The chameleon Druze neanderthal Walid Jumblatt, this "Socialist Feudal Lord" from the Middle Ages is like a limp penis: He switches sides, not on principle, but according to where the wind blows.
After a career leading a mercenary Druze militia allied with the Syrian dictatorship and the PLO against his own country - fighting alongside the Palestinian terrorists and other hordes of Syrian mercenaries against the Lebanese national army in the 1970s and 1980s, Walid Jumblatt became a stalwart collaborator of the Syrian occupation during the 1990s alongside Rafik Hariri, the fat Sunni pig who licked and kissed to no end the ass of the Syrian occupation and defended Hezbollah's "Resistance". The West wanted and approved the Syrian occupation of Lebanon - thinking, in its stupidity, that it was a cheap price to pay to get the Syrians to sign peace with the Israelis. And so even as the Syrians killed Walid's Papa Kamal (another traitor to his own country) in 1977, Walid continued to bend his rear to the Syrians.
Then, the winds of change blew. September 11, 2001 happened, and the unprincipled merchants of death and money, like Jumblatt and Hariri, sensed that the anger of the West was not going to favor a continued support of the Syrian occupation of Lebanon. So they changed shirts and became anti-Syrian. Upset at this reversal, the Syrians instructed Hezbollah to blow up the fat pig prime minister as he drove in downtown Beirut in 2005. Hezbollah was happy to oblige. Now, Jumblatt, now engaged in major American and Western ass-kissing, was also terrified that the Syrians might also blow him up too. So he joined the Cedars Revolution and became a pro-Western, anti-Syrian, right-winger whom President Bush and Secretary Rice invited to the White House and treated him like a national patriot.
Not too long after, Obama was elected to the White House in 2008, and he reopened the US Embassy in Damascus. Turkey meanwhile had also switched sides and became friendly with the Assad regime, and Iran was at the height of its challenge to the West. Jumblatt, again, sensed that change had occurred, and he switched sides. Last December (2010), he abandoned the pro-Western Lebanese circus of Saad Hariri and his band of jugglers, and roped himself back into the Syrian bosom and into the warmth of Hezbollah's tentacles. By doing so, he unraveled the coalition in government and forced the resignation of Saad Hariri from the prime ministership. Since January, the Lebanese have been unable to form a new government because of the events that followed.
Those unexpected events were the popular uprisings and Intifadas that the Arab peoples undertook in the streets of every dictatorial country in the region, including the Syrian cesspool. With the Assad regime embarking on a bloodbath to remain in power, and with all the regimes in the region threatened, a new wind began blowing that did not augur well for tyrants such as Assad. The timing of the Arab revolts was quite vexing for Jumblatt because though he had initially calculated correctly the direction of the new winds, he did not expect the Arab peoples to scuttle his plans for yet another reversal of principles. But that is exactly what happened. No sooner had he jumped the Hariri ship and became a pro-Syrian, pro-Hezbollah, anti-American.... son of a bitch, that the revolts began and the regimes on which Jumblatt counted to pretend to be a pro-Resistance and pro-Liberation asshole began crumbling.
So now, as he sees his on-off boss in Damascus clutching his throat in suffocation, Jumblatt has re-calculated his knee-jerk unprincipled position and decided that the winds had blown again in favor of the West and against the Syrian-Hezbollah terror tandem.
I predict that Jumblatt will reverse his position ONE MORE TIME soon. He will announce that he is abandoning Syria and Hezbollah, and that he will be joining the pro-Saudi, pro-US Hariri jugglers...
I still think that comparing Jumblatt to a limp penis is appropriate. He can be moved from the extreme left to the extreme right in a flash, and he can also be made to dangle down in the middle too. He is able to grow big in the head as he self-aggrandizes himself despite his intrinsic irrelevance, because his relevance derives solely from his constant political re-positioning. Abandoned to his principles alone (assuming he has some) he would be as boring as a pile of dung. But he always manages to make himself relevant by dropping his pants every time the temperature changes, and when he does, his stench rises as he goes begging his old friends to take him again and forgive his past errings. One thing is certain, however, Jumblatt has no principles, he has no backbone, and like the limp Druze penis that he is, he can't sustain a principled erection. He is an unprincipled fornicator in the brothel called Lebanon.

Al-Hayat newspaper reported on Sunday that members of the Progressive Socialist Party are calling on their leader, MP Walid Jumblatt, to reevaluate the party’s position pertaining to its alignment with the Hezbollah-led March 8 coalition.
“PSP officials see that regional developments and their dangers on Lebanon … call for returning to the logic of settlement instead of ‘winner and loser’. [The current situation calls for] returning to the option of [forming] a national-unity cabinet,” a source close to Jumblatt told the Lebanese daily.
“Jumblatt feels that what is happening at the governmental level is [harming] him because he is contributing in covering for the [cabinet delay],” added the source.
The PSP leader is not convinced that Hezbollah is unable to persuade Change and Reform bloc leader MP Michel Aoun to modify his cabinet demands, the source also said, adding that Jumblatt is concerned with the “terrible economic and financial situation” in the country.
Prime Minister-designate Najib Mikati, who was appointed to the premiership in January with the backing of the Hezbollah-led March 8 alliance following the forced collapse of Saad Hariri’s unity government, has not yet formed the new cabinet. Aoun’s cabinet demands are reportedly delaying the formation of a government.

Hezbollah Attacks Italian UNIFIL Peacekeepers in Lebanon
After a long record of attacking and bombing Western peacekeepers in Lebanon (US Marines and French Paratroopers in 1983), killing, kidnapping, and holding Westerners hostages (the infamous Western hostages of the 1980s and 1990s) , and hijacking planes (TWA flight 847 in 1985),;
After mobilizing and inciting the Shiite villagers of the Lebanese south against UNIFIL for the past 4 years, and deliberate attacks against UNIFIL whenever UNIFIL is called upon to investigate Hezbollah "accidents" in which suspicious bombs and explosions go off (example: Tayr Felsay), or to investigate Hezbollah's massive illegal smuggling of weapons and missiles from the Syrian dictatorship across the border into Lebanon;

Six Italian peacekeeper were injured when a UN convoy was targeted by a bomb in southern Lebanon, officials said.
The explosion occurred on a busy highway leading to the city of Sidon. A spokesmen for the UN peacekeeping force in Lebanon said the bomb had been aimed at a logistics convoy.
Italian soldiers have had a presence in Lebanon since the late 1970s. In 2008 Italian president Silvio Berlusconi vowed to maintain Italy’s military presence to help consolidate democracy.
There are currently 2,000 soldiers in the UN Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL). Italy took over the command of UNIFIL in February 2008, after the French.

