, including prime ministers Rashid Karami, Rashid Al-Solh, Saeb Salam, etc...were WITH THE PALESTINIANS and against the LEBANESE ARMY. For example, when the Lebanese air force bombed the Palestinian camps of Sabra and Shatila in 1973, Rashid Karami resigned in protest and paralyzed the government for 9 months. No one in their right mind today should believe any word coming out of the fucking traitor Sunnis, from Hariri, Fatfat, Karami and down... because they were the ones who brought all these calamities to Lebanon. If the Sunnis had stood by the Lebanese State and the Lebanese Army, and of course their fellow Christian Lebanese, back in the late 1960s and 1970s, there would not have been a war in Lebanon, and the PLO would have been crushed and done with as happened in Jordan in 1970.
The Syrians also promoted the Druze neanderthals of the Shouf. The Druze, you see, have no principles. They are the most primitive backward sect in Lebanon because they only worry about survival. They go right or left depending on who has the upper hand. When Syria has the upper hand, the Druze are the biggest Baathists. When Israel has the upper hand, the Druze become ardent Zionists. When Israel invaded Lebanon in 1982, Walid Jumblatt hosted Ariel Sharon in his Mukhtara Palace and treated him like a king. In fact, in Israel, the Druze are the only non-Jews allowed to serve in the Israeli army. Just look at Walid Jumblatt today: He is like a weather penis: If the wind blows towards Damascus, he turns like a penis to the left. If the wind blows against Damascus, he turns like a penis to the right. He sits on the fence until the last possible minute. So, back in the early years of the war, Syria promoted Kamal Jumblatt as the leader of the Anti-Lebanon forces - the so-called National Front - that gathered everybody except the Christians: Palestinians, Druze, Sunnis, Shiites, communists, etc...Eventually the Syrians killed their Druze mercenary Kamal Jumblatt in 1977, just like they killed their fat pig Sunni collaborator Rafik Hariri in 2005, when he dared to be a bit more independent of them.
The Syrians also split the Lebanese army. In 1976, as the Palestinians were marching against the Lebanese State everywhere, committing the Damour massacre of 1976, the Syrians picked up a young traitor Sunni lieutenant - Ahmad Al-Khatib - from the ranks of the Lebanese Army, and propelled him to a mutiny against his own army. He founded the so-called Arab Army of Lebanon which then went on attacking Lebanese army barracks in Saida, Sour, and all the southern sector, including Marjayoun. Those brave soldiers (Shiites and Christians) of the Lebanese army who managed to resist this traitor in the southern sector, became ostracized by the Sunnis and Druze of the National Front. The Lebanese government - now solidly under the Syrians' thumb - blockaded the southern sector and cut off all supplies and contacts between the southern sector and the rest of Lebanon. This was how the "Border Strip" (الشريط الحدودي) was born, that was to be later "liberated" by Hezbollah. It was a part of the country that was abandoned by its own Sunni-led Lebanese government. In need of food, education and medicine, the Lebanese people of the southern strip bordering on Israel opened up to the Israelis. When Israel invaded later in 1982, the Border Strip became integrated with the Israeli occupation, simply because the fucking Lebanese government abandoned its own army and its own soldiers and its own people, as part of its collusion with the Syrians and the Palestinians. Today, about 10,000 Lebanese residents of the Border Strip live in Israel because when Israel withdrew in 2000, those Lebanese people feared retaliation from Hezbollah. The Lebanese government has done absolutely nothing to try to bring back these patriotic Lebanese to their country.
No wonder I hate the Sunnis of Lebanon. They are the root cause of the past 50 years of war in Lebanon. All of them. When Rafik Hariri came on to the scene in 1991, he continued the same policy. Hiding behind Saudi money and the Syrian army, he embarked on his shitty "business" program that built Lebanon's debt upwards of $50 billion and made things even worse. Thank God his buddies the Syrians killed him, because he was a stupid idiot. Money doesn't make people smart. Hariri built his empire by being a butler to the Saudi royal family, building a few buildings for them back in the 1970s when the Saudis still ate camel dung for breakfast and camel dung for dinner. Any asshole who served them became instantly rich. So Rafik Hariri has no merit for all his money, nor for rebuilding downtown Beirut. Any decent government would have done the same thing, but without the Syrian occupation and without all the corruption that Hariri brought.
The Syrians eventually took direct control of Lebanon - after dislodging the last free government Lebanon had, and by eliminating all the militias they themselves had created. Under the collaborator puppet Lebanese governments of the the criminals Hrawi, Lahoud, and Sleiman, the Syrians allowed only one militia to remain armed, namely Hezbollah, which was founded, trained and financed by Iran. Syria needed another pretext to continue undermining Lebanon: They invented the Shebaa Farms occupation, and used Hezbollah to continue harassing Israel from Lebanon, but never from Syria itself.
So, now, as I watch the Sunnis of Syria getting bombed and fucked with Assad's Alawite missiles and tanks, I say, CHEERS. Let the Sunnis of Syria taste a little of the medicine they gave the Lebanese people with the same Syrian tanks and cannons. Let the Syrian people be bombed, kidnapped, tortured, maimed, and killed for another 50 years. Perhaps they would understand everything we the Lebanese had to go through. In fact, the Syrians under the bombs and shells of Assad's army are the same ones who came to Lebanon as Syrian army conscripts where they bombed, kidnapped, raped, tortured, maimed, and killed us for 50 years. The "Free Syrian Army" pretending today to fight Assad consists of the same murderers who were sent by Assad to Lebanon during from 1975 to 2005.
This is what I wish for the Syrian people - all of them, Sunnis, Druze, Alwaites and Armenians:
More bombs on Homs. More shelling of Halab. More destruction in Idlib. More devastation in Damascus. More car bombs and more suicide bombings. More kidnappings and torture in Syria's famous jails at the hands of the Syrian Mukhabaraat services. Let the children of Syria die and get maimed like our children died and were maimed. At least, they are doing it to themselves. More of all of that and then some. Let them taste what we the Lebanese had to endure because of their Social National Baath Party - the ARAB NAZIS - of today. And any Syrian who thinks that he is safe in Lebanon, let him think twice before becoming a refugee in Lebanon. The Lebanese people will not treat them any better than the Palestinian refugees. I think any Syrian thinking of fleeing his or her country should go to Turkey or Iraq. Sunni Muslim on top of Sunni Muslim, خلي الخرى يطبش بعضه. Please donطt come to Lebanon. No one here wants any of you, especially after your regime collapses and the local Syrian pimps of Hezbollah and Michel Aoun are gone, you would have no one to protect you from a revenge-hungry population. أعذر من أنذر.
Let the Syrian Civil War Last 50 YEARS. My best wishes to the Syrian people.

Syria is an artificial country and should be broken down into 4 states:
- A sunni one based in Damascus- This should join the Sunni third of Iraq where it belongs.
- A Alawi one based in Lattaquieh
- A Druze one based in Sweidah in the Houran, which eventually should join with the Golan.
- A Kurdish one based in Al-Hasakeh. This should join the Autonomous Kurdish Republic in Iraq.
