No one understands the threat these words describe better than the Lebanese. Just put yourself in their shoes and imagine how a perfectly fine country was turned into the heart-wrenching disaster that it is today on account of the convergence of radical political Islam (the kind of Islam that is sometimes subtly, sometimes not so subtly, but always diplomatically, marketed today by Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, and all their appendages) and those naive Western liberals who choose to hide their heads in the sand, hoping it will all blow away one day.

The importance of Lebanon is that it encountered the threat 40 years ago, but failed to defeat it, thanks in no small way to those "Western liberal friends" of Lebanon who are today fighting the same enemy. We told you so.

Here is an example of what a fully integrated Algerian Frenchman, Mr. Mohamed Sabaoui - a university professor at the Catholic University of Lille, no less - is planning for France and the West (each French paragraph is followed by its English translation):

« Notre invasion pacifique au niveau européen n'est pas encore parvenue à son terme. Nous entendons agir dans tous les pays simultanément. Comme vous nous faites de plus en plus de place, il serait stupide de notre part de ne pas en profiter. Nous serons votre Cheval de Troie. Les Droits de l'homme dont vous vous réclamez, vous en êtes devenus les otages. Ainsi, par exemple, si vous deviez vous adresser à moi en Algérie, ou en Arabie Saoudite, comme je vous parle maintenant, vous seriez, dans le meilleur des cas, arrêtés sur-le-champ.

[Our peaceful invasion on the European stage has not yet reached its objective. We intend to act in all countries simultaneously. Since you are giving us more and more space, we would be stupid not to take advantage. We will be your Trojan Horse. You have become hostages to those human rights to which you claim to adhere. Thus, for instance, if you were to talk to me in Algeria or Saudi Arabia in the same manner as I am talking to you now, you would be, in the best case scenario, arrested on the spot.]

[You, French people, are unable to muster respect from our youngsters. Why would they respect a country that capitulates to them? One only respects what one fears. When we seize power, you won't see a single foreigner burn a car or vandalize a store. Arabs know that the inevitable punishment of a thief, in our way of thinking, is the amputation of one hand."]

The same Mr. Mohamed Sabaoui, in a recent interview :

Les lois de votre République ne sont pas conformes à celles du Coran et ne doivent pas être imposées aux musulmans, qui ne peuvent être gouvernés que par la Charia. Nous allons donc oeuvrer pour prendre ce pouvoir qui nous est dû. Nous allons commencer par Roubaix, qui est actuellement une ville musulmane à plus de 60 %.

[The laws of your Republic do not conform to the laws of the Koran and must not be imposed on Muslims who can only be governed by Sharia Law. We therefore intend to work on seizing this power which is owed us. We will start by Roubaix [a French city], which is at present a Muslim city at more than 60%.]

Lors des futures élections municipales, nous mobiliserons nos effectifs, et le prochain maire sera musulman. Après négociation avec l'État et la Région, nous déclarerons Roubaix enclave musulmane indépendante et nous imposerons la Charia (loi de Dieu) à l'ensemble des habitants.

Nous pouvons et devons, au contraire, les écraser s'ils constituent un obstacle, surtout si ce sont des infidèles ».

[Moreover, we will do what is needed to bring them by persuasion into our fold. Tens of thousands of French men and women have already embraced Islam of their own will; so why not the Christians of Roubaix? At the present time at the University of Lille, we are organizing Faith Brigades whose task is to "convert" the recalcitrant Christians or Jews of Roubaix and bring them into our religion, because that is what God wants! If we are the strongest, it is because God has willed it. We are not handicapped by the Christian obligation of aiding the orphan, the weak or the disabled. We can and must, to the contrary, crush them if they constitute an obstacle, especially if they are infidels.]

Hanibaal