The Bala-Akl Family in Ohio: Traitors to US and Bad Name for Lebanese Disaspora
The Akl family in Ohio are a stain on all Lebanese-Americans. They were caught trying to send $1 million to the Hezbollah terror organization.
For those who don't know Lebanese Arabic, the word "Akl" means brain. So, the "Bala-Akl" (brainless) family was caught and I hope they rot in jail.
There are many Lebanese-Americans who support Hezbollah, either directly or indirectly through their support of the traitor Michel Aoun. Back when Syria was at the height of its occupation and torment of Lebanon, Michel Aoun spearheaded the resistance to the Syrian occupation from exile, and he had many supporters here in the US. While many have deserted him after he allied himself with the dictatorships in Syria and Iran, and with the terrorist organization Hezbollah, there are still a good many among Aoun's former supporters who continue to applaud his alliance with Hezbollah and his reversal into a puppet of Syria and a traitor to the cause of Lebanese freedom. In fact, Aoun has family in Ohio itself and it is possible that Ohio is second only to Detroit, Michigan in the magnitude of Hezbollah and Aoun support among the Lebanese-American Diaspora. There was an organization back in the 1990s that worked exclusively for Aoun, called the Council of Lebanese American Organizations. It is believed that CLAO imploded and disappeared from view as soon as Aoun signed his Memorandum of Understanding with Hezbollah's Hassan Nasrallah.
Lebanon Iznogood applauds the FBI for rooting out any supporters of terrorism within the Lebanese-American community. We denounce them for supporting the Hezbollah organization that is second only to Al-Qaeda in the numbers of Americans it has killed. Kudos for law enforcement agencies for a job well done.

TOLEDO, Ohio – An Ohio husband and wife pleaded guilty Monday to charges that they plotted to help finance a Mideast terrorist group under a deal that spares them from potential life sentences.
Hor and Amera Akl were arrested in June 2010 after authorities said an FBI informant provided them with cash that they were planning to hide in a vehicle to be shipped to Lebanon. They intended to conceal up to $1 million for Hezbollah, the Lebanese group the U.S. government lists as a terrorist organization and blames for numerous attacks on Israel, federal prosecutors said.
The Akls, dual citizens of the United States and Lebanon, had previously pleaded not guilty to several counts carrying the possibility of life prison terms, prosecutors said. They pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge James Carr in Toledo to conspiracy to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization.
Hor Akl now faces a sentence of a little more than seven years in prison, while his wife could receive up to four years. They remained free on bail after their pleas, and it was not immediately clear when they would be sentenced.
Prosecutors said Hor Akl traveled to Lebanon in March 2010 to arrange the delivery of money. He returned to the United States claiming that he had met with Hezbollah officials, the government's said.

PATHETIC LEBANON: No GOVERNMENT and CENSORSHIP
Under Muslim rule in Lebanon, the country has regressed into a little Syria. All the claims of freedoms that the Lebanese flaunt to credulous and naive outsiders are false and outright lies. The country is dangerous to foreigners who get kidnapped and moved across the border into Syria and are never heard from again.
The press imposes a self-censorship so as not to suffer the consequences of a corrupt administration that is heavily infiltrated by Shiite Hezbollah operatives who basically dictate all of Lebanon's policies. The figurehead President Michel Suleiman is just that: A former military idiot who is cultivating his own little political farm in the hope - like all his predecessors - of amassing a few millions, building a "palace" in his hometown on day, and retiring comfortably. The only way for him to do this successfully is to be a maid to Hezbollah and to Syria, and he is brilliantly performing his role.
Meanwhile, there has not been a government in nearly 6 months because the Lebanese, in their pathetic little political fights cannot 1) agree on how to divvy up a cabinet, not because they try hard to serve their people, but because each of the fractious parties and blocs are beholden to a foreign country (Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, US, France, etc...) and they play their roles of pawns moved about by these foreign countries on the filthy chessboard called Lebanon. Problem right now is that one of the foreign countries, Syria, is so busy with managing its demise by genociding its own people, that it has not had time to instruct its pawns and puppets in Lebanon (like Aoun the castrated mad general, Hezbollah's Hassan Bigballs Nasrallah, and other Syrianized buffoons), and the Lebanese cannot form a government. Talk of freedom, of sovereignty, of independence.... What a pathetic insignificant little cesspool of a country that has been at war for 50 years, mainly because outsiders are stronger than the will of the corrupt insiders, and Lebanon is basically a rag, a dirty rag, with which the Arab world and the West wipe their asses and flush the toilet at will.
Now, if that was not enough in this headless, aimless fuck of a country, the Lebanese people keep bragging about their freedoms, about their Paris of the Middle East and their Switzerland of the Middle East. But, no more. The Lebanese should wake up to the reality around them. I, as a Lebanese, am more proud of the peoples of Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen, and Syria than I am of being Lebanese because those peoples rose fearlessly to defend their own human rights, while the Lebanese continue to live like dogs in a cage, mistreated by their own little dictators, treated like scum, deprived of any sense of normal life, fearful of the Hezbollah criminals and the Syrian regime behind them, feafrul of their own "security services" (which operate exactly as they do in Iran and Syria, kidnapping, killing, detaining at will, under false claims of "dealing with the enemy" etc.). In fact, the Great Ahbal President Michel Suleiman had 3 young people arrested last year because they criticized him on Facebook.
And now, the latest news of this country of freedoms, ruled as it has become by backward primitive Muslims from the Stone Age, is that the "Security Services" ordered the removal of photos from an international exhibit in Beirut because one of the photographers is an Israeli. This tells you where the priorities of this stupid country are. The country has no government, it has no running water and rations electricity. Cell phones are run by politicians like farms, charging an impoverished population the highest rates found anywhere in the world, the country is infested with radical Islamists who were kicked out of other countries, Palestinian and Shiite terror organizations operate freely, including the Speaker of the so-called Parliament is himself the head of a Shiite terror militia called Amal...
Lebanon needs a revolution like all the other Arab countries. The people of Lebanon should wake up and realize that their ruined nightmarish lives are caused by their social-religious system that perpetuates an incompetent, failed political system. Lebanon is not a country worthy of such a name. Lebanon is a failed federation of warring religious tribes and sects that need a constant slave master to keep things going. The Lebanese cannot govern themselves, as things stand today.
For a brief interlude in the post World War II era, right after independence, when the Christians has the upper hand, they manage to propel Lebanon into prosperity and good living by steering this small finch's asshole of a country away from the cesspool of Arab and Islamic nationalism. But then, in the late 1960s and early 1970s, lebanon's Muslims decided that Islamic Law, the Palestinian issue, and Arab nationalism take precedence over the preservation of a successful division of power and national cohesion. They fought their fellow Lebanese Christians, supported the PLO against them, defeated the Christians and brought down the country and its institutions. With the support of Syria, the Muslims rewrote the Constitution (Taif Agreement) such that the country now had three presidents: One castrated Christian, one Sunni slave to Saudi Arabia, and one Shiite slave to Iran. And it was downhill from there.... This is the Lebanon of today: run by the Muslims, like every other Muslim country: garbage everywhere, rampant corruption, Islamic Law here and there, incompetence, and a general degradation of services.... There is an element of fatalism about Islam that makes its adherents so obsessed with the fucking will of God that they stop doing anything for themselves... and most of these countries live on the edge of barbarity and civilization, without any personal or societal will to take charge of one's own life, one's own environment, one's own fate.... Islam's doctrinal tyranny is such a surrender of personal will that it inevitably leads to a general deterioration of life wherever ISlam happens to take over.
I congratulate the managers of the World Press Photo exhibit for shutting down their exhibit in reaction to the Lebanese Security hoodlums... This should be an example and a message to all international operators (tourism, art, culture....) who intend to have shows and activities in Lebanon not to continue supporting the pro-Syrian, pro-Iranian, pro-terrorist Hezbollah Police State in Lebanon. They should starve the beast. It should also be a message to the Lebanese people that if they don;t do anything about this pro-Syrian pro-Iranian regime of Michel Suleiman, the quality of their lives will continue to decline. Do they want Lebanon to become like Syria or like Iran or like Saudi Arabia? What next: public floggings and stonings?

Mr. Shaal said he was surprised by the decision, saying his work was not intended to be political. “It’s an examination of what was once and what is now,” he said. “The viewer can reach his or her own conclusion.”

Nakba My Ass
Arab Islamo-Fascist nationalism wants you to believe that "Palestine" suffered a catastrophe or "Nakba" in Arabic in 1948 when the State of Israel was founded and thousands of Palestinian cowards fled their villages from what is today Israel.
The same thing happened between India and Pakistan in 1947, with millions, not thousands, of people fleeing in both directions - Muslims from India into Pakistan, and Hindus from Pakistan to India. Yet, no one today in Pakistan or India talks about a "catastrophe". No one claims a "right of return", and there are no refugees left in squalid camps. However, there is one difference between these two post-British mandate splits. In the Pakistan and Indian situation, both sides accepted the United Nations vote to split the area in two countries. But the fucking Arabs in the Middle East rejected Palestine.
The Palestinian themselves refused to accept the birth of their own country following the collapse of the Ottoman Empire and the brief British interlude between the two world wars. The Palestinians, stupid as they have always been, did not accept their own Palestinian State back in 1948, and instead chose the path of refugee status and insist, even today on reclaiming something they lost long time ago. A monumental mistake which, to this date, they are still divided upon. Palestinians today are negotiating for crumbs of Palestine when they could have had the bulk of it back in 1948.
Everywhere in the post-World War I and World War II interim, countries were being created, even in the heart of Europe. Why, of all these places and countries, the Palestinians chose to reject their own country, remains a mystery. But in fact, it is not a mystery. This historic failure has all to do with a primitive Arab sense of masculinity and machismo, the notion that only one's big balls count in this world, and nothing else. To accept a State of Palestine in 1948 would have been an admission of defeat, when sometimes historic compromises are based on an admission of defeat by both sides. The Israeli Jews saw a victory in their loss of the other half of Palestine, but the Palestinian Arabs saw a defeat in the same event.
Other areas under the British and French mandates were also being carved out of the dead Ottoman Empire. Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Turkey itself, Egypt, etc.. all are countries that came into being at the time, and no one today makes claims of "catastrophes" like the Palestinians. Of course, the Fascist Baathists of Syria and Iraq will claim that Greater Syria and Greater Iraq should have included Lebanon, Cyprus and other Greek islands, Kuwait, the Arab Emirates, etc... But only Nazi-like Arabs of the ultra-nationalist Islamic-Arab brand make such claims: The Baathists, the Syrian National-Social Party (the exact Arab equivalent of the Nazis, with racist claims of the superiority of the Northern Arabs over the Southern Arabs... Yeah, just look at what the superior Syrians are doing today to their people).
The Palestinians have lost Palestine. They should accept this fact and move one. Japan lost and moved on. Germany lost and moved on. Turkey lost and moved on. It is time for the Arabs to accept their loss and move on. After all, the Jewish people are of the same ethnic Semitic stock as the Arabs, much as the Lebanese are Semitic but not Arabs, or the Ethiopians are Semitic but not Arabs, or the Iraqis are Semitic but not Arabs.
The only ethnic group that lost after the world wars of the 20th century are the Kurdish people. If there is one people today who deserves a country from the territories that were stolen from them by Iraqis, Syrians, Turks and Iranians, it is the Kurdish people. A Kurdistan should be created from the region straddling the borders of the four countries. The Kurds have their own language and their own culture, and the harm done to them by denying them a country should be undone.
But the Palestinians should give up. They should take the small fucking few hills of the West Bank and make the insignificant country of Palestine from them today and move on, before there is no Palestine left at all. The refugees should leave the squalid camps in which they deliberately kept themselves (There are 15 refugee camps in Palestine today, including in the Gaza Strip.) or in which the other Arab countries have kept them on purpose (Lebanon, Syria, Jordan etc..).
Countries of emigration (Canada, US, Australia, Latin America....) should offer to resettle these people for new lives and future, now that the young Palestinian generation is 4 generations removed from the long lost Palestine. I have met many well-adjusted Palestinians who are very happy to be Israeli citizens, or who want to stay in Lebanon as Lebanese citizens, etc...

Hypocrite Jackass Lebanese and Syrians: Dismantle Lebanon
Syrians are being massacred by their own government, and are fleeing Syria by illegally crossing the Syrian-Lebanese border. What does the Great Ahbal Lebanese President Michel Suleiman do? He sends his best wishes to the Syrian dictator Assad, wishing him to recover and overcome the "crisis" by killing more of his people.
Meanwhile, Lebanese President - Jackass (حمار) Michel Suleiman - sends his own people to illegally rush the Lebanese-Israeli border and get killed by the Israelis who are legitimately defending their border. What does the Great Ahbal Michel Suleiman next do? He asks the US to pressure Israel into not killing those Lebanese who - on Suleiman's own orders - violate international law and borders. Is this guy an IDIOT or what?
Similarly, the Butcher in Damascus, Bashar Assad, who has so far killed 1,500 of his own people, who has shelled his own citizens in their towns and cities, and who has kidnapped and arbitrarily detained thousands of his own people, sends more of his stupid Syrians to rush the Israeli border on the Golan. Dozens get killed by Israeli army border guards who are legitimately defending their borders. Should Assad have the gall to criticize Israel? Any reasonable and sane person would say no. How can someone who killed 1,500 Syrians criticize someone else who killed 12 Syrians? Yet, the Syrian butcher did just that. It is OK for him to illegally kill his own people, but it is not OK for others to legally do the same.
This is Syrian hypocrisy at its best, and also Lebanese inferiority to Syria and the lack of self-esteem by the Lebanese vis-a-vis their own issues. No matter what happens, the Lebanese find a way to kiss the ass of the Syrians and thank them for kidnapping. bombing, hijacking, shelling, etc.. innocent people. The Lebanese will never criticize Syria upfront and on the basis of reason. The Lebanese have this knee-jerk response to Syria as the "sister" who, no matter how abusive or tyrannical or inimical or hostile she might be, the Lebanese will always crawl on their hands and knees, lift their tails and let the Syrians fuck them from behind. The Lebanese are slaves to Syria. They have no identity of their own, no personality of their own...They are a bastard people living in a fake artificial country, that is useless, pointless, dysfunctional, unproductive, and which contributes nothing to world peace. In fact, Lebanon has cost the international community billions and billions of dollars over the years, with all the peacekeeping forces that are continually being sent to Lebanon to clean up the mess left by Lebanese corrupt and incompetent feuding politicians.
The fact is that the Lebanese have not been able to clobber a government together for 5 months now, because the Syrians have not yet told them what to do. You see, the Syrians are so busy killing their own people; they have no time to manage their Lebanese slaves who are running around like headless clueless chickens.
What kind of fucked up country called Lebanon is this?
What kind of sovereignty is this, when the country's politicians are all mercenaries working for the country's enemies?
What kind of independence is this when the President of the country is beholden to a foreign country, which is a totalitarian tyranny to boot?
I personally think - and I am a Lebanese through and through - that Lebanon is a worthless country that I am ashamed of being a citizen of. I am embarrassed by the fact that my country cannot put together a government because the Syrian enemy is holding all the cards. I am ashamed that my country is being used by its own hypocrite politicians as a card with which to please the Syrian dictatorship, while the Lebanese people continue to suffer under 40 years of wars, all created by Syria.
The Lebanese have gotten so used to operating under the Syrian umbrella that they no longer know what it is to serve your own country and your own people. It is the ultimate Stockholm Syndrome in which the hostage (Lebanon and Lebanese politicians) becomes so attached to his kidnapper (Syria) that he no longer knows how to live without the kidnapper.
Lebanon is a fake artificial country that should be disbanded:
1- The south should become a Shiite-Palestinian cesspool federation of Islamic crap and stinking Arab-Persian nationalism that will go on "liberating" and 'resisting" until the cows come home.
2- The Sunni north, the Bekaa Valley and the city of Tripoli should be re-attached to Syria because all the people in the north want to be part of Syria.They never believed that Lebanon should have become independent, and they do not today believe that it should be.
3- The central mountains should be reassembled into a small Lebanon, the size of Monaco, comprising mostly primitive Christians and Druse villagers who, though they will continue to massacre one another for centuries to come, will make up a less complex demographic population that is at least manageable, unlike the current cesspool of Saudi-beholden Sunnis, Iranian-beholden Shiites, and other primitive Muslim ass-fuckers from the Stone Age pretending to live in a democracy.
As long as more than half the Lebanese population consider themselves "pro-Syrians", they should be allowed to re-join Syria. Similarly, the Butcher in Damascus, Bashar Assad, who has so far killed 1,500 of his own people, who has shelled his own citizens in their towns and cities, and who has kidnapped and arbitrarily detained thousands of his own people, sends more of his stupid Syrians to rush the Israeli border on the Golan. The Lebanese are slaves to Syria. I personally think - and I am a Lebanese through and through - that Lebanon is a worthless country that I am ashamed of being a citizen of. I am embarrassed by the fact that my country cannot put together a government because the Syrian enemy is holding all the cards. I am ashamed that my country is being used by its own hypocrite politicians as a card with which to please the Syrian dictatorship, while the Lebanese people continue to suffer under 40 years of wars, all created by Syria.
The Lebanese have gotten so used to operating under the Syrian umbrella that they no longer know what it is to serve your own country and your own people. It is the ultimate Stockholm Syndrome in which the hostage (Lebanon and Lebanese politicians) becomes so attached to his kidnapper (Syria) that he no longer knows how to live without the kidnapper.
Lebanon is a fake artificial country that should be disbanded:
1- The south should become a Shiite-Palestinian cesspool federation of Islamic crap and stinking Arab-Persian nationalism that will go on "liberating" and 'resisting" until the cows come home.
2- The Sunni north, the Bekaa Valley and the city of Tripoli should be re-attached to Syria because all the people in the north want to be part of Syria.They never believed that Lebanon should have become independent, and they do not today believe that it should be.
3- The central mountains should be reassembled into a small Lebanon, the size of Monaco, comprising mostly primitive Christians and Druse villagers who, though they will continue to massacre one another for centuries to come, will make up a less complex demographic population that is at least manageable, unlike the current cesspool of Saudi-beholden Sunnis, Iranian-beholden Shiites, and other primitive Muslim ass-fuckers from the Stone Age pretending to live in a democracy.
As long as more than half the Lebanese population consider themselves "pro-Syrians", they should be allowed to re-join Syria. The Disease of Lebanon: Organized Religion
These are the scourge of Lebanon.
The disease that keeps on eating up the country like a worm from within.
These are the ancient "patriarchs", "mullahs", "sheikhs", and other primitive bastards that rule Lebanon from behind their political stooges.
This is the true face of Lebanon - not secular, not democratic, not modern.... - but deeply religious, undemocratic, theocratic, feudal, archaic, and primitive.
These are the faces that push their "faithful" followers every generation to a civil war of religious massacres and sectarian feuds.
This is the identity of Lebanon: A facade of modernity against a background of Taliban-on-the-Mediterranean; a hypocritical pretend-democracy based on people's religious identity.
In Lebanon, you are nothing if you are Protestant or Jewish. Worse yet, you do not even exist under Lebanon's constitution if you are Bahai, Hindu, Buddhist, secular, agnostic, atheist, or of any belief system other than the 18 religious cults that the fucking backwards Lebanese constitution recognizes.
This is the country that has been at war for the past 40 years, primarily because of religious differences between the 18 different sects that make up this primitive country.
Hundreds of thousands have died, half a million maimed and injured, and 1.5 million have fled the country. Yet, the fat-bellied patriarchs, priests, mullahs, sayyids, and muftis.... and all these child-fuckers remain comfortably seated in their positions, dispensing "love and peace" in the media, but inciting to sectarian violence behind the scenes, supporting warlords and war criminals (like Geagea, Jumblatt, Aoun, Francgiyeh, and others....) and preparing the stage for the next outbreak of sectarian violence in which more people will be killed and maimed, more villages uprooted, more emigrants fleeing the country....
The Churches and Mosques have not lost anything in the past 40 years of war. In fact, they got richer and richer, while ordinary people got poorer and poorer. The proof: Look at all the churches and mosques they have built. Look at all the universities they have founded, with the express purpose to keep instilling in their young people's minds stupid beliefs in resurrections, virgin births, God's last message, ascents to heaven on winged horses.... as well as the moral obligation to kill the other sects because they threaten you in your existence.
And now, decades later, they hold their "spiritual summits" in which nothing gets done, other than further the divide between the people, as they hussle and tussle over seats in a government yet to be formed. The ongoing haggle is just about how many portfolios should the stupid Maronites or the backward Shiites or the hypocrite Sunnis or the prostituting Druse get in the government. It doesn't matter if any of these jerks is qualified to run a ministry; what matters is whether he is circumcised or baptized or whatever else religious cults force their people to do.
Lebanon is a pathetic country, old and rotten like the 3 cedars left in the country. It is a country of bald mountains and polluted beaches, raped by greedy religious-feudal developers; it is a country where you can't ride a bike, take a quiet walk, or go simply to a beach like people do all over the world, without being assaulted by corruption, pollution, garbage, etc. It is a country that has no sidewalks, where people are treated like cattle, where there is no order, no civil decency, no politeness, no civility....
The day that religion is put in trash bin, and the day that these dinosaurs are sent back to their churches and mosques, the day that every human being is respected by his or her government, regardless of his nationality, his religion, or his beliefs... That will be the day when Lebanon can claim to be a decent country. But right now, this pathetic patch of garbage will continue to pretend to fart higher than its asshole, and claim to be a Paris or a Switzerland of the Middle East, when it is the worst country that can exist on earth.
The Lebanese people are imitators. They are ashamed of who they really are, and compensate by over-imitating the West, particularly what is kitchy and cheap and irrelevant about the West. By contrast, everything that is good about the West (human rights, cleanliness, the environment, human decency, authenticity, etc...) is ignored and mocked.... You see, the Lebanese, even as they continue to sink in their own excrement, have the megalomaniacal belief that they are so special that they can dispense with basic human decency.
Lebanon is a pile of religious trash from prehistoric times. Welcome to Beirut.
Make sure to buy kidnapping insurance before you embark on your trip. As of now, Seven Estonian bike riding tourists have been kidnapped in Lebanon and remain missing. They are believed to have been transferred into Syria across the lawless borders between the two countries, and the Syrian regime is believed to want to use them as pressure card against the EU sanctions imposed on the barbaric regime of Bashar Butcher Assad in Damascus. So, prepare yourself if you are a Westerner who has been fooled by promises of a great tourism spot that Lebanon is. It is not. To Really Understand the Syrian Baath Alawi Assad Regime
The ongoing shelling of the city of Homs by the Syrian army in the Assad regime's attempt to crush the Syrian anti-Baath Intifada is not very surprising.
The Syrian brutality does not surprise me. I experienced it firsthand, right here in Lebanon, back when the Syrian army was "pacifying" Lebanon under a green light from the colluding Americans and Arabs. I have lived through countless Syrian shellings of Beirut and the mountains where we had escaped. We fled from town to town, from house to house, out of Beirut, then back to Beirut when we had nowhere else to go... all because the Syrians were "stabilizing" Lebanon, with the permission of the Americans and their British poodles, using their proxy terror organizations of the PLO, Al-Saika, Hezbollah, and others..., and protected as they were by such liberal hypocrites of the media like Robert Fisk Thomas Friedman, and others... more concerned about polishing their CVs for their next gigs, than truly searching for the truth of what was going on.
The fact is, out of that entire era, if you ask schoolchildren today what do they know of the Lebanese war, they will say "Sabra-Shatila". They have never heard of Hama, or Damour, or the countless other massacres and brutalities perpetrated by the vulgar Syrian regime. Why? Because of racism. Fisk, Friedman, and their ilk do not consider Arab killing Arab a worthy event because "that's what Arabs do". But as soon as a Jew or a Christian is involved, the whole moral bullshit surges forward and everyone starts saying their acts of contrition, beating their chests with pity and compassion..... That is the fucked up "orientalist" version of the story.
The fact is that the Baathist Fascist enemy regime in Damascus has done this many times before, both in Syria itself and in neighboring Lebanon which it occupied for more than 30 years.

While thanks to Facebook, Twitter, CNN, and al-Arabiyaah, everyone nowadays gets to see the Syrian barbarity unfold, the cruelty of the same barbaric Arabs of Syria against the Lebanese people was never documented because satellite channels and social Internet networks did not exist in the 1970s and 1980s, when Syria occupied Lebanon and terrorized the Lebanese for more than 30 years. Massacres (in Damour for instance), bombardment and shelling of residential areas of Lebanon's cities (Beirut, Zahleh, Tripoli, etc...), arrests, disappearances, arbitrary detentions, torture,.....
Even as the Lebanese complained, the United States in collusion with the same Barbaric Arab regimes supporting the Syrian enemy dictatorship's bloody repression of its own people, criticized the Lebanese victims as unruly and said that the Syrian occupation was "A FACTOR OF STABILITY" in Lebanon. Fuck Human rights, fuck sovereignty, fuck war crimes. Irrelevant stuff, back then. As long as the Syrian enemy government was keeping the Golan Heights quiet, to the pleasure of the Israeli Zionist government, the West was OK with Syria's brutality in Lebanon. As long as the Syrian enemy government was instructing its PLO and Hezbollah terror organizations to release Western hostages they held in Beirut in a trickle in the late 1980s, President Ronald Reagan was willing to even send weapons and fucking bibles to the Iranian dictatorship in Tehran, Syria's partner in this charade, and he even fled from Beirut with his remaining Marines after that October 1983 bombing (see below), scared as he was and the coward Republican idiot that he was (an earlier clone of George W. Bush), instead of confronting Syria and Hezbollah and Iran, and preventing them 30 years ago from becoming the monsters they have become today.
The Lebanese people were the first in the trenches, in the first war front against radical Islam. They suffered the first large-scale terrorist bombings in the 1970s and 1980s that the rest of the world had to sustain only three decades later. The fight against Islamic fundamentalism began in the streets of Beirut; the first truck bomb to kill 243 US Marines (second only to the plane bombs of September 11, 2001) took place in Beirut. The first massacres of unarmed civilians by Muslim fundamentalists took place throughout Lebanon in the 1970s and 1980s. Yet, the whole world then blamed the victims - the Lebanese- for trying to protect their country from falling into the hands of terror organizations like the PLO and Hezbollah, and of terrorist regimes like Syria and Iran.
Because one cannot trust the West; because one cannot trust the Arabs; my advice is to let the Syrian people get butchered by their own dictator. That is the only way for them to learn never to allow such governments in the first place. Unless the Syrian people experience the true barbarity of these forms of government, they will never understand what it takes to earn their freedom from such tyrants in the future.
Today, the BAATHIST ENEMY ENTITY has killed more than 1,500 of its own people, thus beating the 1,200 pro-Hezbollah Lebanese Shiite terrorists killed by Israel in 2006, or the 1,200 pro-Hamas Palestinian Sunni terrorists killed by Israel in 2008-2009 war. So, where are the Arab apologists of dictatorships and tyrannies? Where are the fucking brothers and sisters of the fake Arab Umma crap? Nothing should stop the revolutions in the Arab streets. Two Standards in Lebanon: Syria versus Bahrain
There is a double standard right now being applied by Lebanon's corrupt politicians in dealing with seemingly similar situations arising out of the revolutions in Bahrain and in Syria.
One one hand, the Syrian regime has accused certain Lebanese political blocs (Hariri and company) of incitement and of offering weapons to the anti-Regime demonstrators in Syria. The repercussions of these most certifiably false claims is that the pro-Syrian traitors among Lebanon's politicians (Michel Aoun, Wiam Wahhab, Hassan Nasrallah, Nabih Berri) have raised hell and suggested to bring their fellow Lebanese politicians to justice on the basis of their alleged interference in the Syrian regime's impending demise.
On the other hand, the Bahraini regime, no less Arab and no less murderous than the Syrian regime, has accused Hezbollah in Lebanon of providing support to Bahraini activists with the aim of toppling the regime in Bahrain. Yet, no one in Lebanon has issued calls to bring Hezbollah to justice on the grounds of its interference in Bahraini affairs.
This double standard can only be attributed to the servility of Lebanon's politicians to the Syrian enemy regime. The protectors of the Syrian regime, unfortunately for Lebanon and the Lebanese people, include not only the declared pro-Syrian traitors and dogs in Lebanon, but also the declared enemies of that regime like Hariri and Saniora, who go around fearing being blown up by a Syrian bomb, yet proclaim the sisterhood of Syria to Lebanon and by extension (in their kneejerk submission to the Syrian regime's) the enmity of Israel to Lebanon.
The Sunni leadership in Lebanon cannot be trusted, much as the Shiite traitors cannot be trusted. The Sunnis sided with the PLO and Syria against their own country on the 1960s and 1970s. In the 1980s and 1990s, the Sunnis, represented by Rafik Hariri were themselves Syria's top dogs, further ruining their own country to accommodate the Syrian occupation. Hariri was the Syrian occupation's best protector during the 1990s and early 2000s. Then, the moment he realized his predicament, namely that there cannot be a genuine exit for Lebanon from the war without lifting the Syrian occupation, the Syrians killed him in 2005. And now, all of a sudden, the filthy Sunnis discovered their Lebanese nationalism. After they had the bigger hand in the ruin of their country, they became overnight the defenders of sovereignty, independence and freedom - all three concepts they cannot and will never comprehend.
As much as I love to see Hassan Nasrallah murdered by an American Seals team, like Osama Bin Laden, I do not - and will never - trust the Sunnis of Lebanon. Just wait and see: When the Arab revolutions start spawning Islamic republics right and left in the fucking Arab countries, the Sunnis of Lebanon will make another U-turn and rediscover that their Islamic identity takes precedence over their Lebanese identity...
The Muslims of Lebanon - both Shiites and Sunnis - have never believed in the existence of Lebanon to begin with. They are like all Muslims, including the fucking moderates. They belong to the Umma before belonging to anything else. Not much different from the Jewish people whose religious identity trumps all other identities they may have. Lebanon is cursed with its Muslims. Lebanon will never know peace and genuine democracy as long as religion dominates the social and political landscape. Either of two things ought to happen for any change to occur in Lebanon: Either the Lebanese Muslims mutate into secular human beings (highly unlikely) or the political system in Lebanon is redesigned to eliminate religion from the public sphere (also highly unlikely, because the Christian churches and establishment also want to preserve their privileges and their control of life in the country.
There is no solution. Lebanon is doomed. The only viable solution is for Lebanon to be partitioned into the smaller Lebanon of the pre-1920s decades and the rejoining of the north and the bekaa valley to Syria. In a smaller Mount Lebanon, there will be more uniformity in the country's demographic composition, rendering the country more manageable, since demands for social change will not corrupted and denigrated by the arguments of the religious establishment. The creation of a Greater Lebanon was a mistake. Time to admit that fact and begin acting accordingly. There are too many pro-Syrian communities in Lebanon, and these communities should be given the option to secede from the Lebanese State and join the Syrian.

The repercussions of these most certifiably false claims is that the pro-Syrian traitors among Lebanon's politicians (Michel Aoun, Wiam Wahhab, Hassan Nasrallah, Nabih Berri) have raised hell and suggested to bring their fellow Lebanese politicians to justice on the basis of their alleged interference in the Syrian regime's impending demise.
On the other hand, the Bahraini regime, no less Arab and no less murderous than the Syrian regime, has accused Hezbollah in Lebanon of providing support to Bahraini activists with the aim of toppling the regime in Bahrain. Yet, no one in Lebanon has issued calls to bring Hezbollah to justice on the grounds of its interference in Bahraini affairs.
This double standard can only be attributed to the servility of Lebanon's politicians to the Syrian enemy regime. The protectors of the Syrian regime, unfortunately for Lebanon and the Lebanese people, include not only the declared pro-Syrian traitors and dogs in Lebanon, but also the declared enemies of that regime like Hariri and Saniora, who go around fearing being blown up by a Syrian bomb, yet proclaim the sisterhood of Syria to Lebanon and by extension (in their kneejerk submission to the Syrian regime's) the enmity of Israel to Lebanon.
The Sunni leadership in Lebanon cannot be trusted, much as the Shiite traitors cannot be trusted. The Sunnis sided with the PLO and Syria against their own country on the 1960s and 1970s. In the 1980s and 1990s, the Sunnis, represented by Rafik Hariri were themselves Syria's top dogs, further ruining their own country to accommodate the Syrian occupation. Hariri was the Syrian occupation's best protector during the 1990s and early 2000s. Then, the moment he realized his predicament, namely that there cannot be a genuine exit for Lebanon from the war without lifting the Syrian occupation, the Syrians killed him in 2005. And now, all of a sudden, the filthy Sunnis discovered their Lebanese nationalism. After they had the bigger hand in the ruin of their country, they became overnight the defenders of sovereignty, independence and freedom - all three concepts they cannot and will never comprehend.
As much as I love to see Hassan Nasrallah murdered by an American Seals team, like Osama Bin Laden, I do not - and will never - trust the Sunnis of Lebanon. Just wait and see: When the Arab revolutions start spawning Islamic republics right and left in the fucking Arab countries, the Sunnis of Lebanon will make another U-turn and rediscover that their Islamic identity takes precedence over their Lebanese identity...
The Muslims of Lebanon - both Shiites and Sunnis - have never believed in the existence of Lebanon to begin with. They are like all Muslims, including the fucking moderates. They belong to the Umma before belonging to anything else. Not much different from the Jewish people whose religious identity trumps all other identities they may have. Lebanon is cursed with its Muslims. Lebanon will never know peace and genuine democracy as long as religion dominates the social and political landscape. Either of two things ought to happen for any change to occur in Lebanon: Either the Lebanese Muslims mutate into secular human beings (highly unlikely) or the political system in Lebanon is redesigned to eliminate religion from the public sphere (also highly unlikely, because the Christian churches and establishment also want to preserve their privileges and their control of life in the country.
There is no solution. Lebanon is doomed. The only viable solution is for Lebanon to be partitioned into the smaller Lebanon of the pre-1920s decades and the rejoining of the north and the bekaa valley to Syria. In a smaller Mount Lebanon, there will be more uniformity in the country's demographic composition, rendering the country more manageable, since demands for social change will not corrupted and denigrated by the arguments of the religious establishment. The creation of a Greater Lebanon was a mistake. Time to admit that fact and begin acting accordingly. There are too many pro-Syrian communities in Lebanon, and these communities should be given the option to secede from the Lebanese State and join the Syrian.

Bashar Assad Sends 432 Four-wheel Drive Vehicles to Qaddafi
A ship carrying 432 four-wheel drive vehicles, coming from Syria to Libya, ends up in the Tunisian port of Girgis, some 120 Km from the Libyan border.
The vehicles were allegedly en route from Syria to Libya, in what appears to be an effort by one Arab dictator to help another Arab dictator crush his people. Bashar Assad appears so confident in his success in crushing the Syrian people's Intifada against him that he is even extending a helping hand to the Libyan dictator who is struggling in his fight against the Libyan rebels because of the arms embargo imposed by the UN on Libya.
The four-wheel drive vehicles are critical in the war in Libya because they are flexible vehicles that can be equipped with various mortars and machine guns. Since the Libyan rebels use them almost exclusively, the vehicles are not targets by the NATO attacks against the Libyan army. Pro-Qaddafi forces can thus use them to camouflage themselves as rebels and avoid NATO strikes.
When the Syrian dictator occupied Lebanon for more than 30 years, the enslaved Lebanese were taught to repeat political formulas that dictatorships are so enamored with, and the formula "Unity of Path, Unity of Fate" was used by the Syrians and their Lebanese collaborators to essentially denigrate any Lebanese independence by subsuming any Lebanese will under the Syrian will.

Omar Bakri Calls for Prayers for Bin Laden
Radical cleric Omar Bakri, on bail in Lebanon on charges including incitement to murder, has called for prayers to mourn Osama bin Laden in Lebanon and outside U.S. embassies around the world.
"We call on our followers in Europe, Canada and especially Britain to pray for his soul outside American embassies," Bakri, who was based in Britain for nearly two decades, told Agence France Presse.
"We will hold prayers for his soul in the Khulafa al-Rashidin mosque and receive condolences here in Tripoli, and there will be prayers for his soul in mosques in Beirut and Sidon," added the preacher, who is now based in Tripoli, Lebanon's main northern city.
Bakri was banned from returning to Britain in 2005 under government curbs introduced following the London underground and bus bombings that year.
He earned notoriety by praising the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States and hailing the hijackers as the "magnificent 19."
Last November, a Lebanese court sentenced him to life in prison on charges including incitement to murder, theft and the possession of arms and explosives.
But a retrial was ordered as he had not been present in court and the 50-year-old was released on bail.
Bakri has appointed Hizbullah Member of Parliament Nawwar Sahili as his defense lawyer and has appealed to the leader of the Shiite group Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah for help.
The Syrian-born cleric, who also holds Lebanese nationality, has denied he has any links to al-Qaida although he says he believes in "the same ideology."

Netanyahu Finally Pushes Abbas in the Lap of Hamas
The story:
1- Hamas was the only remaining obstacle to peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis. Finally, after decades, Abbas breaks with Hamas, in the hope that the Israelis will deal honestly with him.
2-Abbas tries to make a deal with Israelis to finish the peace process, prove Hamas wrong, and create the much-awaited Palestine.
3- But the Israelis lied, stalled, and continued building settlements, despite promises to Abbas and to the international community.

What peace, Mr. Netanyahu? You had 4 years to make a deal with Abbas, yet you screwed him by failing to stop building settlements. What do you want Abbas to do?
Israel has lost all credibility and appears to be digging its own grave. It seems increasingly clear now that Israel never had, does not now, and seemingly has no intention to make peace. Peace for Israel with the Palestinians is the end of the expansion and encroachment on Palestinian land.
Like Syria tried to do with Lebanon, Israel is stalling and biding time to take over all of Palestine. It gambled on the Hamas-Fatah split to further weaken the Palestinians, but its stupidity of not making a single concession to Abbas is what constitutes the blow to peace. Only Israel is to blame for the re-marriage between Abbas and Hamas.
Meanwhile, the Israelis are lamenting the impending fall of their favorite Arab dictator Bashar Al-Assad. They love Assad because he never bothered them on the Golan, kept Lebanon on fire, thus giving both the Israelis and the Iranians (Hezbollah) all the excuses to wage wars by proxy.
After 60 years in the region, the Israelis have perhaps become more stupid than the Arabs. Extreme nationalism, religious backwardness, antiquated beliefs of chosen people, splitting oceans, virgin births, resurrections from the dead, ascent to heaven on winged horses.... all the religious bullshit of the three monotheistic religions and the mass murders and genocides that are still committed in their name. 2,000 years in the West, it seems, have not taught the Israeli Jewish people anything. Like their fellow Arab Muslims, they still cling to antiquated notions that any sane, modern, rational human being has already discarded. Lebanon: Dumping Ground of World's Islamic Garbage
Anyone thinking about doing some tourism in this country this summer: DO NOT.
Going into Lebanon is like walking into a powder keg of Islamic garbage and resistance scourge and liberation bullshit... From the pro-Iranian Hezbollah to all the smelly Sunnis of Al-Qaeda vintage... They are all on the loose in the Lebanese cesspool... Not to mention all the Palestinian trash organizations and their weapons, or the Syrian Baath Party hoodlums now injured in Syria itself and seeking to blow things around to relieve the tension off the butt of their butcher boss, Bashar Al-Asad, who seem to be much happier killing Lebanese and Syrian civilians that harming the nail off the pinky toe of his Israeli enemies.
The kidnapping of the seven Estonian tourists a couple of months ago on Lebanese territory - and they have disappeared, in Syria it appears - should give pause to any sane westerner who is contemplating visiting the disgusting and polluted Lebanese barren mountains and beaches... You are more likely to die from a car accident (as the Lebanese drive like castrated bulls) or from a bombing courtesy of Hezbollah or Al-Qaeda or perhaps get kidnapped and chained for ransom for months and years....
Also, there is no government right now in the Lebanese jungle.... All the animals are on the loose and they are hungry.

Omar Bakri Expects Revenge Attacks in Europe after bin Laden Death
Radical Islamist cleric Omar Bakri said on Monday that with the death of al-Qaida chief Osama bin Laden, the Arab world had "lost a leader," adding that he expected "revenge" attacks in Europe.
"The news of the death of Sheikh Osama has saddened and delighted us at the same time. It saddened us because we lost a leader in the Arab region and it is welcomed because he fell a martyr as he wanted," Bakri told Agence France Presse in Lebanon.
"Undoubtedly the martyrdom of Osama bin Laden will infuse new life into the next generation as jihad will not stop. We expect reactions from this generation in Europe ... their operations will take revenge for Sheikh Osama."
Bakri, a Sunni radical, was sentenced to life imprisonment by a military court for inciting murder, but was freed on bail in November pending a new trial. He lives in the northern Lebanese port city of Tripoli.
Originally from Syria but holding a Lebanese passport, Bakri denies having any direct link with al-Qaida and had called the trained September 11 suicide bombers "magnificent."

Hassan Nasrallah is also responsible for the hijacking of a TWA Plane to Beirut in 1985 and the killing of US Navy Diver Dean Stethem, another truck bomb (simultaneously with the attack on the US Marines above) that killed 58 French paratroopers in Beirut, the kidnapping of countless diplomats, teachers, Christian clergymen, university administrators, etc. holding them hostage, killing them, then trading them by Syria for weapons and money to Iran, the death of thousands of Lebanese by provoking useless wars of "liberation" in the Lebanese south, and several high profile bombings and assassinations around the world. Hassan Nasrallah's resume has nothing to be shy about compared to Bin Laden's.

But the fact remains that Hassan Nasrallah is a mass murderer and a dangerous one at that. He is a terror chief, just like Bin Laden, and has proven he can go far in his threats. Should Mamouhd Ahmadinejad provide Hassan Nasrallah him with some of that nuclear material that the turbaned Iranian Assofallahs have been centrifuging in Natanz and Qom, Hassan would make it to the Guiness Record book of "Terrorist Accompli". He therefore should be eliminated before he carries out his next "exploit" of mass murder with all the Iranian and Syrian weapons stockpiles he has been building in south Lebanon.
Congratulations to our friends in America and the free world for the death of Bin Laden. Now, focus your efforts on ferreting Hassan Nasrallah out of his rat hole in south Lebanon or south Beirut, and give him the "Bin Laden" treatment. He deserves no less. What kind of country is this where you can't form a government unless a neighboring country - Syria, of all the fucked up Arab dictatorships that are on their deathbeds - gives the "green light"?
What kind of prostitute politicians are these - from the President down to every son of a bitch with claims to political "leadership" - that cannot make independent decisions in the interest of their own people and country without waiting for the permission of a miserable gutter vulgar regime like the Syrian Baath?
It has been 4 months since the asshole Najib Miqati has been trying to form a government. Even if we dispense with the haggling over this or that ministry, the fact that these politicians admit that they are waiting for a green light from Syria, "which is currently unavailable," is simply unacceptable for a supposed "sovereign" country like Lebanon.
When will Lebanon be truly free to make its decisions on its own?
How long before the Lebanese people undertake their own revolution against their political establishment which continues to act on behalf of other countries and against the interests of their own pople?
How long before the Lebanese people wake up to their own stupidity of electing these merchants of blood and money back to power every time they have a chance to discard them like old underwear in elections?
Either we, the Lebanese people, stop electing these mercenaries or we should shut up. Because we deserve these leaders. We deserve this country that has become the laughingstock of the world. We deserve this junk country of Lebanon.

President Michel Suleiman's visitors have stated that the concerned sides in the government formation process "don't have a real initiative to reach a solution" to the governmental vacuum.
The daily An Nahar reported them as saying that the salvation government proposed by Phalange Party leader Amin Gemayel "needs a Syrian green light, which is currently unavailable."
His proposal stipulates that caretaker Prime Minister Saad Hariri would resume his role as premier, which would mean that the crisis would return to square one, they continued.
Meanwhile, the Kuwaiti al-Anbaa newspaper reported on Sunday that Prime Minister-designate Najib Miqati held talks on Friday with Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah soon after meeting with Suleiman earlier that day.
